Abstract

The facts regarding the development of umkm in the city of pekalongan are widely found in communities that shop online. It isa problem for small middle-class micro businesses to survive and help Indonesia's economy in the current covid-19 pandemic. So the purpose of this study is to know the implementation of digitisation and digital marketing strategies at umkm Mebel Putra Jaya pekalongan. In the study a qualitative approach with a descriptive mode type data using data collection techniques for the study using interviews, documentaries, and observations.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The reform and reconstruction of the Islamic educational system and its institutions must be carried out, especially in view of the development of the global world, which requires the constant improvement of all Islamic educational institutions. One way to increase the functionality of Islamic boarding schools concerns the financial independence of Islamic boarding schools, especially for students. Because there are still many public perceptions that students in the entrepreneurial world do not have a positive enough image. Another problem is the fate of the santri after their "study" at the Islamic boarding school. Career prospects for them are very slim, especially if they do not have enough formal education. This research is a library research (library research). This study uses the types and sources of secondary data obtained from research results, articles and reference books that discuss topics related to the research theme. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is an effort to understand the various concepts found in the research process, using content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of the study show that entrepreneurship development can be done anywhere, including in Islamic boarding schools. This entrepreneurial activity is very helpful, improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the existence of this entrepreneurial activity also helps the ability of the students. Because many think that santri are only capable in the religious field, but for fields outside of religion they are not yet capable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of stock prices in the influence of profitability and firm size on firm value. Stock prices use the closing price in the capital market, profitability uses return on assets (ROA), company size uses the natural logarithm of Total Assets, while company value uses price to book value (PBV). The population in this study are mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used as many as 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The testing technique uses Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS v.3.3.7. This study shows that profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, firm size has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, profitability has no direct effect on firm value. Firm size directly has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Stock prices have a positive and significant effect on firm value. As for the indirect effect, stock prices are not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value and stock prices are able to mediate firm size on firm value.

Abstract

Generation Z at this time when buying an item is not just a halal label that is a concern but is more concerned with who is the brand ambassador. This study aims to find the effect of partially or simultaneously halal labeling and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions for Korean Spicy instant noodles. This research was conducted on Generation Z in Tulungagung Regency. The sample collection in this study used a snowball sampling technique to consumers of Generation Z instant noodles in Tulunggaung Regency. The sampling used was through a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed through the google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 computer application program. Partially, the data analysis in the study showed that the halal labeling variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and partially the brand ambassador variable had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The translation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.667, which means that both halal labeling variables and brand ambassadors simultaneously (simultaneously) contribute 66.7% to purchasing decisions, while 33.3% comes from other factors and not from this study.

Abstract

Effective Raw Material Supply Monitoring Analysis to Support Smooth Production Process at Upsolute Coffee Cilacap". Problem 1. Whether the implementation of supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee has not been efficient; 2. Is there a difference between the cost of procurement of raw materials in fact and the economy. Control of raw material supplies needs to be done properly in order to be available in the right amount and time so that the production process can run smoothly and the cost of raw material supplies can be suppressed. Research Objectives 1. Analyzing the efficiency of the supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee; 2. Analyze the difference between the actual cost of procurement of raw materials and the economical ones. This research is a quantitative descriptive analysis study. Data Analysis Techniques using the EOQ, TIC, ROP, and Savety Stock methods. EOQ is the number or size of orders owned, the amount of order fees, and the minimum per-year inventory costs (Assauri, 2008). ROP is a point or limit to the amount of inventory available at a time when the booking must be held again. Safety stock is an additional supply held to maintain the possibility of material shortages. The implementation of supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee has not been efficient. There is a difference between the actual cost of procurement of raw materials and the cost of economical raw materials.

Abstract

The research entitled “Analysis of the Effect of Financial Ratios on Banking Financial Performance (Case Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2018-2020). The financial ratios used are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), while financial performance is measured by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. The formulation of the research problem is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA). This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), on Return on Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative research using secondary data Data in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2008-2020, obtained a sample of 18 companies based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and to determine the accuracy of the model, the classical assumption test is carried out. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a significant positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA) while Non Performing Loans (NPL) had a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA). It is proven by the CAR tcount (2.443) and LDR (5.825) which is greater than the ttable value (2.009) and the NPL tcount value (-4.207) is smaller than the ttable value (-2.009), with sig. value CAR (0.018), NPL (0.000), LDR (0.000) < a (0.05).

Abstract

One of the Central Java Provincial Government programs is to reduce the number of people living in poverty. The Central Java Provincial Government target in 2021 was to lower poverty rate to below ten percent. Therefore, it is necessary to determine factors affecting the poverty rate in Central Java. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the Human Development Index, total population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRP), and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the poverty rate in regencies/municipalities in Central Java. The study on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the poverty rate in Central Java Province has never been carried out. This study was different from the previous studies. This study used panel data regression by using 2018-2021 data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). In this study, the result of the best model selection was the random effect model. The result of this study indicated that Human Development Index (HDI) had a negative and significant effect, total population had a positive and insignificant, GRDP had a positive and significant effect, and the impact of Covid-19 pandemic had a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate.

Abstract

The sustainability of a college is determined by many factors. Among them is whether the college is known or not so that the community will entrust the education process of their children to the college. Various efforts to introduce the university can be done with the right marketing strategy. Marketing mix is ​​a strategy of strengthening from within, either in the form of services or the provision of supporting services (physical and non-physical). The marketing mix is ​​a unit of several elements which in its implementation are interrelated and mutually supportive. Its application in higher education marketing is carried out with careful planning and involves all the existing academic community. The application of the marketing mix is ​​the right strategy because this strategy is a strengthening strategy from within so that it can be planned and programmed according to the capabilities and conditions of the university.
