Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen merupakan jurnal hasil pengabdian masyarakat dengan menggunakan sistem blind peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas dalam bidang ilmu manajemen secara khusus dan dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis secara umum. Lingkup area pengabdian masyarakat antara lain (1) Manajemen Strategik, (2) Manajemen Pemasaran, (3) Manajemen Keuangan, (4) Manajemen Operasional, (5) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, (6) Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Mangement) (7) Bisnis dan/ atau (8) Penelitian di bidang organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh dan berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajemen organisasi bisnis. Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen berlandaskan pada "open access" yang memungkinkan seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan dapat diakses online secara bebas tanpa adanya model berlangganan. Abstract

Basically, economic development can not only be measured by an increase in the production of goods or services, but can also be seen from the economic aspect and other changes, such as developments in technology, developments in education, available infrastructure, improvements in health, and also can be seen from the increase in income and prosperity of the community. The development of the industrial sector in an area can be marked by the emergence of creative and innovative businesses such as SMEs. One of the potential businesses that many people are engaged in is in the field of handicrafts. In order to be able to increase competitiveness globally, it is expected that economic actors engaged in the handicraft industry are directed to produce a product in the form of goods of high quality and value so that later it is expected to have competitiveness both at home and abroad. Bird cage crafts in the Balongpanggang sub-district have been established for generations. The number of bird cage craft home industries in the region continues to increase. The majority of the population in several villages in the Balongpanggang sub-district choose to become bird cage craftsmen rather than other jobs. The village community continues to pursue bird cage crafts because the results of this work can meet the needs of daily life which so far are still lacking or indeed not fulfilled from agricultural products and can increase income.

Abstract

The Corona (Covid-19) outbreak that emerged in 2020 in Indonesia. The world economy has been is shambles due to the weakening of world economic growth, including Indonesia. This has resulted in many households experiencing economic diffuculties as a result of declining incomes due to the declining purchasing power of the people. This decline in family makes housewives as a Financial Planner to be wise in managing household finances during this pandemic. For this reason, in the communty service, it is necessary to provide education regarding good financial planning for business continuity and family finances. After trainning and mentoring, there was an increase from 36 npercent to 80 percent in the form of the financial recording process using available applications, how to get a loan and what are the conditions. Assitance related to the use of e-commerce platforms that can reach a wider range of consumers. This assistance also explains how our products can be accepted by consumers, especially processed food, for that it is necessary to create an SPP-IRT that gives a sense of trust because it already has a distribution permit that already meets foot safety standards.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced technology gives rise to many new media that allow the development of marketing communications such as interactive television, the Internet, E-commerce, interactive telephone, and faxing. This led to changes in market segmentation, as well as the way to communicate with them. Then the cultural driving factor makes marketing communication more segmented but its reach is very broad. Certain cultures will receive communication that is appropriate to their culture. Each tool in the promotion mix has different characteristics and it is undeniable that there are still many companies that rely on one or two promotional tools to achieve their communication goals. This is in line with the marketing communication paradigm in the past which often used advertising as the "main weapon" to carry out a promotional activity, on the grounds that advertising media has a broad target audience, so that in a relatively short time the message to be conveyed by a company will be more effective. quickly reach the target audience.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities consisting of individuals or legal entities that carry out their activities based on the cooperative principle as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. The purpose of Community Service is to develop and provide assistance to application programs for the preparation of financial reports. The application for preparing financial reports is made based on the Microsoft Excel application. Assistance is carried out by training certain operators or officers appointed by the cooperative management. The financial problems of small and medium enterprises and cooperatives can be minimized by preparing accrual-based financial reports. Accrual-based transactions will record all transactions when they occur, even though they are not directly related to cash. Sales and purchase transactions on credit will be recorded immediately when they occur. Thus, the financial condition becomes more orderly and orderly, and this is what happened at the Bueka Assakinah Gresik Cooperative, thus requiring assistance in preparing financial reports. The approach method used in solving partner problems is to conduct an initial survey to find out existing problems, which is then followed by training. And the guidance is given to the partners of the Bueka Assakinah Gresik Cooperative by providing training, especially in the preparation of financial reports, using Microsoft Excel-based programs. The results of the training provide benefits (1) Partners are able to compile financial reports, especially for the Bueka Assakinah Gresik cooperative, (2) Partners are able to read and analyze financial reports that explain financial conditions at a certain time, (3) Problems being faced can be solved, (4 ) Partners are able to understand the importance of financial reports for an institution.

Abstract

At this time, the important role of Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) is felt in supporting the increase in family income, especially during the pandemic, because the economic situation affected is so broad and provides challenges and hopes to keep trying in a situation of limiting restrictions and implementing health protocols during the pandemic. Situations like this also happen to street vendors around Lontar Sewu Gresik Tourism, because after all the high and low sales of street vendors will also depend on the number of visitors to tourist sites, the more visitors there are, the higher the potential for purchases of street vendors who are around tourist sites. The problem that occurs in cooperative street vendors is that the priority activities to be carried out are business management issues, including marketing and service management and business management oriented to the implementation of health protocols. The initial study that we found in the field during our observations was that there was still traditional business management (how to sell, business packaging) services through communication that were still sales-oriented, not customer-oriented, and had not implemented health protocols optimally in their sales activities. The plan for this activity is to strengthen the capacity of service and business management that is oriented towards cleanliness and health during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The community service program proposed by the devotees will be carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The process of situation analysis and identification of problems with service partners was carried out on March 3, 2021. Based on the situation analysis process, the service found that entrepreneurship subject activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang still need to be readjusted related to business details that must be built when setting up a business. Because of this need, we as a servant answer this by providing assistance with entrepreneurship learning methods with the canvas business model method. The purpose of the implementation of this service program is to provide knowledge and improve the skills of teachers in creating new businesses which will later be applied in entrepreneurship subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this service, the servant will provide assistance to teachers in using the Business Model Canvas method. Through this service program, it is hoped that entrepreneurship subject teachers can apply it during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Studentpreneur is a student or student who has a business or business, in simple terms it can be said that studentpreneur is a student or student entrepreneur. In conditions like this Covid-19 pandemic, the potential for the emergence of new entrepreneurs is higher, especially in online business. No exception in this case the entrepreneurship of the students. These efforts can be carried out both inside and outside educational institutions with innovative products and generate income from their business activities and based on the knowledge obtained during the study (Pratiwi, 2017). The reasons for students to become entrepreneurs are many factors such as hobbies, pleasure or on the basis of wanting to be independent. Even though they are busy with all learning activities such as doing college assignments, exams or attending lectures, this does not dampen their motivation to become entrepreneurs. Every year there are many high school graduates or undergraduates who become Job seekers so that when they are not absorbed into the workforce, in the end it will only increase unemployment and become a burden for development. Providing assistance and knowledge related to entrepreneurial management, both when entrepreneurship is just being started and when entrepreneurship is running is very important. Providing insight on how to plan finance/capital, plan human resources, plan marketing models that will be used when doing business later is very important. HR planning for businesses is very important to learn considering HR is the most important factor in the success of a business today. If capital difficulties can be managed by partnering with financial institutions, then HR problems are not easy enough to solve because mismanaging HR will have an impact on business in the future. Incorrectly placing and managing people in the business can destroy the business that has been built.
