Abstract

Interactions between Holy Koran and humans often experience differences from studies of the interpretation of the Holy Koran itself. People’s responses to the Koran and its practice become a separate phenomenon that deserves to be examined. Because the study of the Koran does not always have to be centered on the study of texts alone, the public response to the Koran can become a new stream of contemporary Koran study research. Considering that the study of ansikh's Koran study cannot capture the social reception of the people of the Koran. The phenomenon of the Koran that "lives" in the community certainly requires a study of social science and anthropology. This is why the study of the Living Quran is a new direction in the study of religious anthropology. But even so, the formal object is still in the study of the Koran and its understanding, the implementation and belief of certain people in the Koran, and the extent to which the embodiment of the Koran in its daily life (Al-Quran in Everyday life). Therefore, the Living Quran Analysis of the Sewelasan tradition in the al-Mardliyyah Islamic School in Tambakberas Jombang is interesting to study, with the Living Quran approach, it can be understood as to what purpose, and how the Sewelasan practice is implemented. From this it can also be explored how the reception of santri al-Mardliyyah on the interpretation of the verse about Allah's guarantee of the preservation of the Koran.

Abstract

There are many Muslim musicians from abroad whose names are famous all over the world, one of these musicians is Maher Mustafa Maher Zain. Maher Mustafa Maher Zain or what we usually call Maherzain is one of the most famous Muslim musicians in the world. Many of Maherzain's religious songs are loved by people all over the world and one of them is from Indonesia. In his work, Maherzain himself has released 3 albums, the first album is the album Thank You Allah, then the second is the album Forgive me and the last is the album One. In the Thank You Allah album, there is a song that people are familiar with. This song is very popular with the people because this song really inspires the people. The song is entitled Thank You Allah which will be taken as research material in this thesis. Based on the background above, the researcher formulated the research problem into two, namely a. Moral values ​​in the song Thank You Allah by Maherzain, b. The relevance of the song Thank You Allah by Maherzain to Islamic da'wah. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with content analysis methods, descriptive qualitative content analysis.From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the researcher has concluded that the moral values ​​contained in the song Thank You Allah by Maherzain consist of patience, gratitude, responsibility, forgiveness and compassion. Every moral value has good understanding and benefits for every human being. Meanwhile, the relevance of the moral values ​​contained in the song Thank You Allah by Maherzain to Islamic da'wah is devoted to a preacher. In this case a da'i must be able to have five qualities or moral values ​​which include patience, gratitude, responsibility, forgiveness and compassion. So that the da'i's preaching can run effectively and be well received by the community, besides that a preacher if he has these five moral values ​​will be able to become uswatun hasanah (good role model) for every mad'u.

Abstract

This study discusses the focus on (1) how Strategy character education students through guidance and counseling services in SMP Negeri 1 Jombang Ploso. (2) how is the implementation of character education students through guidance and counseling services in SMP Negeri 1 Jombang Ploso.This study uses a qualitative method, which is to describe and interpret data that has been obtained so that it will represent reality in accordance with existing phenomena. For methods of collecting data in this study use three techniques: (1) observation, (2) interviews (3) method of documentation data obtained from reports and documents. These findings resulted in two findings: first, strategy character education students through guidance and counseling services in SMP Negeri 1 Jombang Ploso are as follows: a. religious development activities, b. development of extra-curricular activities, c. modeling / sample, d. environment conditioning activities, e. routine activities, f. social activities, g. reprimand. Second, implementation of character education in the country SMP Negeri 1 Ploso is: a. integration character education in the subjects, b. through local content subjects, c. through religious activity, d. self-development / extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study focuses on four aspects, namely: (1) how the planning of Arabic learning approach to active learning in boarding school al-Munawaroh Jombang?, (2) how the implementation of Arabic learning approach to active learning in boarding school al-Munawaroh Jombang? , (3) how the evaluation of learning Arabic with active learning approach in boarding school al-Munawaroh Jombang ?, (4) what are the supporting factors and obstacles in learning Arabic with active learning approach in boarding school al-Munawaroh Jombang?. To solve the problems and find the answers to all four issues, this study used a descriptive approach, data collection techniques using interview (interview), observations (observation), and documentation. The results showed that the management of Arabic language learning with active learning approach implemented in boarding school Al-Munawaroh slightly at odds with cognitive active learning that is by rote material. In addition the management carried out on the basis of experience with various modifications following the development of education in Indonesia. Finally, Arabic learning approach to active learning is successful, where learning Arabic that have been the hallmarks of boarding school Al-Munawaroh for the students not only the origin of learning, but really become a necessity of learning that is meaningful to them, as well as materials studied could be linked with experience or existing information on the students' cognitive system. Arabic language learning success is inseparable from the role of management study Arabic implemented from planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting factors and obstacles in its implementation. In order to create an effective learning Arabic, Al-Munawaroh boarding should always develop a learning management in accordance with the development of education today

