Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the influence of the store environment and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. The researcher conducted the research at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan, located at Jalan KH. Zainul Arifin No. 7 Medan Polonia. The researcher planned the research activities in April 2019 - September 2019. The approach of this research was quantitative research. The type of the research was quantitative descriptive research. The nature of this research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study was some customers of PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan, as many as 1000 customers. The population in this study was some customers who made purchases at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan, amounting to 1000 customers, where for testing validity and reliability used by researchers, there were 30 customers and the rest were 286 customers as sample test. Before the regression model obtained was used to test the hypothesis, first the model was tested in the classical assumption. The classical assumption test used included: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedestity test. This data analysis model applied multiple regression analysis. The results of the study at the same time became the conclusion of the study was a shop environment of 3.048 with a significant value of 0.003 partially had significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. Promotion amounting to 4.037 with a significant value of 0,000 partially had significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan.

Abstract

Untuk tercapainya keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan maka perlu seorang pimpinan perusahaan dalam memperhatikan kinerja karyawan, hal ini berguna untuk memastikan sejauh mana karyawan dapat menguasai dan memahami tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan tersebut sehingga dapat menghasilkan keefektivan dan keefesienan dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas diperusahaan, begitu juga kepada karyawan PT. SuperSetia Sagita Medan. Perusahaan PT. Super Setia Sagita Medan adalah merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang ritel yang memiliki kinerja yang bagus, namun pada bulan Oktober 2018 dan Maret 2019, kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan. Salah satu faktor penyebab karyawan PT. Super Setia Sagita Medan mengalami penurunan adalah diakibatkan oleh faktor lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Super Setia Sagita Medan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah ekplanatory research (penjelasan). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan secara parsial bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The importance of stock returns for investor because it is one of the factors that motivate investors to invest and is a form of reward and investor courage in taking risks, The main concern of investors in a company is to analyze financial statement especially accounting profit and operating cash flow. This study to determine the effect both simultaneously and partially between operating cash flow, accounting profit to stock return on LQ45 Companies listed in periode 2018-2020. The data in this researc is secondary data obtained from the company’s annual finnacial statement in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or www.idx.co.id. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is purpusive sampling, This research has a population of 45 companies and 23 research samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression Analysis. Based on partial hypothesing testing operating cash flow has a thang value t value 1,468< t table1,670 with a sing value of 0,145>0,05 while accaumtimg profit has a thining t value 2,458>t table 1,670 with a sing value of 0,015<0,05 and ssimultaneous hypothesis testing F value 4,010>F table 3,14 with a significance value of 0,021<0,05. It can be concluded that operating cash flow has no significant effect on stock return and accounting profit has a significant effect on stock returns. Based on simultaneous hypothesis test or F test concluded that operating cash flow and accounting profit have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the effect of working stress and employees’ competence on employees’ performance. This research was done at P.T. Jasa Harapan Barat. The population of sample was all employees of P.T. Jasa Harapan Barat which were seventy (70) employees. Method used was saturation sampling. Data collecting was done by using interview and survey with questioner as the tools. The nature of this research was explanatory research. The methods of analyzing data in this research were double linier regression analysis and classical assumption test. The result of the research showed that simultaneously and significantly working stress and competence had positive effect on the employees’ performance of P.T. Jasa Harapan Barat with the result of Fcount ≥ Ftable 6,767 ≥ 3,13 and significance of 0,002 ≤ 0,05. Partially working stress had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of P.T. Jasa Harapan Barat and competence had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of P.T. Jasa Harapan Barat. The result of the analysis of coefficient of determination obtained the adjusted value of R Square (R2) which showed the variation of employees’ performance variable which could be explained by the variation of working stress and competence variables as much as 14,3% meanwhile, the rest which was as much as 85,7% was explained by the variation of other variables.

