Abstract

Research has been carried out in the Laboratory of mathematics and natural sciences, almuslim university. The study aims to determine the interaction between concentration and type of leaf Aloe vera L extract to inhibition Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The research method was experimental method. The antibacterial activity assays performed using the diffusion method. The research used Randomized Completely Design (RCD) factorial and three replications. Variables measured were diameter of inhibition formed and color characteristics diameter inhibition. Data were analyzed using analysis of varian (ANOVA), followed by Duncan's test. The results showed there are interaction between the concentration and type of extract Aloe vera L. leaf and Piper betel L leaves to the inhibition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Abstract

Tourism is one sector that can improve the economy of a region. This sector plays an important role in sustaining life in the surrounding communities. Several studies have reported the condition of tourism but not much has been reported in the archipelago. This study aims to determine the distribution of tourist objects in Ternate Island, North Maluku, Indonesia. The method used is through descriptive analysis with a spatial approach in 2023. This research activity is completing the distribution of tourist objects such as natural attractions, historical and cultural attractions and artificial attractions. The map output that has been compiled presents a distribution of 60 tourist objects consisting of 30 natural attractions, 18 historical and cultural attractions, and 12 artificial attractions. In addition, West Ternate District has the highest number of tourist objects with 24 tourist objects and in North Ternate District there are 12 tourist objects

Abstract

Aceh is a province located in the westernmost part of the Indonesian archipelago and surrounded by waters, located in a tropical area that receives the most solar radiation. The condition of the Aceh region which is mountainous and has valleys results in different and varied rainfall patterns. The sea is a more important role than the land in the process of rain. Where some have concluded that sea surface temperature (SST) and rainfall have a relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between SST and the onset of the rainy season and the characteristics of rainfall in the North- East region of Aceh. The purpose of this research study is to obtain information on the effect of SST and rainfall in the North-East region of Aceh. The method used in this research is correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in the North-East region of Aceh, the rainfall pattern in the North-Eastern region of Aceh is monsoon type with little influence from the equatorial. The correlation between rainfall and SST anomalies shows different values in each region. The results of the correlation analysis of the onset, the highest occurred in the Banda Aceh with a value of 0,1495 which occurred in the 25th dekad and the length of the rainy season lasted for the 12th dekad. Meanwhile, the lowest occurred in East Aceh district, i.e., 0,0278 which occurred in the 24th dekad with the length of the rainy season last for 13 dekad.

Abstract

Abstrak Analysis of Rhodamine B Content On the Tomato Sauce At Snack Food Bakso Aci Nasrudin Abdul Universitas Khairun, nasrudin.abdul91@gmail.com School-Age Children Are Nation's Investment Because They Are The Next Generation Of The Nation. Growth and development of children the optimal school age depending on the gift nutrition with quality and good and correct quantity. By consuming junk food, expected to make a donation to cover nutritional deficiency because it's for school kids Snack food is the main menu when they are at school or outside of school. Based on the background above then the formulation of the problem in this research is, there are alleged manufacturers use dangerous food additives like borax and formaldehyde on bakso aci snacks circulating around the elementary school in the District of South Ternate. Further research is needed to be certain, Are Bakso Aci snacks circulating in elementary schools District of South Ternate contain this hazardous substance. Based on the research results described in chapter IV it can be known that of all the samples of tomato sauce on bakso aci which are sold in elementary schools in the South Ternate District after being tested none of the tomato sauce tested positive for rhodamine B. These results were obtained after reacting the solution test kit Rhodamin B dissolved in 1 (one) drop of reagent A and reagent B and 4 (four) drops of reagent B2 then put in the tomato sauce. If there is a change in color red to purple then the tomato sauce contains rhodamine B. Keywords: Rodhamin B, reagent A and reagent B solutions, bakso aci, tomato sauce

Abstract

Penelitian Pengaruh ekstrak daun lidah buaya (Aloe veraL.) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus secara invitro, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagi konsentrasiekstrak daun lidah buaya terhadap pertumbuhan Staphylococcusaureus secara. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap(RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan ini terdiri atas:P0: Streptomisin 10µg, P1: ekstrak lidah buaya 20 µl dengankonsentrasi 100%, P2: ekstrak lidah buaya 20 µl dengankonsentrasi 50%, P3: ekstrak lidah buaya 20 µl dengan konsentrasi25%. Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang zona hambatStaphylococcus aureus (mm). data dianalisis menggunakanAnalisa varian (ANAVA), Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Uji BedaNyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitisn menunjukksn bahwaperlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya berpengaruh nyataterhadap pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus, semakin tinggikonsentrasi ekstrak daun lidah buaya yang diberikan maka zonahambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus semakinpanjang.konsentrasi ekstrak 100%/20 µl, 50%/20 µl, dan 25%/20µl masing – masing memiliki kemampuan hambat setara dengan30µg, 15,714 µg, dan 10,408 µg streptomisin

Abstract

The research location is located in Induha Village, Latambaga District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the factors controlling landslides, and the types of landslides in the study area. The method used in this research is direct observation in the form of data collection and data collection that is found directly in the field including geological observations, taking rock samples, measuring slopes, and taking documentation of 3 points of landslides. Factors that control the occurrence of landslides in the study area are influenced by controlling factors, namely very steep slopes with a slope of around ± 62o – 67o. Lithological conditions are metamorphic rocks that have undergone changes due to pressure and temperature.

Abstract

Abstract,This research is the development research by the following steps: (1) Research and initial data collection, (2) planning, (3) Preparation of Initial Product, (4) initial tests. (5) Repair initial products, (6) The field trials, (7) Improvement of operational products, (8) Test operations, (9) Improved end products, (10) Product Dissemination. The data source in this study consists of 3 experts of product design and including a material expert. And there are 40 students who divided into two classes, 20 students in the class IX-3 as the control class and the others 20 students in the class IX-1 as the experimental class in SMP Negeri 6 Ternate. The purpose of this research is to develop IPA tutoring package and to increase the study results of the students after tutoring. The test results shows the development of IPA tutoring package is very well and worth used in tutoring with the results of 80% and product design test result has reached 83% with a very decent qualitfications and categories very well. For the study result of students at the operational test reveals that there is a different average in learning outcomes of students who use IPA tutoring package to learn and do not use the package. This is evidenced by sig.2-Tailed value < 0.05 where the value of 0.00 <0.05. The results of teacher responses in operational tests of the IPA tutoring package is very well with a percentage of 98%. Then the results of the students responses to learn IPA tutoring package is very good as well with the percentage of 91%. This research has resulted that IPA Tutoring Package facilitate teachers and students to learn better.