Abstract

Film is considered as a powerful medium of communication to the masses it targets, because of its audio-visual nature, film is an effective medium for conveying a message. But not all messages can be conveyed properly, therefore it is necessary to formulate the problems in this research: what is the Islamic perspective and hadits prespective on lengger lanang culture contained in the film Kucumbu Body Indahku. To answer the formulation of the problem, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, with the method used is Roland Barthes's Semiotics analysis "Langger Lanang culture in the film Kucumbu Badan Indahku by Garin Nugraha in an Islamic perspective". In this study, Roland Barthes' theory is very relevant for interpreting the sign structure in the film Kissing My Beautiful Body. Roland Barhes classifies significance in two stages, namely denotative meaning and connotative meaning. Roland Barthes also adds myth which is the signifier and the deepest meaning. Then the analysis in this film is focused on lengger lanang culture which includes crossgender and LGBT which is the formulation of the problem in this research. From the results of the meaning of the sign structure contained in the film Kucumbu Berlian Cantikku, there are several scenes about lengger lanang, crossgender, and LGBT. Then these three aspects are analyzed through an Islamic religious perspective with the aim that this research can provide knowledge about crossgender and LGBT that Islam strictly prohibits anyone from doing this and is supported by several arguments in the Qur'an, hadiths, and the opinions of scholars.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine the role of the Jamansiro Dzikir and Sholawat Assembly in increasing the motivation of the Santri's Love for Sholawat and how the Impact of the Jamansiro Dzikir and Sholawat Assembly is in Improving the Spirituality of the Santri. This research is a case study research. The approach used in this research is a naturalistic approach. The technique used in entering the location in conducting this research is to use formal and informal roads, the data sources used consist of Person, Place, and paper data. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation methods were carried out directly and supported by in-depth interviews with related parties.The conclusions of this study are: 1) The role of the Jamansiro Dzikir and Sholawat Assembly in increasing the motivation of the Santri's Love for Sholawat. The Jamansiro Dzikir and Sholawat Assembly has a very strategic role in increasing the spirituality of the santri because implicitly the activities of the Jamansiro Assembly have several functions, including: as a medium for implementing the principles of the Five Servants, as a medium for presenting exemplary figures in students, namely the figures of Rasulullah and Auliya', as a medium for cultivating mahabbah and self-motivation of students. as a medium to foster hope of obtaining ridlo and blessings from Allah through the reason (wasilah) of reading blessings and manaqib. 2). The Impact of the Dhikr Assembly and the Jamansiro Prayer in Improving the Spirituality of the Santri. The activities of the Jamansiro Assembly play a very important role in increasing the spirituality of the santri. Forms of spiritual improvement for students who actively take part in activities at the Jamansiro Assembly are: a high spirit of devotion, an attitude of tawadlu' and better morals. roja, and motivation to istiqomah.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine So the focus of this research is how to model Ahmad Muwafiq's rhetoric on the Gus Muwafiq Official YouTube channel, November 15 2020 edition. This research approach is a qualitative research. The subject in this research is K.H Ahmad Muwafiq's rhetorical model on the official Gus Muwafiq YouTube channel November 15 2020 edition with a time duration of 1:23.32 and the source of the data obtained temporarily is through: Video and audio recordings from the recitation of the History of the Entry of Islam in the Archipelago edition 15 November 2020 on youtube; b) K.H. Ahmad Muwafiq or better known as Gus Muwafiq as the talented preacher in the video being studied: c) Other preachers as comparative data.Data collection techniques using observation, and documentation methods were carried out directly and supported by in-depth interviews with related parties. Based on the research results obtained, it was concluded that Gus Muwafiq used this rhetorical style well. In terms of the use of language style, in conveying his da'wah material, namely the history of the arrival of Islam in the archipelago, Gus Muwafiq has been able to apply several types of language properly and clearly. Among them are using informal language, using conversational language, using tone-based language style and using sentence-based language style.

