Abstract

This study aims to test and describe how significant the influence of the interaction of differences in pocket money and lifestyle is on the financial management of 2019-2020 Economics Education Students at the University of Jambi. The research was conducted at the Teaching and Education Faculty, Jambi University, April-May 2023 by distributing a research questionnaire. This study uses an approach with a quantitative descriptive research type with the classical assumption test method with analysis Two Way Anova to look for differences and influences between variables, the F test, the marginal average test and the coefficient of determination. The results show that there is a significant difference between pocket money and lifestyle on the financial management of 2019-2020 Economics Education Students. The results show significance (0.005 <0.05) with Fcount > Ftable (3.946 > 3.07). The coefficient of determination (R) is 0.561 or 56%, or the meaning of this value indicates that 56% of financial management is influenced by pocket money and lifestyle and the remaining 44% is influenced by other independent variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between supply chain and the competitiveness of native beef cattle in South Sulawesi Province. A conceptual model was developed to examine how supply chain, including : strategic supplier partnerships, market information sharing, knowledge technology in beef cattle production sharing are related to the competitiveness of native beef cattle. A survey questionnaire based on 64 farmers and intermediary traders from Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province conducted to collect empirical data for testing the formulated hypothesis. Spearman's correlation coefficient analysis was conducted to test the hypothesized relationship. The study result showed that strategic supplier partnerships have a significant and positive relationship with competitive native beef cattle, while market share of information and knowledge technology in beef cattle production was not significant and positively associated with competitive native beef cattle. The study limitations/implications is other important dimensions for supply chain partnerships, namely information sharing, goal congruence, decision synchronization, incentive alignment, and resource sharing should also be involved for future research. Since this study was limited to the province of South Sulawesi, the findings of this study cannot be generalized to supply chain practices in Indonesia and developing countries. Therefore future research should be carried out in other provinces in Indonesia or in other developing countries

Abstract

One way to measure the economic progress of a country is to look at the people's business fields. The field refers to the economic sector which includes various types of businesses run by micro, small and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) who work independently or in groups. To help small businesses facing capital problems, the government encourages banks to provide business capital with the aim of accelerating economic growth, increasing competitiveness, and creating jobs. The People's Business Credit is one of the programs issued by the government to help small communities who have problems with capital. How does people's business credit help MSMEs? This study used a qualitative approach with secondary data. BNI KUR provides a credit ceiling that allows people to take advantage of it when they plan and develop their business. This research also discusses how BNI KUR plays a role for micro and small businesses that want to develop their business by providing working capital loans and investment loans.

Abstract

Bottled Drinking Water Industry (AMDK). This is what causes a high level of competition between fellow AMDK industries. In addition to the high level of competition between companies in the AMDK industry, the emergence of refill drinking water depots is certainly a problem for companies, because it will be a big threat to the AMDK market . With the variety of AMDK products that crowd Jambi City , there are more diverse choices of AMDK products that are in demand by the public which will influence purchasing decisions in society both the price and the quality of the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of both factors , namely product quality and price on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method. The type and source of data that primary data and secondary data use. Data collection using the method of questionnaires and documentation. Thecollected ata were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that simultaneously Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions While partially Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Price has an effect significant to purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the regional financial capacity in Jambi City in 2003-2021, to find out the regional financial independence in Jambi City in 2003-2021 and to know the relationship between the ability and independence of regional finance with economic growth in Jambi City from 2003-2021. The research method used to determine the regional financial capacity of the City of Jambi in 2003-2021 by calculating using the ratio of fiscal decentralization, regional financial independence measurement parameters is the regional independence ratio and looking for the relationship of ability and regional financial independence with economic growth using Pearson correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Jambi City has not been able in the financial capacity of the region; (2) The level of independence is still very low and shows an instructive relationship pattern; (3) The Relationship between Regional Capability and Financial Independence with Economic Growth has a very strong positive correlation. For the significance of the results of the correlation of ability and financial independence of regions with economic growth has a significant relationship.

Abstract

The depletion of tin resources in Bangka Belitung poses a significant challenge for the region's economic sustainability and energy security. This study explores the prospects of establishing a nuclear power-based industry as a replacement for depleting tin resources. The research employs a comprehensive methodology that includes a literature review, data collection, potential assessment, sustainability analysis, economic implications analysis, case study, scenario analysis, and policy recommendations. The study begins with a literature review, which provides a foundation of knowledge on nuclear power technology, tin resources, and their respective industries. Data collection is then conducted to gather relevant information on the current tin production and consumption trends in Bangka Belitung, as well as data on nuclear power technology, its potential implementation, and its economic and environmental implications. The findings of this research suggest that a nuclear power-based industry holds promise as a viable alternative to address the depletion of tin resources in Bangka Belitung. The potential assessment demonstrates the feasibility of implementing nuclear power technology, while the sustainability analysis highlights the importance of addressing environmental and social concerns. The economic implications analysis reveals potential economic benefits and the case studies provide insights into possible scenarios. The policy recommendations offer guidance for sustainable development and effective stakeholder engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business capital and family support on entrepreneurial interest in economic education students in the 2019-2022 batch of Jambi University both partially and simultaneously. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 119 Economic Education Students from the Class of 2019-2020 at Jambi University. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPPS SPSS 21.0 for Windows assistance program. The results of this research indicate that the use of the Google site partially influences learning achievement as evidenced by the obtained value of t_(calculation) > t_(table) namely 3.012 > 1.658 and a significance value of <0.05, namely 0.003 < 0.05. The learning motivation variable partially influences learning achievement as evidenced by the value of t_(count) > t_(table) namely 3.064 > 1.658 and the significance value < 0.003, namely 0.003 < 0.05. And simultaneously it also has an effect where the value of 〖F〗_(calculation) is greater than 〖F〗_(table) namely 10.609 > 3.1 and the significance value < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. So H_(a) is rejected and H_0 is rejected, so that there is a significant influence between the use of the Google Site and Learning Motivation on the Learning Achievement of Economics Education Students Class of 2019-2020, Jambi University.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of understanding research methodology and the Adversity Quotient on students' ability to prepare theses in the PIPS Department Class of 2019, Jambi University, both partially and simultaneously. This research is research with a quantitative approach using a survey method. The results show that the variable understanding research methodology has a positive and significant effect on understanding research methodology and the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on students' ability to compose a thesis with the F test value, Fcount>Ftable value, namely 25.430 > 3 .06 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.265 or 26.5%.

Abstract

In the learning process, creating an environment that stimulates active student participation is very important, because students will more easily understand the concepts taught when actively involved. This study aims to determine the extent to which learning media using the Quizizz application affects student interest in learning within the scope of fiqh subjects at MTsN 2 Pelalawan. Qualitative research design using documentation and observation study techniques is used in order to achieve research objectives. The results of the study show that the use of the Quizizz application as a learning model that involves students in answering questions is an effective solution to increase interest in learning and understanding of fiqh subject matter. Quizizz brings a number of benefits because it is game-based, utilizing shared game elements that make the learning process more interesting and interactive. The game features such as avatars, themes and entertainment music provided by Quizizz make it particularly suitable for online learning.
