Abstract

Kegiatan pengelolaan nilai di SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel.Dengan pengelolaan tersebut siswa harus menunggu guru menyampaikan hasil ujian di dalam kelas yangbisa mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Selain itu masih beresiko data hilang serta diragukan keasliannilainya. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut perlu kiranya untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi web untukpengelolaan nilai pada SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna dengan tujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi nilai hasilujian siswa secara online. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi serta penelitiankepustakaan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dari buku-buku dan jurnal yang ber-hubungan denganaplikasi web pengelolaan nilai. Dengan terciptanya aplikasi ini, proses penyampaian informasi nilai dariguru ke siswa menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci : Aplikasi Web, Pengelolaan Nilai, SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna

Abstract

Many stores still use the traditional way of managing their inventory. From taking notes to using Microsoft Excel. Problems will arise when you want to see the existing stock, the best-selling items and which items have to come out first. So that sometimes they have difficulty in getting information on the stock of goods provided that are not in accordance with existing availability. In this study the author uses the Economic Order Quantity method. The Economic Order Quantity method is a management function in inventory. Where goods must be provided in large quantities because they are sold out is one of the advantages of this method. The results of the analysis of this study are the Design and Build of a Stock of  Goods System with a web-based Economic Order Quantity method to make it easier for shop owners to collect inventory data, increase economic value and improve service to customers with always available stock.Keywords: Stock of goods, Economic Order Quantity, Web, Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The progress of information systems in the education sector is so developed that it requires to carry out academic activities online. To implement and facilitate the acceleration of higher education, the University of Peradaban as the organizer of higher education in the Bumiayu Subdistrict of Brebes Regency, currently does not have an information system that is integrated with academic information systems (SIA), therefore an information system needs analysis. The Togaf Framework is a framework that can see problems and the development of a comprehensive information system. The goal is to build a model Eneterprise Resource Planing academic information system to support the strategy of developing academic information systems as needed at the University of Peradaban. The type of research used is qualitative research that is explorative, which is to look deeply into the needs of users in applying academic information systems at the University of Peradaban. Analysis of the planner's scope, SIA is designed to manage Lecturer data, Student data, class schedules, Card Management Study Plan, Study Card processing and management of value transcripts and alumni data management. System development consists of three parts, namely a system that can be used by academic administrative staff, lecturers and can be used by students. SIA is designed to provide speed and convenience in managing data and academic development for the competitiveness of universities.

Abstract

Learning with the E-learning method is learning by using technology because online e-learning uses computer networks to provide information and communication. Where with the use of e-learning can occur changes in learning activities between teachers and students and students can learn wherever and whenever. SUMSEL N HIGH SCHOOL (Sampoerna Academy) Palembang has a vision that is international level and has the hope to become an example for other national schools by implementing international standards and has a mission to make students global in mind. In the SUMSEL High School in the learning process still using conventional learning methods through face-to-face in class, the provision of subject matter is carried out only in class and also if the teacher is not entered, the subject material is not obtained by students. So that this research was carried out by utilizing information and communication technology in changing learning activities namely the use of school-based elearning. While this research is research development research refers to the development model Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE). School-based Elearning has features similar to Facebook and schoology also combines social networks and LMS (Learning Management System). So that with schoology-based e-learning can get information about the subject matter that is given by the teacher easily even though the teacher is unable to attend the class because through schoology the teacher can attend student attendance, and between the teacher and students can interact socially while learning.

Abstract

Pura Bangunan Unit of PT. Pura Barutama has responsibilities to handle new building construction and renovation of old buildings. The procedure of requesting memo to do that tasks are still processed by requesting to Pura Bangunan Unit to create a new memo. In addition, the project management process is often inaccurate and not real time. It is inefficient and ineffective because requesting memo takes 1-2 days. Sometimes, the collected requesting memo files are missing, and monitoring results are not optimal. This research will design and implement the management project application using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework. The results showed that the application helps and accelerates all units of PT. Pura Barutama to request a memo faster. Moreover, the memo requesting files can be stored safely and project management process can be done gradually, so that the monitoring results are accurate and real time. CodeIgniter framework made the code more simple and save. The use of Bootstrap also made this application accessible in a variety of screen sizes including on screen tablets and smartphones by providing responsive displays.

