Abstract

lack of information about the availability of blood to be a problem that is not uncommon in the daily life, there are many medical cases that require blood transfusion procedure. Practically, the hospital will entrust the patient’s family to find blood bags with the required blood type. Families with little knowledge about where to find blood will encounter confusing situations. Whereas they have to find it fast. if a blood transfusion is done too late, then even death may occur, because of this, it is expected that the existence of a public service that can provide information quickly and accurately blood that can be utilized by the community. In the development of the technology of internet this day it could be used to increase the public service and fulfill the needed of information, especially for the government who hasn’t provided the information about blood availability location based on geolocation that should be easily accessed by all people. Because information about the availability of blood is very important information to be known to the community as of the Information needed so we would develop the geographical information system to search the location of PMI and hospitals having the blood supply. The chosen method for this program is Requirement Analysis, Conceptual Modeling, Implementation, and testing. This method is the one of development method of software engineering so that produced an application that could solve the problem by providing a software that integrates blood stock information across PMI and hospitals branches in all over Indonesia. This information system integrates blood stock information across PMI branchesandhospitals all over Indonesia, providing access to real time blood stock updates to people, providing information about PMI branchesandhospitals locations across Indonesia in the shape of a map complete with the contact number

Abstract

The increasing use of shopee as an online sales stall with various features offered makes the background in this study. In addition, researchers observed that there are still some shopee users who complain about poor service quality such as very long delivery, product discrepancies that come, and require a strong enough internet connection to access shopee which makes it difficult for people who are in areas with minimal internet to use shopee. This study aims to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of the Shopee application in the South Sumatra region. The research methods used are descriptive methods with quantitative approaches and data collection techniques using literature studies and questionnaires where the sample of this study is Shopee consumers specifically for the South Sumatra region and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study are that service quality has a significant effect on the variable of customer loyalty received with a contribution of 26%, service quality has a significant effect on the variable of customer satisfaction received with a contribution of 26%, customer loyalty has a significant effect on the variable of customer satisfaction received with a contribution of 21%. The hope is that this research can be a suggestion for shopee companies to develop according to what customers feel

Abstract

The determining factors of customer satisfaction include service quality and price. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of Service Quality and Price on customer satisfaction on Maxim online motorcycle taxi application in Palembang. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population and sample in this study were 54 respondents. This study uses the Service Quality method which contains tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables. Data analysis in this study used variable instrument tests and questionnaire value analysis from respondents. The results of the analysis in this study show that the Empathy variable has the most significant influence value on the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Salon D'Mutia Muara Enim is a company engaged in services, spa, beauty and personal care that has customers ranging from various characters and levels. This study uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method as an effort to get new customers, increase relationships and maintain customer loyalty by placing customers as the center of the system development process. This research was developed using the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method. The final result of this study is a website equipped with an SMS Gateway application.

Abstract

Prayer is one part of prayer. There are several obligatory prayers for Muslims: morning, noon, Asar, Maghrib, and Isha. By following the development of mobile technology, prayer learning applications can be developed to be used anywhere and at any time without an internet connection. Android is a Linux-based mobile operating system designed by Android. Various activities can be done using a smartphone, such as working, playing, entertaining, and studying. Using multimedia development, it is hoped that users will be interested in learning how to pray. The application developed includes several pages containing material evidence, pillars, preparation, and prayer guides.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) product quality influences word of mouth, 2) price perception influences word of mouth, 3) customer experience influences word of mouth, product quality, price perception and customer experience simultaneously influence word of mouth. mouth on Emina's bran skincare. The population in this research are consumers who use Emina products. The sampling technique used purpose sampling, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing and Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The results of the research show that: 1) product quality influences word of mouth, 2) price perception influences word of mouth, 3) customer experience influences word of mouth, product quality, price perception and customer experience simultaneously influence word of mouth. Abstract

In the current era of technology, the use of data processing has become an undeniable necessity, especially in the health context. One of the uses in managing health data is the classification of disease text data, such as cardiovascular disease, therefore this research aims to evaluate the performance of the KNN method using 3 types of distance measurements, namely Euclidean, Manhattan/City Block, and Mahalanobis. Although simple, this algorithm has succeeded in producing high performance in some cases. This KNN approach classifies an object based on its similarity or closest distance to the objects in the training data. The research produces accuracy values ​​obtained from variations in the k value from the numbers 1 to 31 with odd multiples. Results of calculating Euclidien, Manhattan and Mahalanobis distances on K-NN accuracy. The more the k value increases the accuracy, even though there are conditions where the accuracy decreases for a certain K value, although it is not significant. The lowest total accuracy was obtained from the Euclidien distance, while the highest total accuracy was achieved by the Manhattan distance, followed by the Mahalanobis distance. The Manhattan and Mahalanobis distances produce the best total accuracy and produce the best accuracy in most K sizes, while Euclidien is the calculation with the best total accuracy. Increasing the number of K in each distance calculation can increase classification accuracy. The optimal number of K in this experiment was 29, indicating the highest effectiveness. It is important to note that selecting an appropriate number of K can have a significant impact on classifier performance, and experimental results support the conclusion that by using K29 values, we can achieve the highest accuracy in fitting the model to the given data.

Abstract

The post-pandemic has forced Indonesian cloth sellers in Indonesia to face changes in consumer behavior who tend to shop online. They need to find innovative ways to market products and reach potential customers. One of the problems faced is how to present traditional fabrics effectively to potential buyers. Therefore, a more creative and interactive marketing approach is needed. Using the needs analysis method to design innovative augmented reality (AR) integration in the sale of Indonesian fabrics could be an interesting solution. With AR, which will later be called PARTIKA, sellers can show potential buyers how the fabric looks in various situations, provide virtual interaction with the product, and provide detailed information. This application can thus provide a more in-depth and convincing experience, helping customers make better purchasing decisions.

Abstract

NEC Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan informasi teknologi dan solusi jaringan kepada bisnis, penyedia jasa komunikasi, dan pemerintah. Bisnis mereka terbagi dalam tiga segmen utama yaitu solusi TI, solusi jaringan dan peralatan elektronik. Saat ini PT. NEC Indonesia belum memiliki sistem monitoring secara online atau aplikasi monitoring untuk mendukung dan memonitoring kebutuhan sparepart elektronik BTS yang sudah terpasang kepada seluruh pelanggan. Dalam melakukan pencatatan sparepart masih dilakukan dengan sistem manual yaitu dengan cara mencatat di buku tulis, sehingga masih sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan serta dalam pelaporannya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi monitoring secara online dengan tujuan untuk membantu memonitoring kebutuhan atau inventaris sparepart elektronik BTS sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Aplikasi yang telah dibangun dapat digunakan untuk memonitoring inventaris atau kebutuhan Sparepart elektornik dengan cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Technological developments have had an impact on all activities including retail business. Utilization of managed data can provide information that can be used to improve the quality and effectiveness of buying and selling business activities. One of the patterns analyzed in the retail business sector is the pattern of product sales linkages using association algorithms in data mining using the FP-Growth algorithm. The aim of this research is to find association patterns in purchasing behavior at Heron stores to help make policies in better product inventory management and also increase sales and product promotions at Heron stores. This research uses applied research methods with stages of Data Collection and Preparation, Application of the FP-Growth Method, Testing Results and Conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the results of pattern analysis provide 13 rules in accordance with minimum support, minimum confidence and minimum lift ratio as strong rules and are expected to help and support decisions from the Heron store. This also has a positive impact on the benefits of technology which can provide information from sales archive data that can be used to improve service and sales in retail businesses, especially at Heron stores.