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan keadaan fisik, fungsi dan sifat produk bersangkutan yang dapat memenuhi selera dan kebutuhan konsumen dengan memuaskan sesuai dengan nilai uang yang telah dikeluarkan. Kualitas layanan BRI Mobile adalah sebuah aktifitas yang diasosiasikan dengan elemen sesuatu yang abstrak, dimana didalamnya terjadi interaksi antara pelanggan dengan penyedia layanan tetapi tidak berakibat terhadap suatu kepemilikan. Kepuasan nasabah merupakan evaluasi pembeli dimana alternative yang dipilih sekurang-kurangnya sama atau ketidakpuasan timbul apabila hasil yang diperoleh tidak memenuhi harapan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan BRI Mobile terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Unit Lintongnihuta. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 98 orang. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah Quesioner (Angket). Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisa validitas dan realibitas instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji determinasi, analisa regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian diperoleh rhitung untuk variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) sebesar 0,676. Diperoleh rhitung untuk variabel kualitas layanan BRI Mobile (X2) dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) sebesar 0,272. R Square sebesar 0,478 atau sebesar 47,8%. Persamaan Regresi Linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut Y= 1.525 + 0,797 (X1) + 0,403(X2). Hasil pengujian thitung (8,576) > ttabel (1,986), dengan demikian hipotesis dapat diterima dimana terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan nasabah. Fhitung sebesar 43,480 sesuai dengan syarat pengujian bahwa Fhitung 43,480 > Ftabel 3,09 ini berarti kedua variabel tersebut, yaitu kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas layanan BRI Mobile(X2) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y) pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Tbk Unit Lintongnihuta dengan demikian H1 dinyatakan diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Price and promotion have very important purpose in attracting customers and it should be noticed by the company. The customer's decision will be a factor highly preferred, especially on corporate profits in the long term to help address a greater responsibility in the future. This research was conducted at PT. Salim Primary Ivomas Lubukpakam with the amount of samples taken in this study of 100 people. The research applied quantitative research methods. Abstract

The object studied in this study is a manufacturing company in the cosmetic and household sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, EPS on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. The sample in the study were 7 companies. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 6.036 – 2.397X_1 + 2.375X_2 – 0.074X_3. The results show that ROA partially has no effect on stock prices where the significant value is 0.220 > 0.05, ROE partially has no effect on stock prices where the significant value is 0.169 > 0.05, and EPS partially has no effect on stock prices where the significant value is 0.395. > 0.05. Simultaneously, the ROA, ROE, EPS variables have no significant effect on the stock price 0.165 > 0.05, and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.089. This means that 8.9% of the dependent variable or stock price is influenced by the independent variable, while the remaining 91.1 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan. This purpose was to determine Cash Receipts and Expenditures at Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan. The research method used was data collection methods, namely library methods and field methods with documentation techniques and analytical methods, namely descriptive and analytical methods. deductive method. The results of the study concluded Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan makes a list of the names of incoming and outgoing items such as cashier equipment and operational items to be recorded in petty cash or petty cash disbursements. Reports of cash receipts and disbursements are adjusted to cash in and out whether balance with expenditure on the remaining money. Each closing cashier recaps the results of sales (turnover) and capital (denominations that function to change guest spending money) in front of the manager and rechecked by the manager before being deposited to the bank. Any excess capital (remaining change in guest spending) is used as cashier's bonus money and processed into employee needs.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining and analyzing the influence of competence and work stress on employees’ performance. The competency phenomenon in PT. Murni Murni Perkasa is lack of employees’ performance that was not good because of the incompatibility of the educational background in the field which resulted in many employees not working optimally. The work stress phenomenon in PT Karya Murni Perkasa was caused by too high job demand which influenced performance and caused the high level of resignation at the company. The research method used was quantitative approach. The type of research was descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research was descriptive explanatory. The data collection was done by interviews and questionnaires. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population used in this study was employees at PT. Karya Murni Perkasa. Determination of samples in this study was done by using simple random sampling, so that the sample used amounted to 101 people. The results showed that work competence and stress had a significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Karya Murni Perkasa. The results of the analysis of the factors influencing employees’ performance showed that between the two variables analyzed, the most dominant influence on employee performance was the work stress variable. This was proved by the results of the calculation of each variable (t test), which was the t test on work stress. The conclusions in this study were that competency and work stress variables rejected H0 and accepted H1. Thus it was partially showed that job competence and stress had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Karya Murni Perkasa. Simultaneously the performance and competency variables had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to measure the influence of controlling on employee performance at PTBakrie Sumatera Plantation, Tbk Serbangan Estate, Kisaran. The population of this research is 164employees who work at PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantation, Tbk Serbangan Estate, Kisaran and the sample are62 employees. The sample is taking according to Slovin method. Analysis technique use liniar regressionmethod with SPSS versi 21. Based on t-test, controlling has positive and significant influence to employeeperformance. This is evidenced by the regression results Y = 15,808 + 0,340 X.
