Abstract

The purpose of a purchasing decision is a process where consumers recognize their problems, seek information about certain products or brands and evaluate whether each of these alternatives can solve their problems which then leads to a purchase decision. Through brand image and promotion, it is expected to be able to attract customers in making purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory, which focuses on analyzing the effect of brand image and promotion variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were residents of Mijen District, Semarang City. While the sample was taken 3% of the total population of 1792 IndiHome users, namely 60 respondents. The sampling technique uses area random sampling. In collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and observation. Before statistical analysis, displayed in mono tables and cross tables, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. From the research that has been done, it results that the brand image in Mijen District is in the high category (80.97%), promotional variables are in the medium category with (56.96%), and purchasing decisions are in the high category (91.45%). Through hypothesis testing carried out using product moment correlation techniques with the research results being r_ (x_1 y) = 0.304 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between brand image on purchasing decisions in Mijen District. While r_(x_2 y) = 0.635 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between promotion on purchasing decisions in Mijen District. While r_(x_(1x_2)y) = 0.638 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions in Mijen District.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This is indicated by the value of Fcount>Ftable (65.881>3.091) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05). This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 131 students of class XI at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research sample consisted of 99 students who were taken using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire used to measure the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work on work readiness. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of office layout on employee morale in BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 37 employees of BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data used simple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that the office layout has positive and significant influence on the work spirit (tcount 5,201 >ttable 2,030). The result of this study indicate that office layout contributed as much as 43,6% on work spirit’s employee while 56,4% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of employees of J&T Tasikmalaya. This study uses a causality and survey quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 40 respondents from the employees of J&T Tasikmalaya, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS V.25. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Motivation partially have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan and Pengembangan Kabupaten Karanganyar is the focus of this study. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement on the job satisfaction of employees in the Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Karanganyar Regency. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling or saturated sampling with a total of 48 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive data analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and dominant effect testing using SPSS 25.0 Version. The results of this study indicate that 1) workplace facilities have a significant influence on job satisfaction, 2) office spatial arrangement has a significant influence on job satisfaction, and 3) workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement jointly affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in continuing their education in tertiary institutions in class XI SMK students. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical calculations. The results of this study are that internal factors have an influence on students' interest in continuing their education in tertiary institutions by 67% and external factors have an effect on students' interest in continuing their education in tertiary institutions by 44%.

Abstract

There are many other retail business competitors, such as Indomaret, where Alfamart must have superior product quality compared to Indomaret so that Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas will have more consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the research population being consumers who shop at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show the influence of price on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (5,231) > ttabeil (2,010). there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (3.051) > ttabeil (2.010). Price and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of Fhituing (14,315) > Ftabeil (4,038). In the test results, the coefficient of determination R Square value is 0.374 or 37.4% of purchasing decisions are influenced by price and product quality variables, while the remaining 62.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The development of the trading industry in the online or e-commerce world which is increasingly rapid and increasingly dynamic encourages economic growth and provides direct and indirect benefits to trading activities. One of the current trading strategies is content marketing with influencers. This study aims to determine the contribution of influencers in the fashion sector in the purchase intention of Tiktok Shop consumers. Data collection was carried out using the method of collecting information through a survey with a questionnaire distributed via social media. The population in this study are users who have used and shopped at the Tiktok Shop application in the Jabodetabek area. Questionnaires collected as many as 170 respondents, the data is then processed by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of expertise influencer and positive attractiveness influence on purchase intention, while trustworthy is not affected by Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance quality of the security guard division employees at PT. Citra Indojaya Perkasa, North Jakarta. This research is a type of causal research that implements a statistical quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of thirty employees working in the security guard division. The Likert scale questionnaire was used in this study. The findings from this study reveal that training and motivation have a positive and significant impact on the quality of employee performance in the security division of PT. Citra Indojaya Perkasa in North Jakarta. The results of testing the hypothesis explained that on the performance training variable, the value of tcount (10.058) > ttable (2.052) with a significance level of Training (X1) on the quality of employee performance (Y) was 0.001 <0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted), which indicates that performance training has a positive and significant impact on performance quality. Likewise, on the motivational variable, the value of tcount (3.657) > ttable (2.052) the significance level of motivation (X2) on the quality of employee performance (Y) is 0.001 <0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted), which indicates that motivation also has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 53 employees. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. There is an effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
