Abstract

The Bestee Program is one of the realizations of BTPN Syariah which invites dedicated students to provide assistance which is expected to improve the entrepreneurial abilities, knowledge, soft skills and hard skills of productive underprivileged customers or mothers. Through facilitators accompanied by the Bestee Application which is used as a place to train and develop human resource capabilities to be more digitally literate in running a business so that it can survive sustainably. Introducing the precisely Daya application which can help customers in running their business. The research method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The results of this research prove that with assistance provided by facilitators, students can maintain and even increase the businesses of productive underprivileged customers of BTPN Syariah in this era of digitalization

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of selected Hadith verses on shaping the ethics and morals of university students. Focusing on the positive influence of these Hadiths, the study explores the concrete moral guidance provided and the diversity of effects on individuals. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and quantitative analysis of survey data, the research reveals that the Hadiths significantly contribute to the moral development of students. Several key Hadiths were examined, such as the emphasis on the purity of the heart, the importance of honesty, the promotion of empathy, and the obligation to seek knowledge. The findings indicate a positive correlation between understanding and applying these Hadiths and the development of strong moral values. The diversity of individual responses showcases the varied impact of Hadiths, enriching the overall moral fabric within the university environment. The relevance of these Hadiths to students' daily lives is highlighted, emphasizing their application in navigating academic challenges and fostering positive interpersonal relationships. The study's implications for moral education programs in higher education institutions are discussed, emphasizing the need to integrate these Hadiths into the curriculum. Overall, this research contributes valuable insights into the role of Hadiths in shaping the ethical foundations of university students, paving the way for more effective moral education strategies in academic settings.

Abstract

From the great attention that Islam gives to education, it can be understood that this religion has special goals and reasons related to this issue. Therefore, in this article we will explain the aim of the Islamic religion in encouraging its followers to pay attention to education. This approach will include quotations from verses that discuss the aims of education, with explanations that are not limited to just one book of commentary, but involve several books of commentary. In addition, several hadiths that are relevant to educational goals will be presented, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the goals of education in Islam. In the analysis, various opinions from Muslim scholars will be taken as a comparison and to increase insight in understanding the goals of Islamic education. Likewise, various views from modern Western educational figures will be used as a comparison in the study of educational goals from the perspective of the Al-Quran and Hadith.

Abstract

The implementation of the online attendance system in the Gresik Regency Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) faces a number of obstacles, especially related to the use of a fake Global Positioning System (GPS), which can allow manipulation of performance and attendance data. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the online attendance system in improving the work discipline of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Gresik Regency Civil Service Police Unit Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The concept of effectiveness in this research is measured by four indicators according to Tangkilisan (2005:141), namely, target achievement, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility. The research results show that despite initially facing obstacles, the implementation of the online attendance system succeeded in increasing employee discipline and performance. This system provides motivation for employees to be more disciplined in attendance and performance reporting, with increased productivity and providing rewards in the form of Additional Income Allowances (TPP) as a significant positive impact. However, it was found that some employees experienced problems in their ability to adapt, such as delays due to slow network operators, causing errors in the application. Nevertheless, the implementation of the online attendance system still makes a positive contribution to increasing work efficiency and discipline in the Gresik Regency OPD environment.

Abstract

The importance of reading the Koran is a major aspect of Muslim religious practice. The Qur'an, as the holy book revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, has virtues that are explained in the text itself and in the hadiths of the Prophet. This research aims to investigate the virtues of reading the Qur'an according to the Qur'an and Hadith In the context of the Qur'an, there are verses that emphasize the importance of reading, understanding and contemplating the meaning of Allah's verses. These verses provide guidance for Muslims to gain wisdom, life guidance, and blessings through reading and understanding the Al-Qur'an. Apart from that, the Qur'an also mentions that people who diligently read the Qur'an will get rewards and blessings in this world and the hereafter. The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW also emphasizes the virtue of reading the Koran. The Prophet said that every letter of the Koran read by a Muslim will bring a reward, and each reward will be multiplied in the reading of the Koran. Other hadiths highlight the spiritual benefits and blessings gained through active engagement in reading and understanding the Qur'an. This research also discusses recommended ways to read the Qur'an with full khushu' (solemn) and tuma'ninah (calm). This includes understanding the meaning of verses, reflecting on Islamic teachings, and practicing the moral values ​​contained in the Koran. By detailing the virtues of reading the Qur'an through analysis of the Qur'an and Hadith, this research seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how important the activity of reading the Qur'an is in the life of a Muslim. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can provide motivation and inspiration to Muslims to be more diligent in reading and contemplating the meaning of the Al-Qur'an in an effort to get closer to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Humans as creatures who can be educated and educated (homo educandum) are implemented in educational activities in which there are educators and students as the main objects of education. Students from an educational perspective are often referred to as immature people, so they need help from other people who are considered adults. This process of assistance is called education (Daradjat 2006). The most basic education grows from the family environment, because it is from the family that the nation's next generation of children grows. The growth of a child's attitudes and behavior depends on the parents' educational patterns, especially how parents prepare their children in the Society 5.0 era, which has both positive and negative impacts on their lives. In fact, Islam has its own concept in educating children, but due to increasingly rapid technological developments, parents are paying less attention to educating children, especially educating a child's morals. The concept of moral education recommended by Islamic law is contained in the Koran, Surah Luqman, verses 12-19. The aims of this research are: 1) To find out who Luqmanul Hakim is in the Koran; 2) To find out Luqmanul Hakim's message about moral education according to the interpretation of Muhammad Quraish Shihab in the Al-Misbah tafsir and Mustafa Al-Maraghi in the Al-Maraghi tafsir 3) How is it implemented in the Era of Society. This research uses qualitative research with the type of library research. The data sources used are primary data sources which are the main data sources directly related to the research object including: QS Luqman verses 12-19 and their translations, Al Misbah's interpretation and Al Maraghi's interpretation then secondary data sources which include: journals, hadith and books -books that support and complement primary data. The data analysis used is a descriptive method. The research results show that: 1) Luqmanul Hakim is a noble servant of Allah and was chosen as a role model in educating children; 2) so that when educating children, it should be based on full love for their children by giving advice in the form of faith, monotheism and muamalah. These advices will lead their children to become noble, knowledgeable young people with a nation and state. noble morals too; 3) The importance of Moral Education in the Society 5.0 era as a bulwark for using technology as expected.

