Abstract

Telah muncul jenis perdagangan daring yang dinamis: sistem pasar online. Sistem pasar online ini berfungsi sebagai platform untuk kegiatan belanja daring dan menyediakan berbagai layanan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen daring. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan, pendekatan ini juga menimbulkan potensi ancaman bagi pembeli online, terutama dalam hal perlindungan informasi pribadi mereka. Penelitian ini berfokus pada menyelidiki bagaimana sistem pasar online dapat menjaga privasi dan informasi pribadi dari pembeli online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif yang didasarkan pada analisis mendalam terhadap literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan seberapa cepat perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia. Melalui program-program seperti program "1000 Technopreneurs" dan upaya lainnya, pemerintah telah aktif mempromosikan pertumbuhan perusahaan baru. Namun, penting untuk memahami bahwa tanpa perlindungan hukum yang kuat, perkembangan ini tidak dapat benar-benar efektif, terutama dalam hal melindungi hak privasi pelanggan.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world and has the opportunity to become the center of the global halal industry. However, this has not been implemented because many products from Indonesian MSMEs are still not halal certified, therefore the Indonesian government needs to boost the certification of halal products. The self-declare halal certification training will be held on May 21 at 08.00 – 16.00 at the RW 08 Gunung Kelurahan hall. New Tambak. pond. The training implementation activities were held on May 21, 2023 at 08.00 – 16.00 WIB and carried out at the RW 08 Balai Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak and were attended by 50 MSMEs in Gunung Anyar Tambak sub-district. The Indonesian government continues to strive for Indonesia to become a global halal industry with halal certification training The self-declare held aims to educate and provide an understanding of the importance of halal certification for MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independence, motivation, and knowledge of sharia-based entrepreneurship on the interest in starting a business in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. Primary data collection method used is to use a media questionnaire. The sample for this research was students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultha Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, Jambi, Class of 2019-2021, totaling 100 respondents. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis. The research results show that independence (X1) has no significant negative effect on the intention to start a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (1.640) < ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.104 > 0.05 which means Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Motivation (X2) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (2.389)>ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, and entrepreneurial knowledge (X3) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting effort (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the tcount (2.389) > ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 106.534 and Ftable is 2. 70 (106.534 > 2.70), and a significant value of 0.000 where p <0.05 so the F test result is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant influence between the variables. Independence, Motivation and Knowledge of Entrepreneurship simultaneously on the variable Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in receipt of productive zakat LAZ OPSESI Jambi city and receipt of productive zakat BAZNAS Jambi city in the development of mustahik micro enterprises. Primary data collection method used is to use a media questionnaire. The sample of this research is the number of mustahik LAZ OPSESI and BAZNAS, totaling 100 respondents. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis. The results of the research show that the variable value of t count (2.521) > t table (1.985) with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. This means that it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which states that there is a significant difference between the variable LAZ OPSEZI Productive Zakat Receipt in Jambi City and the Mustahik Micro Business Development variable. It is known from the results of the t test, it is found that the variable influences the value of t count (3.906) > t table (1.985) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which states that there is a significant difference between the Jambi City BAZNAS Productive Zakat Receipt variable and the Mustahik Micro Business Development variable. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 25.905 and the F table is 2.70 ( 25.905 > 2.70), and a significant value of 0.000 where p <0.05, so the F test results are 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference between the variables of Productive Zakat Receipts Jambi City LAZ OPSEZI (X1), Jambi City BAZNAS Productive Zakat Receipts (X2), in Mustahik Micro Business Development (Y).

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research. While the type of research used is descriptive method. The research location is at PT. Aerofood ACS - Surabaya. Descriptive method, namely researchers who are intended to collelct information about an existing phenomenon. The research subjelct is the marketing department at PT. Aerofood ACS - Surabaya. Data collelction was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the right marketing strategy to market products at PT. Aerofood ACS - Surabaya is still maintaining the conventional marketing strategy. That is one way to offer or sell services and goods offine or meet each other so that you will meet directly with customers, one of which is through exhibitions or exhibitions.Based on the research resuts, it can be concluded that several strategy developments are the Sales Call strategy: face-to-face meetings between sales representatives and potential customers (or clients) that have been arranged beforehand with the aim of selling products or services. Canvassing strategy is a planned set of individual activities for offering, distributing, and seeking sales orders for products.

