Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon in the field where it is still found that students do not have the courage to express their opinions in front of the class, students often cheat on friends' assignments, go in and out during the learning process, do not do homework assignments, and there are still students who have a dependency on other people in solving them. Homework or problems in studying. One of the factors for the formation of independent learning in students is determined by social sources, namely adults who are in the student's environment such as parents, coaches, family members, and teachers who are able to support student learning activities. This study aims to look at the description of the learning independence of students, the description of parental support, and identify differences in the learning independence of students based on parental support.The type of research used is descriptive correlational. The population of this study was 180 students at SMP N2 Ranah Pesisir, with a sample of 125 students, who were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data collection used a learning independence questionnaire and a parental support questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data processing with a descriptive approach, the researcher used Microsoft Excel with a simple statistical formula, then for the correlation analysis the researcher used the Pearson correlation product moment formula assisted by using the SPSS version 16.0 program.The results of this study indicate; (1) parental support is in the very high category with a frequency of 65 and a percentage of 52.0%. (2) the learning independence of students is in the high category with a frequency of 72 and a percentage of 57.6%. (3) there is a significant positive relationship between parental support and learning independence with the value of the correlation coefficient between parental support (X) and learning independence (Y) is 0.617 and a significance value of 0.000. Based on the guidelines for the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, with a correlation value of 0.617 it has a strong level of relationship

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a bad phenomenon that has negative implications for a person and is also a worse form of bullying than bullying in the real world. Gender is one of the factors that influence cyberbullying. Some studies say there are differences in cyberbullying behavior between boys and girls. This study aims to describe the trend of cyberbullying behavior of male students and female students of SMPN 10 Padang. The tendency of Cyberbullying Behavior can be seen from the difference in gender. This study uses a comparative descriptive technique. The population used was Class VII, VIII, IX SMP N 10 Padang with a sample size of 268. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Data were tested with descriptive analysis and differential analysis in the form of t test or t-test. The results showed that, the tendency of cyberbullying behavior of SMP N 10 Padang students was generally in the medium and low categories. The tendency of male students to be cyberbullying behavior is generally in the medium and low categories. The tendency of female students to be cyberbullying behavior is generally in the medium category. There is a significant difference between the tendency of male students 'cyberbullying behavior and female students where the tendency of male students' cyberbullying behavior is lower than the tendency of female students to cyberbullying behavior with a total percentage of male students 22.0% and female students 24.0%.

Abstract

The application of ego counseling is a counseling approach that emphasizes the function of the ego. This research is motivated by the weak function of the ego that is owned by students at this time, while it is the ego that develops everything. For example, the ability of students, their circumstances, social relationships and the distribution of their interests. A student must have a healthy and strong ego to respond to environmental conditions as a process of adapting. The research method used is an experimental research method . The sample in this study was class VIII students at MTs , while for the research design, the researcher used the pre-experimental method. with the type used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. M using an experimental quantitative approach. In this study, students of class VIII who have a low ego function. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in ego function in students after being given individual counseling services using psychoanalytic theory.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who do not have the readiness to become Guidance and Counseling teachers. This is due to the lack of personal qualities that must be possessed by students as prospective Guidance and Counseling teachers. Students as prospective Guidance and Counseling teachers are required to facilitate quality personal development and can be accounted for professionally. This study aims to describe the readiness of students to become guidance and counseling teachers. This research is a descriptive type of research with quantitative methods. The study population consisted of 141 FIP UNP Guidance and Counseling students for the semester of July-December 2019, batch 2016 who had participated in the Guidance and Counseling field practice in schools. The number of research samples 65 students, sampling using techniquespurposive sampling. Collecting data using a Likert scale model questionnaire . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. This study describes the readiness of students to become teachers of Guidance and Counseling in general in the high category, student readiness based on each aspect (1) the readiness of students based on the aspect of self-understanding is in the high enough category (41.5% ), (2) the readiness of students based on the competent aspect is in the high category (36.9%), (3) the readiness of students based on the aspects of psychological health is in the quite high category (49.2%), (4) the readiness of students based on the aspects of believed to be in the very high category (36.9%), (5) the readiness of students based on the aspect of being able to be warm was in the quite high category (30.8)%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the general picture of self-regulation learning is seen from the aspects of organizing and transforming (organizing and transforming), setting goals and planning (goal setting and planning), seeking information (seeking information), keeping records and keeping records. and monitoring), managing the environment (environment structuring), self-conseuences, repeating and remembering (rehearsing and memorizing), seeking social assistance, checking records (reviewing records). This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMK N 1 Solok, totaling 841 students and the sample in this study amounted to 222 students. Sampling in this study using stratifed random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about self-regulation learning with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical techniques. From the research results it can be concluded that the self-regulation learning of SMK N 1 Solok students based on the following aspects: (1) self-evaluation is in the low category with a percentage of 74% (2) organizing and transforming is in the category low with a percentage of 67% (3) aspects of setting goals and planning (Goal Setting and Planning) are in the medium category with a percentage of 44% (4) seeking information (seeking information) are in the high category with a percentage of 48% (5) keeping records and keeping records and monitoring is in the high category with a percentage of 50% (6) the environmental structuring aspect is in the high category with a percentage of 42%.

Abstract

Every child has a different position in the family, there are firstborn, middle, youngest, only children. Each child's personality is different, even twins have different characteristics from one another. Children are expected to have high independence, one of which is independence in learning. Children who have independence in learning can do work without help from others, even children develop strategies in learning, set target values to be achieved, and evaluate the results of tasks that have been done. In fact, most of the youngest children are not able to be independent in learning, and some of the oldest children are already able to learn independently. This research aims to: (1) describe the learning independence of the eldest child and the youngest child, (2) describe the difference in the level of learning independence of the eldest child and the youngest child. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang with the status of the eldest and the youngest children of 2 siblings and 4 siblings, amounting to 40 first-born students and 40 youngest students. Collecting data using a Likert scale model questionnaire, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and different test techniques with the help of the SPSS program version 20.0. The results revealed: (1) the learning independence of the eldest child is in the independent category with an average percentage of an achievement score of 67.5%, (2) the learning independence of the youngest child is in the fairly independent category with an average percentage of an achievement score of 55%, ( 3) available difference in the level of learning independence of the firstborn and youngest child with Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 ? 0.05.
