Abstract

In Arabic, there are four maharah that must be mastered, namely maharah istima', kalam, qiroah and kitabah. To master these four skills, effective learning media is needed and in accordance with the times. Unfortunately, many teachers are less creative in using existing media. Learning media has a role as an attractor of attention, curiosity and facilitates the delivery of information to students. This paper discusses Kahoot learning media in the Arabic learning process at Ibnu Sina Al-Qanun Junior High School, Purwakarta. Kahoot is a learning medium in the form of a web-based application for creating quizzes and simple games. Teachers as content creators can add elements in the form of videos, images and text and students can access them via Android. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with primary data sources in the form of interviews and questionnaires to students and related parties as well as secondary observation data. Data collection techniques use documentary methods. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative analysis. The results showed that Kahoot learning media can improve students' Arabic language skills at Ibnu Sina Al-Qanun Junior High School, Purwakarta. The purpose of this study is to make teachers more creative in utilizing learning media to create an efficient and more enjoyable learning process.

After the researchers distributed a questionnaire, the results obtained were 3.7 (74) with the predicate "medium" while the muhadasah score obtained the result 73.3 with the predicate "good". The result of the correlation between motivation and muhadasah for students is 0.589. The table value at the 5% level is 0.373 and at the 1% level is 0.478. Therefore, the calculated value is greater than the table value, which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract

This study examined and explored how the "Asilaty" method is used as a method of learning Arabic with the Yellow Book at Al Isyraq Islamic Boarding School. This study used qualitative research methods with case study techniques. The process of collecting data through informants was carried out such as observation, interviews, and documentation, to get detailed information and descriptions of the analysis of the Asilaty method in learning the Yellow Book at the Al-Isyraq Islamic boarding school, West Jakarta. The results of the study proved that learning to read the Yellow Book using the Asilaty method at Al-Isyraq Islamic Boarding School can be carried out well and effectively and in a short time. Abstract

In the last few decades, especially after the fall of the New Order regime, the political constellation in Indonesia has been quite dynamic and tends to be populist. Many people consider that the populism aspirations of Muslims as the majority religion embraced by Indonesian citizens in several aspects of political life are experiencing a strengthening trend. One of the precedents that indicates the strengthening trend of Islamic populism is the case of blasphemy and the emergence of the 212 movement. This movement emerged after the 2017 DKI Jakarta election campaign where one of the candidate pairs at that time was suspected of insulting Islam by quoting Tarjamah Surah al-Maidah Verse 51 for pragmatic purposes of electoral politics. The question is, how do translation institutions in Indonesia that are considered authoritative translate this verse, especially the word "auliya". This study focuses its discussion on the presentation of tarjamah data for the word "Auliya'" which is contained in the work of Tarjamah Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and Tarjamah Tafsiriyah M. Thalib. The results of this study indicate that the differences that occur between the translations of the two translations are very diametrical. The translation of the word "auliya'" in the Tarjamah M. Talib uses a more fundamental diction when compared to the tarjamah of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The Tarjamah Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia chose to use the term "friend". Tarjamah M. Talib prefers to use the term "leader".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of learning sharf (Arabic morphological) and its solutions for novice learners. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research. The technique used in data collection was to conduct a search of the books and results of sharaf's research that had been published. The data analysis uses interactive data analysis Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this study indicate that learning sharf problems include two aspects, namely material aspects and teaching aspects. The problems of sharf learning from the material aspect are due to the fact that there is no design for presenting sharf material systematically according to the level of student learning. Meanwhile, from the teaching aspect, it is because the method used is more theoretical and weak in its application. Therefore, as a solution to the problem mentioned above, it is necessary to develop a systematic and applicable sharf learning design which contains three elements, namely habituation, memorization and practice.
