Abstract

This study aims to determine whether attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control affect the intention to complain at PT Sinar Murni Indoprinting employees. This study used quantitative research where researchers used surveys and distributed questionnaires which were then tested through SmartPLS 4.0 software and made production employees as research samples. the results of data analysis found that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control affect the intention to complain to employees.

Abstract

Promosi untuk menguji pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di waigo hotel sorong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner, Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 responden. secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di waigo hotel sorong. kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di waigo hotel sorong.

Abstract

This article examines research on how employee performance is affected by safety and workplace training. Occupational safety (X1) Employee performance (Y) Training (X2) Employee performance (Y) are findings from literature research. The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the relationship between work safety and employee performance. The prerequisite for increasing employee work productivity that is directly related to output production is performance safety. The study's qualitative methodology produces data that includes an examination of employee performance and work safety. In short, if there is protection from guaranteed work safety, then work safety is the main factor to avoid accidents involving the environment, materials, equipment, as well as labor and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Coco Ulakkarang Gas Station in Padang. The data collection methods used in this study were field research and literature research. The data analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression. The results of the study show that the t-test results indicate that the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 3.530, which is greater than the critical value, and a calculated significance value of 0.000, indicating that the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted by analyzing and comparing the level of accuracy for predicting bankruptcy (financial distress) through the Altman Z-Score and Springate models for companies. This study uses a data source for the annual financial statements of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2022 period as secondary data. The research sample using purposive sampling was obtained by 11 samples. Testing the data using quantitative analysis techniques using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the research on the Altman Z-Score model found 3 companies with bankruptcy conditions and 2 companies with gray zone conditions. Meanwhile, in the Springate model, 4 companies went bankrupt. The results of the research test are that there is a significant difference in predicting bankruptcy conditions using the two prediction models. The accuracy level of the Springate model has a greater percentage than the Altman Z-Score model. Both models produce the same type I error percentage rate, while the type II error percentage rate in the Springate model is higher than the Altman Z-Score model. So, every company needs to predict bankruptcy every year and can be used as an early warning of the company's financial condition.

Abstract

Currently, we see many local brands from Indonesia starting to appear on the market both at home and abroad. The success of this local brand with the right marketing strategy. One of the local brands that has succeeded in penetrating foreign markets is Erigo. This study aims to determine the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions for Erigo products for students at Merdeka University, Pasuruan. The population used is active students at Merdeka University, Pasuruan in 2022 with a sample of 92 students and uses a purposive sample with age criteria of 17 to 45 years, consumers who have purchased and know Erigo products. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that segmenting, targeting and positioning simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Erigo products with an F count of 31.978 > F table of 2.71 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, partially segmenting shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05 and has t count 2.044 > t table 1.986. Targeting also partially shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it is known that the t count value is 5.184 > t table 1.986. Partially positioning shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05 and has t count 2.578 > from t table 1.986. The most dominant variable is targeting with an influence on the purchasing decision variable of 31%.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: (1) Find out how the implementation of face-to-face learning at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta in the new normal era. (2) Knowing the obstacles faced in the implementation of face-to-face learning at SMK Kristen 1 in the new normal era. (3) Knowing the solution to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of face-to-face learning at Christian Vocational High School 1 in the new normal era. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of data used in this research are informants, places and events, and documentation. The sampling technique used is purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used is source triangulation and method triangulation. While the data analysis used is an interactive analysis model.The results of the study: (1) The implementation of face-to-face learning at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta has been well organized and guided by government regulations, for initial preparations to form an internal Covid-19 task force team, licensing the local education office, notification to parents containing SOPs as technical face-to-face learning and held a limited face-to-face learning simulation which was attended by several students who had been vaccinated together with BK teachers and the local covid-19 task force. For its implementation, the curriculum used is a simplified curriculum by shortening the duration of learning. Procurement of facilities according to health protocols as another mandatory preparation. Meanwhile, for evaluation during PTM there is a reduction in the duration of learning and the advantages of PTM, students absorb more material during face-to-face learning. (2) The obstacle felt by SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta is the difficulty in inculcating the habit of wearing masks correctly while at school. (3) Coordinate with parents, the Covid task force team and also teachers to remind each other and provide direction for students who violate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchase Decision and Repurchase Interest in Hanasui Cosmetic Products. The independent variables used are Electronic Word Of Mouth (X1) and Product Quality (X2) variables, while the dependent variables used are Purchase Decision (Y1) and Repurchase Intention (Y2). This research uses explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 198 respondents to purchasing decisions and repurchasing intentions among consumers who use Hanasui cosmetics in Grati District. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is instrument testing (validity test and reliability test). The results of the research based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination are used to calculate the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. From the analysis, the results obtained are R² (coefficient of determination) of 0.327, which means that electronic word of mouth and product quality are able to explain their influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, repurchase intention is 0.327 which means that electronic word of mouth, product quality, and purchasing decisions are able to explain the effect on repurchasing intention of Hanasui products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, destination image, and tourists' visiting decisions at the Prigen Pasuruan sky gate. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are some of the tourists who have visited the Prigen Pasuruan sky gate tour, the sample of this study is 150 respondents, data source from this research is primary data source. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate (1). Price has a significant influence on the decision to visit. (2). Destination image has a significant effect on visiting decisions. (3). Social media has a significant effect on visiting decisions. (4). price, destination image, social media simultaneously influence the decision to visit.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of product attributes, product quality on purchasing decisions for purchasing Mixue products among students of the University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. This research design uses a quantitative approach. The sample was taken using stratified random sampling technique by accidental sampling which was collected through online media for students who had made purchases of Mixue products. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that this product attribute has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as well as product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both product attributes and product quality together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue Products among students at the University of 17 August 1945 Semarang
