Abstract

In this study aims to determine the effect of the variable Price and Product Quality Variables on Purchasing Decisions. The research method in this study was to use quantitative with a population of 3,005 people and the number of samples used in this study were 97 respondents using the slovin formula. The analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and also the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are that partially it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which means that partially the price does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. then on the product quality variable partially Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions this is because the provisions test in the T test is Tcount must be greater than Ttable. Simultaneously, the results of this study show that the variable price (X1) and product quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers at PT. Alfamart.

Abstract

Credit for ordinary people is defined as debt, debt is goods or services that must be paid back to the lender with terms agreed upon by both parties.This study aims to determine the effect of Credit Debt (Debt to Asset Ratio) on Efficiency and Effectiveness of Income at CV. Nusantara Tour Company. In this research, the researcher uses quantitative associative. Data were collected by observation and documentation methods and then analyzed by financial ratios. In this study, the data sources used were primary and secondary data collection in the form of annual financial reports from CV. Nusantara Tour.This study aims to determine how the influence of Credit Debt (Debt to Asset Ratio) on the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's income.Based on the results of the study, it shows that Credit Debt (Debt to Asset Ratio) proves that partially has a negative and significant effect on Income Efficiency, proving that partially Debt to Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Income Effectiveness, Credit Debt (Debt to Asset Ratio) proves that simultaneously has a significant and significant effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of CV.Nusantara Tour's company income.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing what he received and his expectations. A customer, if he is satisfied with the value provided by a product or service, is very likely to be a customer for a long time. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and product quality on Indihome customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Medan. This type of research is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires. This research was conducted on Indihome customers with a population of 1,900 with a sample of 95 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method with a sampling technique using the slovin formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the price and quality of the product together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable in the form of customer satisfaction for Indihome products at PT.Telkom Medan, North Sumatra. Partially price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome PT.Telkom Medan, North Sumatra, partially product quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome PT.Telkom Medan, North Sumatra.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a form of consumer behavior in using a product. Purchasing targets will be a chieved if the purchasepusher attributes are fulfilled by the company, one ofthese attributes, namely price, promotion and product quality. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple liniear analysis test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant, effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously the variables of price, promotion and product quality have a positive and significanet effect on purchasing decisions basedon the R square value of 0.755 which canbe called the coefficient of determination which in this case means 755% while the rest is expllained by other factors such as brand image, product design, brand image, economic conditions and consumer tastes.

Abstract

This study aims: To determine the effect of the Current Ratio , Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio to Return On Assets in Transportation and Logistics Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples in this study were 40 companies. The data collection technique in this study uses data obtained from financial reports at Transportation and Logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics. Based on the research, it shows that the Current Ratio has no negative and insignificant effect on Return On Assets with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.508, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no negative and insignificant effect on Return On Assets with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.096, the Debt to Asset Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.014, and simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio jointly have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.043

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirical evidence about the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates on third party funds. The independent variables in the research are inflation, exchange rates and interest rates. The type of research used is quantitative. Quantitative research. The objects in this study are all BUS (Sharia Commercial Banks) whose data is listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website in 2018-2021. Sources of data in this study are: Secondary data. Where secondary data is data obtained from a second source or secondary source of the data we need. Secondary data sources obtained through the OJK, BPS and BI websites from 2018-2021. The sampling method in this study is the number of companies that were sampled in this study were 15 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable t test (X1) has an effect on Third Party Funds. The Exchange Rate Variable (X2) has an effect on third party funds. Interest Rate Variable (X3) has no effect on third party funds. This study test F (simultaneous test) Inflation (X1), Exchange Rates (X2) and Interest Rates (X3) Obtain the result that the Independent variInflation, Exchange Rates, Interest Rates and Third Party Funds.able has a simultaneous (simultaneous) influence on Third Party Funds, namely 0.000 <0 ,05.

Abstract

Pembagian atas hasil usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak nasabah dan pihak bank syariah”. Yang diukur dalam profit sharing adalah nisbah bagi hasil, dan keuntungan yang diperoleh pihak bank. Dengan nisbah yang tinggi maka nasabah non muslim berminat untuk menabung di PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini bentuk instrument yang digunakan adalah berupa angket dengan menggunakan sikap skala likert yang telah di modifikasi dengan penilaian sebagai berikut: Sering skor 3, Kadang-kadang skor 2, dan tidak pernah skor 1. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil uji regresi linier dan uji t didapatkan hasil bahwasanya variabel kualitas produk memiliki nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,331, hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai memiliki arah positif. Semenatara untuk uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai sig variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0,001 yang menandakan bahwa variabel kualitas produkmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Pada perkembangan persaingan perusahaan dalam perusahaan membuat setiap perusahaan semakin meningkat kinerja tujuannya agar tetap tercapai. Pada saat masuknya covid-19, Indonesia menghadapi berbagai masalah terkait aspek ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakian dividen, kebijakan hitang, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 13 perusahaan selama 4 tahun sehingga data yang diolah sebanyak 52 data dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen, kebijakan hutang, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students' ability to identify referential relationships in reading text.This research is quantitative research in percentage form. This research is conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan. The sample for this research is the third grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan, which consists of 32 students. The information is gathered using a multiple-choice objective-type test. The findings of this study indicate that the students involved in this study are very good at identifying referential relationships of personal type. This is very good in terms of the students' ability to identify referential relations of the personal pronoun type. Students perform poorly when it comes to identifying referential relations of the substitutional type. Students perform poorly when it comes to identifying elliptic type relations.

Abstract

Sultan Abdul Aziz mendirikan beberapa madrasah unggulan seperti Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah dan beberapa madrasah yang berada dibawah naungan Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Lithalabil Khairiyah. Kesultanan Langkat pada waktu itu salah satu kerajaan yang terkaya di Sumatera Timur dengan adanya penambangan minyak di Telaga Said, Pangkalan Brandan dan Pangkalan Susu. Kekayaaan dari Sultan Langkat tersebut dipergunakan untuk membangun masjid Azizi, membangun madrasah serta membangun pusat peradaban ilmu pengetahuan dengan cara memberikan beasiswa kepada para pelajar dan mengirimnya keluar negeri untuk menuntut ilmu pengetahuan khususnya ke negara-negara Islam di jazirah Arab. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi tokoh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa pendidikan Islam pada masa Kesultanan Langkat yaitu telah berkembang dengan pesat yaitu adanya pembangunan gedung-gedung madrasah yang dipergunakan untuk proses pengelolaan pendidikan, guru-guru yang bertugas mengajar juga mendapatkan fasilitas dari kesultanan Langkat sehingga proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan oleh kesultanan Langkat dengan gaya pendekatan pendidikan modernisasi sehigga pelaksanaan pendidikan di madrasah tidak hanya berjalan secara tradisional dalam bentuk belajar dan mengajar di rumah mengaji, rumah suluk melainkan pendidikan agama tersebut mengadopsi gaya mengajar dikalangan kolonial Belanda namun penggunaan kurikulumnya tetap mempertahankan kurikulum pendidikan agama berbasis Arabic School.
