Abstract

This study aims to to find out how the strategy of independent and professional business management of Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing the optimization of empowerment in Wanadadi village, Wanadadi District, Banjarnegara Regency. The methods used in this devotion are through observation, material exposure and practice.The results of the team's service show that the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) benefits can be felt by the residents of Wanadadi Village, Wanadadi District, Banjarnegara Regency, namely with an independent and professional business management strategy that can increase the optimization of BUMDes empowerment optimization of community empowerment and also contribute to development and have a direct impact on the economy and culture of the community.Keywords: BUMDes, Optimization of Empowerment, Management Strategy

Abstract

Translator  BUMDES Kujati Perdana with its business, Café Omah Pring is a business entity established by the Karangjati Village government which aims to increase creativity and productive economic business opportunities for the Village community. BUMDES which is located close to the Pandaan toll road exit makes this place has the potential to become a tourist destination or rest area. The lack of branding makes public less familiar with the existence of Café Omah Pring. The method used is introduce Café Omah Pring on social media by inviting influencers. Rebranding process is very important so that consumers know more about Cafe Omah Pring. The importance of recognition is one of the big reasons for people to know and understand a brand better. Abstract

This community service activity is in partnership with small and medium batik businesses. The partner location is in the city of Pekalongan. Our target is batik owners/managers in the city of Pekalongan. One of the visions is to train batik owners to be skilled, independent and able to get opportunities to implement clean production. So training is needed regarding knowledge of various opportunities for implementing cleaner production. The solution method is to provide training on implementing cleaner production. The results of this activity can increase the knowledge and skills of batik owners thereby increasing their competence.

Abstract

MSMEs that produce "Bakpia Crispy 3 Bintang" are located on Jl. Setiyabudi No.16 Kutoharjo Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency has been established since 2009. The problems faced by partners are 1). The marketing is still not broad enough and tends to be passive, in this case the owner markets his product within the Rembang Regency, 2). Do not yet have a P-IRT (Household Industry Product) so that MSMEs cannot market their products to the fullest extent, and 3). Unattractive form of packaging. Community service programs carried out are 1). Expansion of marketing through the installation of banners, 2). Management of permits and business legality. The existence of a certificate from the Health Service for UMKM "Bakpia Crispy 3 Bintang" has a positive impact, because the community has recognized the legality of this UMKM and the public's trust has increased, 3). Abstract

The OJK program "Let's Save for Stocks" came into effect during the Covid-19 Pandemic, so that the number of new investors in the Indonesian stock market increased. This phenomenon is not being supported by an increase in knowledge and understanding of stock investment. The new investor behavior tends to be lazy to analyze to determine what stocks to trade and invest. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on procedures and strategies for investing in the stock market to novice investors. There will be an increase in the understanding and the ability of trading to obtain optimal returns. The PKM MM USM Lecturer Team collaborated with the IDX Representative Office in Central Java and PT. Panin Sekuritas Semarang provides material on investment strategies and stock trading, starting from understanding trading mechanisms, fundamental and technical analysis. The achievement of the activity objectives can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. The increase in participants' understanding increased by 26.9% after receiving the training. This training has been sustainable through investment and trading assistance, questions and answers, and information sharing through the What's App group.Keywords: capital market,invesment, investor, stock, trading, training

The residents of UMKM business actors in Gentansari Village, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara Regency experience various problems, namely the lack of understanding of these UMKM entrepreneurs regarding the importance of packaging and labeling on a product, which can add a competitive advantage to business actors compared to their competitors and the importance of good financial reporting records for business actors. increase sales turnover, and understand that in the digital era there are many applications to help record financial statements. the importance of product packaging and labeling from 50% to 100%. All snack food UMKM actors understand how to further improve their ability to innovate in packaging and labeling marketed products to make them more attractive, so that the goal of attracting buyers' attention can be achieved. And of course it can have a positive impact on increasing the income of the community. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the local economy, serving as a solution to unemployment. Remarkably, they manage to survive in various economic conditions. However, many operate solely based on business instincts and do not consider the evolving business landscape. Therefore, it is essential to provide information through communication and education. This is especially relevant for MSME entrepreneurs in the Pedurungan Tengah neighborhood in Semarang, particularly those in the culinary/food industry. Outreach efforts should focus on communicating and delivering the latest information, especially regarding online marketing, both in terms of sales and promotions. Abstract