Abstract

KKN-T Kewirausahaan adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dibentuk oleh Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur untuk menerapkan pengetahuan tentang berbagai topik yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan di masyarakat dalam perkuliahan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung selama tiga bulan dan dilakukan di Desa Nglebak, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang. Dalam kegiatan ini, Tim KKN-T 06 menggandeng salah satu UMKM yaitu UMKM Telur Asin Rahayu Wilueng. Tim KKN-T 06 mengidentifikasi adanya kendala pemasaran pada UMKM Telur Asin Rahayu Wilueng. Dengan adanya kendala tersebut, Tim KKN-T 06 memberikan solusi agar UMKM Telur Asin Rahayu Wilueng dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasarannya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada program ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu survei, observasi dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Ketiga tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi melalui wawancara dengan pelaku usaha. Setelah berdiskusi dengan pelaku usaha, Tim KKN-T 06 memberikan pengarahan dan pembuatan digital marketing untuk mengatasi kendala dalam bisnis telur asin. Solusi yang diberikan adalah mengganti kemasan produk dengan kemasan mika yang diberi stiker logo dan memberi pengetahuan serta pelatihan pemasaran digital. Dengan demikian, solusi yang diberikan oleh tim KKN-T 06 ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pemasaran Usaha Telur Asin Rahayu Wilujeng.

Abstract

Gagasan bank sampah berbasis pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dipandang mampu menangani sampah tidak hanya dengan mengurangi jumlahnya, tetapi juga mengubah sampah menjadi lebih bermanfaat secara ekonomi karena memiliki nilai jual. Salah satu bank sampah yang ada di Kelurahan Gedog adalah Bank Sampah Guyub Rukun yang berada di RW 13. Bank Sampah Guyub Rukun merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang muncul dari kesadaran masyarakat akan pengelolaan sampah. Sebagai bentuk UKM yang berbasis masyarakat, Bank Sampah Guyub Rukun membutuhkan bantuan dari sumber daya manusia. Namun, terdapat masalah perihal masih diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia agar pengelola bank sampah dapat memilah sampah secara efektif dan efisien. Kelompok KKN Tematik 31 memberikan pengetahuan mengenai apa itu sampah, jenis sampah, pengelolaan sampah dan 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) agar pengelolaan sampah dapat berjalan secara optimal serta memberikan dampak finansial kepada bank sampah. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan menggunakan metode dalam bentuk sosialisasi/penyuluhan, pemaparan materi, tanya jawab dan pameran produk.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini, investasi dan pasar saham merupakan salah satu topik yang cukup menarik untuk dibahas dalam dunia keuangan. Perkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi telah memungkinkan semua orang untuk mengumpulkan serta mengakses data finansial dalam volume data yang besar, luas, dan beragam atau biasa disebut dengan “Big Data”. Selain itu, dengan kemajuan dalam teknologi telah memunculkan kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence) dan pembelajaran mesin (machine learning), yang sangat membantu dalam analisis deskriptif investasi dan pasar saham. Algoritma canggih dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tren, dan korelasi yang tidak terlihat secara manual dalam data finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dataset finance yang diperoleh dari platform Kaggle dengan menggunakan Google Colaboratory dan menggunakan 4 metode yaitu analisis use case, K-NN, K-Means dan Decision Tree.

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force for the organization. HR needs to be developed in order to provide good results for the company. Therefore HR development is very necessary because it has important aspects for increasing HR productivity and also has certain goals that must be achieved for the advancement of a company or social service organization. This study aims to determine the role of HR development and training in improving employee performance. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is employees at CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. By using purposive sampling technique and obtained 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that HR Development (X1) has a positive and significant role on Employee Performance (Y) and Training (X2) has a positive and significant role on Employee Performance (Y). Another result, that together HR development and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

Loyok is one of the villages in the Sikur sub-district, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara which resides in the southern part of Mount Rinjani. This village constitutes one of the central woven bamboo handicrafts. These local crafts require development the so-called tourism village souvenir products. The development of local craft-based tourist village souvenirs is expected to be the start of increasing the value of local crafts in Loyok village. This article describes the opportunities and challenges as well as formulates a strategy for developing local craft-based tourist village souvenirs in Loyok village which is the center of bamboo handicrafts. The method used is in the form of a qualitative descriptive which begins with collecting data from interviews with informants, they are all business actors of woven bamboo craftsmen in Loyok village, filling out questionnaires by tourists visiting Loyok village, as well as documentation directly to the location of making woven bamboo handicrafts in Loyok village. Meanwhile, the technique of formulating a strategy for developing woven bamboo handicrafts into village tourism souvenirs based on local crafts is carried out through a SWOT analysis. The results and discussion will be discussed further.