Abstract

The resreach problems are the focus of research is How a strategy of self-development at MTs Together, What is the role of counseling in MTs Together and What are the factors supporting and inhibiting factors in the strategy of self-development through guidance counseling in Together MTs Jombang. The aim of this study was describe the strategy of self-development through guidance and counseling services at MTs Together Jombang, Mendirkripsikan kegitatan role of counseling in personal development in Jombang and MTs Together To describe some of the factors supporting and inhibiting factors in the strategy of self-development through guidance and counseling services. This study used a qualitative approach because this research data around the globe. Source of data in this study a person of data that include, Principals, teachers, teacher BK, as well as non-person. The method used to obtain data on methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Sedangtkan data analysis technique, researchers first gather data, then the data is processed and presented using descriptive analytic method.From the research that researchers are (1) Strategy implementation guidance and counseling services in implementing the program of self-development is done in MTs Together is the strategy of basic services, strategy services responsive, Strategies individual planning and support system, (2) Role of Guidance and Counseling in Together MTs is Professor counseling as a change (change agents) and a Master of Guidance and Counseling As Integrator. (3) Media Development Supporting factors are self-sufficient, spirit teachers in exploring the potential, interests and talents of students, Instrumentation Data available, existence of special activities, such as visits to the homes of students. While the self-development program Obstacles Through Counseling Services in Jombang Together MTs are shortages of guidance at the school, at the school guidance technical ability, limited Infrastructures, organization and administration of guidance and supervision guidance in Madrasah.

Abstract

This article discusses the Takrir Method in Memorizing the Qur'an at Madrasatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Tebuireng Jombang. This research is a qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. The data collection techniques in this study are: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. Sources of data in this study were caregivers, ustad, documents, and other related parties. This research resulted in several findings, as follows: 1) The Takrir method in the Madrasatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has been going well, namely the students deposit their memorization to the ustad or badal who has been appointed directly by the caretaker. Before depositing their memorization, the students prepare their memorization by assessing (repeating) their memorization either by themselves or asking their friends to accept the memorization that will be deposited. At night, the santri do the mudarosah activity which consists of three people, one person reads his memorization, two people listen and take turns. However, it is not perfect yet with some obstacles. 2) The inhibiting factor that is felt by the student is that the student have difficulty managing time because the santri have two obligations, namely memorizing and going to school and for pure tahfid students they feel that they have a lot of time so that they delay and feel there is time later to evaluate memorization, not realizing the benefits of assessing their memorization when it is time in group mudarosah activities where students should evaluate their memorization in groups but in reality students tend to evaluate their memorization individually, and there is a lack of istiqomah in students in assessing their memorization. 3) Supporting factors include: the existence of adequate infrastructure facilities, and policies from caregivers in terms of developing the creativity of ustadz and students with guidance in the scientific field, reading fashohah, coaching management, and Qiro'ah coaching for students. 4) The solution to overcoming the inhibiting factors is by managing time, taking attendance for memorizing students by means that every time students will deposit their memorization they must bring a report card and submit it to the ustad and the report card will be evaluated once a month and their memorization will be evaluated once every four months. So that this solution can overcome the inhibiting factors of the takrir method in memorizing the Qur'an in PP.MQ

Abstract

According to Pasal 185 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, a feeling of justice serves as the basis for institutionalizing alternative inheritance. In contrast, KUH Perdata includes clauses addressing replacement and replacement heirs (plaatsverfuling). Due to the continued application of customary law, Islamic law, and western law, inheritance law in Indonesia is still generally pluralistic. However, KUH Perdata and KHI are those pertaining to substitute heirs. Therefore, the authors are motivated to compare alternative heirs from the viewpoints of KUH Perdata and KHI. The author's preparation for the piece includes qualitative research with descriptive analytic techniques. The three stages of the data analysis process—description, formulation, and interpretation—are used in comparison analysis. According to the study's findings, if one heir dies before another heir, the child of the heir is then entitled to take the place of his father, in accordance with KHI and KUH Perdata of inheritance law. There are differences in the amount of the accepted heir's share; for example, KUH Perdata receives an equal share to the replacement, unlike KHI, which is not always the same as the replacement and does not exceed the share of equal heirs, and may even be reduced based on the replacement heir's sex.