The aim of village development is to build villages so that they have development capacity and independence through village financial independence which is characterized by high capacity of Regional Original Income. Pengalangan Village actually has local potential as an alternative source of income for the village, one of this potential is a park known as Sunflower Park. The limited ability of local communities to develop tourism village programs and the rainy season has damaged the condition of tourist attractions, so efforts are needed to revitalize them. That is why the development of tourist villages requires assistance from stakeholders. The aim of the Lecturer and Student Community Service packaged in the Thematic KKN Program from Wijaya Putra University is to revitalize and restore the potential function of Sunflower Park to become a tourist destination in Pengalangan Village. The assistance provided is revitalizing tourist attractions by repairing tourist attraction machines, making outbound rides, providing assistance in increasing Knowledge Skills or technical managerial abilities for tourism managers, and forming tourism awareness groups involving BUMDes, Village Level Karang Taruna, and MSME actors in Pengalamgan Village.

Abstract

Making instant red ginger drink products become the potential business to develop during the Covid-19 pandemic. Instant red ginger drink is believed can increase the body's immunity against various viruses and diseases so that many people buy and consume it regularly. Komunitas Anggrek Kosambi Jakarta is a community service partner who has started instant red ginger drinks business since the Covid-19 pandemic. But they are facing problems and obstacles regarding instant red ginger drink’s marketing. Partners' lack of knowledge and understanding of product marketing become the reason that instant red ginger drink sells poorly in the market. This community service (PkM) aims to assist partners in overcoming marketing problems through training and mentoring activities to increase partner’s capacity in designing the marketing strategies and the marketing mix of instant red ginger. The approach used in this PkM is community-based research with methods of providing counseling, practice, and mentoring to 40 community members. The pretest and posttest analysis results show that there is an increase in partners' knowledge and understanding in designing marketing strategies and the marketing mix of instant red ginger drink products between before and after participating in training and mentoring activities. The economic impact resulting from this PkM activity is that participants can design marketing strategies and marketing mixes that are suitable for instant red ginger drink so that they can be sold. PkM partners have additional income generated from the sale of instant red ginger and indirectly also improve the family economy.Keywords: covid-19 pandemic, instant red ginger drink, marketing mix, marketing strategy.

Abstract

Tingkat stunting di Indonesia mencapai 24,4%. Angka tersebut cukup tinggi diatas batas toleransi WHO yakni 20%. Stunting menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi yang memerlukan perhatian khusus di Indonesia. Stunting merupakan kondisi dimana panjang/tinggi badan anak yang tidak sesuai atau kurang dibandingkan tinggi seusianya. Anak dapat dikategorikan stunting apabila panjang/ tinggi badan kurang dari minus dua standar deviasi (-2 SD). Salah satu upaya pencegahan stunting dapat dimulai dari fase kehamilan. Pada fase ini perlu adanya pemberian pendampingan dan edukasi kepada ibu hamil dalam mencegah stunting. Tujuan dari ArtikelIni adalah Mengetahui Perbedaan Pengetahuan tentang Stunting dan Gizi Sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu Tahap pertama : Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode door to door. Selain itu, program pendampingan ini dilakukan secara rutin setiap seminggu sekali selama 3 minggu. Pelaksanaan program pendampingan ibu hamil terdiri atas pendampingan dengan diawasi kader posyandu, pendampingan mandiri, dan dilakukan edukasi terkait gizi dalam rangka mencegah stunting, Tahap Kedua peserta diberikan buku saku (modul). Ibu-ibu peserta program dilakukan pendataan tinggi badan, berat badan, tekanan darah, dan pengukuran lingkar lengan atas. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan ibu hamil dapat memperbaiki asupan gizi dan mengubah pola hidup menjadi lebih sehat sehingga dapat mencegah dan mengurangi stunting di Indonesia.
