Abstract

In the era of millennial needs using the internet became the primary needs of everyone, to connect to the internet one of them by connecting through an access point. The problem that occurs is the difficulty of getting legal internet access that is already connected to an access point then moving place or room. Because the number of access point devices installed with SSID (Service Set Identifier) is different for each device that the user needs to log in again to get internet access, and there is no filtering of users who are entitled to use hotspot facilities based on certain devices. With the number of access points being hotspots, this becomes a consideration for network managers to set hotspot passwords or other settings, this is a new challenge for network managers. Therefore, to overcome this problem a wireless access point management system was built that uses centrally using CAPsMAN (Controller Access Point System Manager) and MAC Mask Access Lists as filtering. By using the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method in floating network design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tahapan evaluasi yang secara rutin wajib dilaksanakan dalam setiap ekosistem hidup sistem informasi. Objek penelitian adalah website Pusat Informasi Harga Pangan Strategis (PIHPS). Penelitian ini diawali dengan tahapan wawancara dan observasi objek, penelitian kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan rancangan kuesioner menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 dengan tiga indikator yaitu usability quality (UQ), information quality (IQ), dan Service Interaction Quality (IT). Pada tahapan analisis data menggunakan model kano untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna website. Responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden. Analisi kano diawali dengan pengelompokan berdasarkan klasifikasi kelas kano Attractive (A), One dimensional (O), Must be (M), dan Indifferent (I). Dilanjutkan dengan penentuan grade dan pencarian nilai rentang tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunukan tingkat ketidakpuasan lebih tingggi dari nilai kepuasan pengguna website sebesar 60%. Maka peneniliti merekomendasikan bagi pengelola website supaya memprioritaskan dan meningkat beberapa item atribut yang masuk dalam klasifikasi One Dimensional (O) dan menjaga item atribut yang ada dalam klasifikasi Attractive (A).

Abstract

The Puskesmas is a health service center at the first level in the community. Medication is an important requirement in health agencies, including health centers. The Puskesmas must provide medicine for patients for a period of a month. As well, the puskesmas also has to plan drug requests for the period of the following month. The problem that often arises is about drug supplies. If the demand for drugs is too much, it will cause the drug to be removed for a long period of time, so that it will result in drug expiration. Likewise, if the demand for drugs is too little then it becomes less good, which results in less optimal service to the community. During this time, planning for drug demand for use in the next period, still using instinctive techniques by the head of the health center of the puskesmas. So, this will lead to excess or even reduced drug supply. In this study a system that is able to predict future drug needs was built. The results of this prediction can be used as a reference for drug requests to the health department. The method used to predict is the Least Square method, while the system to control the upper and lower limits uses the Minimum Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) method. The test system for prediction errors in this study uses Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). This systems was implemented using the PHP language and visualized on a web-based basis. The system test results showed an average prediction error rate of 12.70%. The existence of this system is expected to be able to assist the planning process of drug needs in the future at the puskesmas.

Abstract

 Institusi pendidikan tinggi adalah lembaga utama dalam menciptakan para generasi muda yang dapat siap terjun ke dalam dunia kerja dan industri, dan salah satu program pendidikan yang turut berperan serta adalah pendidikan jalur vokasi. Pendidikan vokasi merupakan pendidikan tinggi yang diarahkan pada penguasaan keahlian terapan tertentu. Dan Politeknik Harapan Bersama merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan jalur vokasi yang menyediakan  Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk menjadi para generasi muda sebagai praktisi di dalam industri , perusahaan ataupun stake holder yang lain. Dosen merupakan elemen yang penting dalam institusi pendidikan, seperti halnya juga bagi Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal. Dosen memiliki tiga tugas pokok yang disebut Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi yakni Pengajaran, Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kinerja dosen meliputi ketiga hal tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kinerja dosen dengan menggunakan metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), dan membandingkannya dengan hasil manual. Eksperimen dilakukan 4 skenario dengan dibedakan fungsi keanggotaannya dan struktur ANFIS. Dari penelitian didapat error terkecil didapat pada eksperimen ke-4 dengan hasil error 0,305 dengan struktur ANFIS 6-24-4-4-1 yakni layer input sebanyak 6, hidden layer 1 sebayak 24, hidden layer kedua sejumlah 4, dan hidden layer keempat sejumlah 4 dan layer output 1.