Abstract

Proses penyusunan jadwal perkuliahan di stmik prabumulih  masih dilakukan secara semi-manual dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan membutuhkan waktu berhari-hari, bahkan berminggu-minggu, sedangkan dalam membuat jadwal  harus dilakukan dengan optimal dan cepat dikarenakan jadwal akan dipergunakan untuk kegiatan perkuliahan tiap semesternya, agar proses penjadwalan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efesien maka  diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang bisa mempermudah proses penjadwalan yaitu aplikasi penjadwalan dan  menerapkan algoritma yang tepat, salah satu algoritma  bisa digunakan dalam aplikasi penjadwalan adalah Algoritma Genetika. Algoritma Genetika adalah algoritma pencarian yang didasarkan pada mekanisme seleksi alamiah dan genetika alamiah.

Abstract

Kemasan menjadi suatu masalah titik lemah pelaku Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM), permasalahan yang ada dalam proses pembuatan kemasan yang dilakukan oleh IKM seperti mulai dari pengisian form, mendatangi Rumah Kemasan, sampai IKM menunggu konfirmasi penyelesaian kemasan oleh petugas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kebutuhan atas sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan di Rumah Kemasan. Selain itu pada penelitian ini juga mengkaji keperluan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu manajemen di Rumah Kemasan, sehingga membantu pelayanan Rumah Kemasan yang lebih baik dengan IKM. Dengan menggunakan metode FAST (framework for the application of system thinking) sebagai metode Analisa dan desain yang dimulai dengan tahap Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Design logis, Construction and Testing. Dengan menggunakan sampling Data Form pendaftaran dan Data IKM dari tahun 2018-2019, sehingga dapat dihasilkan perancangan sistem informasi untuk membantu IKM dan majamenen Sistem Informasi Rumah Kemasan di Dinas Koperasi Perindustrian dan Perdagangan

Abstract

A neural network is a form of artificial intelligence that has the ability to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Neural network began since 1890 because a great American psychologist named William James created the book "Principles of Psycology". James was the first one publish a number of facts related to the structure and function of the brain. The history of neural network development is divided into 4 epochs, the Camelot era, the Depression, the Renaissance, and the Neoconnectiosm era. Neural networks used today are not 100 percent accurate. However, neural networks are still used because of better performance than alternative computing models. The use of neural network consists of pattern recognition, signal analysis, robotics, and expert systems. For risk analysis of the neural network, it is first performed using hazards and operability studies (HAZOPS). Determining the neural network requirements in a good way will help in determining its contribution to system hazards and validating the control or mitigation of any hazards. After completion of the first stage at HAZOPS and the second stage determines the requirements, the next stage is designing. Neural network underwent repeated design-train-test development. At the design stage, the hazard analysis should consider the design aspects of the development, which include neural network architecture, size, intended use, and so on. It will be continued at the implementation stage, test phase, installation and inspection phase, operation phase, and ends at the maintenance stage.

Abstract

Medical record play important role in order to improve hospital healthcare quality. Medical record must provide proper, fast, and relevant data. Current medical records documentation is manual based in mean the documents are available in notes and document maps. There is no integration among the document, and it can caused a misunderstanding among hospital stakeholder such as doctor or nurse and also duplicated data. QR code is one of alternative to handle completeness file, searching document, and store all document. The combination between QR code, web and mobile platform can handle the problem faced by hospital stakeholder. In testing phase, the proposed system can handle medical record problem in RS. St. Elisabeth. Average of respondent, more than 50% state that sistem is good to handle tracking record, completeness file, and store.

Abstract

Penggunaan kran air manual dalam berwudhu masih tidak efisien dalam penghematan air, karena berwudhu membutuhkan air ± 5 liter setiap kali waktu sholat yaitu subuh, dzuhur, ashar, magrib dan isya. Dan juga banyaknya air wudhunya orang dewasa berbeda dengan air wudhunya anak-anak, dan kran juga sering lupa ditutup dengan baik atau kurang rapat sehingga terjadi pembuangan air yang boros, oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini, dirancanglah kran yang menggunakan sensor PIR sebagai pendeteksi gerakan, Arduino Atmega 328 sebagai pengendali dan juga menggunakan Solenoid Valve sebagai kran yang bisa menutup secara otomatis saat tidak ada kegiatan pengambilan air wudhu, sehingga penggunaan  air tetap stabil dan tidak ada pemborosan dalam penggunaannya.