Abstract

The era of modernization is an era of change from traditional to advanced (modern), such as current conditions which cover various aspects, including education. In the modernization period, education focuses on developing students' character. This approach aims to form a good personality that is able to adapt to current developments, which is greatly influenced by the role of the teacher. This research aims to identify and describe the contribution of teachers in shaping student character in the era of modernization. The literature study method is used to collect data from various sources, such as journals and articles. Data analysis techniques involve reading and discussion to formulate information comprehensively. Research findings show that Islamic character education based on local wisdom is strengthened by the role of parents in teaching manners. The four foundations of character education include religious values, culture, environment and individual potential, with religious values as the main foundation. The moral message from Luqman Al-Hakim in Q.S. Luqman verses 12-19 highlight the urgency of guiding children's faith with monotheism from an early age, teaching them to be grateful to Allah and filial piety to their parents, educating children to do good deeds, teaching them to act virtuously and avoiding evil, and preparing children with noble morals and good manners in interacting. This message reflects the central role of Islamic education in shaping an individual's personality and morals, with a focus on the principles of monotheism and ubudiyah behavior. Abstract

In the field of tafsir, individuals who analyze and explain the meaning of the Koran are referred to as mufassir. A Mufassir, or interpreter of the Koran, must adhere to the principle of prudence and avoid interpreting the text based on personal desires. Nevertheless, in conformity with the Divine Being who has disclosed the Qur'an. The interpreter's personality is a crucial factor in evaluating the quality of the interpretation output. As time advances, the field of interpretation should likewise evolve. Some contemporary scholars are hesitant to reinterpret the Qur'an due to the stringent standards set forth by classical scholars. This study employs qualitative research methodology, namely library research. The employed data collection strategy is a literature review method that utilizes diverse primary and secondary data sources. The research findings indicate that there are specific circumstances and criteria that must be met by an individual in order to be considered a mufassir, or an interpreter of the Al-Qur'an. The prerequisites, encompassing both physical and psychological aspects, along with scholastic criteria, aim to reinforce the outcomes of the interpretation that are unanimously agreed upon by the ulama and may be universally recognized by all segments of society.

Abstract

In essence, students' talents, abilities and capacities need to be developed and trained in order to produce the desired results, including talented students. The aim of this research is to analyze Class Teacher Strategies in Developing Students' Talents and Interests at MIN 5 Labuhanbatu. This type of research is qualitative research by developing concepts based on inductive data and collecting data and being scientific in nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by organizing data, describing it into units, synthesizing it, arranging it into patterns, choosing what is important and what will be studied and making conclusions. The results of this research are that support, direction, motivation from parents and educators, availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the use of digital media such as Power Point and YouTube, are the keys to developing the talents and interests of students at MIN 5 Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of curriculum management and educational assessment. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, document review, observation. The research location is at SMPN 19 South Tangerang City. In curriculum management, planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating as well as the assessment system has been implemented in accordance with applicable National Curriculum standards, this is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure with the availability of internet, electricity and computers as well as professional teachers and teaching staff. . To process grades using both the independent curriculum and the 2013 curriculum by utilizing technology to simplify the assessment process, technology-based evaluation tools, and data analysis of assessment results until the final results are contained in e-reports.