Abstract

Credit scoring in financial institutions/banks is very important in determining whether it is feasible or not to receive borrowed funds. Therefore, credit scoring is the most important part of the company and has a great impact on the company's profits. Therefore, there are very strict regulations in the credit scoring process. This credit evaluation uses customer data collected by filling out forms, customer financial history data, and various other data sources. The Optimal Binning Algorithm is an industry-standard method used by data scientists to build credit scoring models. However, data scientists need to analyze each variable or feature individually to understand how the pattern of each variable affects the goal. When there are hundreds or even thousands of variables, it will take a lot of time, From a business perspective, it usually requires a solution that is as fast and effective as possible. To solve this problem, we propose the implementation of evolutionary algorithms to find the best solution of variable value constraints to form optimal binning. Genetic algorithms as a branch of adaptive evolutionary algorithms commonly used to solve value searches in optimization problems.  Through this research, genetic algorithms can solve the problem of determining the limitations in the formation of optimal binning ariables very well.  The results of the comparison between the classifier methods provide evidence that Logistic Regression can consistently have stable performance. In addition, it can maintain the performance of the predictive model despite changes in trends in the test data, while other methods get a decrease in performance results. In the Logistics Regression t test data, he received an AUC of 0.71

Abstract

The dictionary is one of the solutions for learning about vocabulary and translating it. The use of dictionaries in the form of books is less effective and efficient, so it is necessary to develop electronic dictionaries in the form of dictionary applications available on smartphones. This study aims to develop an Android-based three-language dictionary application, namely Bima, Indonesian, and English, which includes a speech to text  feature. The software development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method has four main stages: requirements planning, design, construction, and cutover. Data collection methods in this research include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis of data resulting from observations, interviews, and literature studies. The application was built using the Flutter and Codeigniter frameworks. In the final stage of dictionary application development, testing was carried out on the application's functionality using the black box method. The results of the test show that the application runs very well; all buttons and features work as they should after fixing bugs and problems found in the final test before launch.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, komputer telah digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan dan menjadi bagian yang sangat penting untuk menunjang aktifitas maupun pekerjaan dalam segala hal. Pemanfaatan atau pengembangan sistem komputer ini sangat membantu pekerjaan seseorang termasuk dalam kegiatan akademik. Termasuk pula perguruan tinggi Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal, khususnya Program Studi D4 Teknik Informatika. Pada setiap perguruan tinggi tentunya memiliki system pengisian KRS sebagai syarat untuk mengambil matakuliah yang akan ditempuh disemester depan. Namun banyak perguruan tinggi yang masih menggunakan sistem pengisian KRS dengan cara manual termasuk pada Program Studi D4 Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal.Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan perencanaan sebagai langkah awal, menganalisis data yang diperlukan, merancang sistem yang ada menggunakan UML, serta penerapannya untuk mengimplementasikan  sebuah sistem E-KRS pada program studi D4 Teknik Informatika dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi E-KRS pada Program Studi D4 Teknik Informatika sehingga mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mengisi formulir KRS secara online. Sistem dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi PHP serta Framework Code Igniter, Xampp sebagai web server, MySql sebagai database server. Dan Adobe Dreamweaver sebagai editor. Kata kunci: Tegal, E-KRS, Program Studi D4 Teknik Informatika

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that is widely used by the public. Twitter social media can be used to express opinions or opinions about an object. This shows that there is a huge opportunity for data sources, so they can be used for sentiment analysis. There are many algorithms for performing sentiment analysis, including Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes (NB). Because of the many opinions regarding the performance of the two methods, the researcher is interested in classifying the data using the SVM and NB methods. The data used in this study is data on public opinion regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy. The first classification process is carried out by the SVM method using various kernels. After getting the highest accuracy result, then the accuracy result is compared with the accuracy value from the NB method classification results.

Abstract

Letter of Assignment is something that can’t be separated in the management of University. A lecturer works on a specific task based on the assignment letter he receives from either the Department Leader or the University Leader. In the Department this matter is handled by the Department Administrator who handles the operations of the Department daily. If this is still handled manually, of course it will bother the Department Administrator. Especially when Department Administrator workload is high causing human error to occur. Web-based Letter of Assignment Information System is the solution to this problem. This system is developed to facilitate the operation of the Department. Besides documents that are already in digital form make it easy in terms of storage and distribution. So that both the Department Administrator and the Lecturer can access the assignment letter from wherever he is as long as there is still an internet connection. This system was developed using the Waterfall Model method which is one of the classic and most popular methods in software development. Research conducted based on qulitative analysis of primary and secondary data sources with methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of this system is succeeded to facilitate operations in the Department so that the Department Administrator can work more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

STIPER Sriwigama Palembang is one of the agricultural science college located in Palembang City. STIPER Sriwigama Palembang has a computer network that utilizes wireless transmission media. Therefore, one of the most needed devices is AP (Access Point). Currently, STIPER Sriwigama Palembang only has 2 Access Point so that the internet network can not be spread to the entire environment of STIPER Sriwigama Palembang. With these problems, in this research will be designed WAP (Wireless Access Point) by utilizing Raspberry Pi 3 Model B owned by STIPER Sriwigama Palembang. Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is a mini computer that is about the size of a credit card equipped with SD card which is where the installation of Operating System and data storage managed on Raspberry Pi 3. Building a Wireless Access Point can be done by doing some configuration stages to Raspberry Pi 3 Model B which has been installed by Raspbian Operating System. With the construction of WAP utilize Raspberry Pi 3, then the internet network will be spread throughout the environment of STIPER Sriwigama Palembang by using wireless transmission media.
