Abstract

This examination expects to decide the effect of multicultural training given to understudies in expanding a feeling of patriotism and a mentality of capacity to bear contrasts in the school climate. For this situation, schools need to do exchange by putting each current social development on fair terms. Second, schools need to foster resilience to give chances to each culture to see one another. The examination utilized by the creator is subjective exploration, where the exploration is completed in a smaller however more top to bottom extension. To carry out this, the job of instructors is extremely fundamental since they can assist with imparting life esteems so they can frame characters that reflect public personality. In this examination we incorporated a few respondents comprising of Pancasila Training subject educators, direction and guiding educators and understudies of Medan 27 State Center School in class IX-5. The outcomes we got were that at SMP Negeri 27 MEDAN in class IX-5, 89% of understudies and educators were carrying out multicultural training and practically all understudies and instructors had a feeling of patriotism and a demeanor of capacity to bear contrasts in the school climate. Abstract

The topic was brought up by the researcher as a student's encounter with moral Sufism, which is defined by social behavior. Some pupils behave badly in social situations. Students today tend to undervalue moral ideals, which leads them to believe that social interaction in the classroom and in society is unimportant. They also prefer to disregard their responsibilities, which they should fulfill. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Moral Sufism affects the social behavior of students enrolled in the 2019 class of the Islamic Aqidah and Philosophy Study Program at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies, University of the Nija. The author's primary data source for this study was informants, who were gathered using a qualitative approach method. Specifically, students enrolled in the 2019 Aqidah and Islamic philosophy study program. The data gathering method used in this study is based on references from multiple Sufism moral texts, as well as on the findings of interviews and field observations. According to the study's findings, moral sufism encourages students to act in a way that is socially responsible for people around them by attempting to achieve equilibrium in the forms of social conduct that are already prevalent, such as in the classroom, family, and community. Moral Sufism's moral principles serve as a form of control and discipline, ensuring that students' higher education experiences remain unblemished by external influences.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the role of the principal in improving education quality management at SMA 4 PAB Sampali. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using observation techniques and also interviews with the principal of the research location. The results obtained explain that the school principal has not been able to carry out his role as a school principal well. The efforts made include planning, implementation and evaluation and various important roles in terms of leadership, as well as good management of teachers, students, infrastructure and other school supporters. Apart from that, the principal is also responsible for personal management, understanding the school as an organizational system, and building human resources through personal management. This research emphasizes the important role of school principals in improving the quality of education through various aspects of leadership and management.

Abstract

The era of modernization is an era of change from traditional to advanced (modern), such as current conditions which cover various aspects, including education. In the modernization period, education focuses on developing students' character. This approach aims to form a good personality that is able to adapt to current developments, which is greatly influenced by the role of the teacher. This research aims to identify and describe the contribution of teachers in shaping student character in the era of modernization. The literature study method is used to collect data from various sources, such as journals and articles. Data analysis techniques involve reading and discussion to formulate information comprehensively. Research findings show that Islamic character education based on local wisdom is strengthened by the role of parents in teaching manners. The four foundations of character education include religious values, culture, environment and individual potential, with religious values as the main foundation. The moral message from Luqman Al-Hakim in Q.S. Luqman verses 12-19 highlight the urgency of guiding children's faith with monotheism from an early age, teaching them to be grateful to Allah and filial piety to their parents, educating children to do good deeds, teaching them to act virtuously and avoiding evil, and preparing children with noble morals and good manners in interacting. This message reflects the central role of Islamic education in shaping an individual's personality and morals, with a focus on the principles of monotheism and ubudiyah behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to develop video-based learning media using the TikTok application for clothing morals material. This research refers to the development research method with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used learning expert validation tests and product trials on research subjects (class XI B students at MA Al-Hasyimiyah). Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The development results obtained a feasibility percentage of 95% (expert validation test) and 89.7% (group test questionnaire), so it was declared valid or suitable for use. Meanwhile, based on product implementation trials, it was found that it was effectively able to increase student learning outcomes by 12.4%. So this development study concludes that the clothing morals learning video product developed is valid and suitable for use in improving students' understanding and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of mutual cooperation and consultation programs to improve understanding of Islamic methodological concepts. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study show that people who understand that their life cannot be separated from the help and support of others understand Islamic teachings within the framework of mutual cooperation. A strong sense of collectivity in society can be interpreted as a result of Islamic values ​​that promote unity and mutual aid. The strong social integrity with which society participates in the enforcement of punishment also reflects the influence of Islamic values ​​of justice and collective responsibility. Therefore, the practice of mutual cooperation in a society influenced by Islamic teachings not only creates unity and harmony, but also the practice of Islamic methodology, which emphasizes the importance of unity, mutual aid and social responsibility in everyday life. It also becomes mutual cooperation and consultation programs to improve the understanding of Islamic methodological concepts will be carried out with careful planning. First, a specific goal was set to improve the understanding of Islamic methodological concepts in the village Muslim community. The program begins with a counseling session led by a clergyman to discuss Islamic methodological concepts such as scientific approaches and practices in daily life.mAlthough mutual cooperation and consultation programs have great potential to improve the understanding of Islamic methodological concepts, there are several inhibiting factors that may limit the effectiveness of their implementation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality standards of test instruments, namely the difficulty level index, discrimination index, validity and reliability of the PAI UAS test made by PAI teachers in Tigaraksa District. This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data was taken using documentation data, namely PAI UAS question documents student test results. Qualitative data was analyzed logically using Bloom's Taxonomy theory. Quantitative data was analyzed to calculate the difficulty level index, the discrimination index, the validity test used the point biserial correlation technique and the validity test used the Kuder Richadson 20 (KR-20) correlation technique. The study results showed that 47.5% of the questions were at cognitive level C1. In general, the PAI test items developed by PAI teachers in Tigaraksa District, the quality of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) questions produced is still far from standard. This is based on the fact that there are still many invalid items and the reliability index of the test instrument is categorized as unreliable.

Abstract

The evaluation of educational programs is an essential process that not only assesses the success of learning but also evaluates the implementation of core values that form the foundation of education. In the realm of education, program evaluation aids in measuring the effectiveness of a program, identifying areas that require improvement, and ensuring the successful attainment of educational objectives. This article explicates the fundamental concept of program evaluation, encompassing its definition, objectives, scope, and planning. Program evaluation is not a one-time process but rather a series of measurements with specific goals. The research method employed is the library research method, which involves a literature review approach, examining relevant sources or references pertaining to the research issue to seek answers. The findings of this research present various definitions and objectives of program evaluation along with the designs, information, samples, and costs involved in its planning. The article highlights the significance of comprehending key elements that construct an effective and sustainable educational program, emphasizing the pivotal role of evaluation planning in ensuring the success of educational programs aligned with their objectives.

Abstract

This writing explains the methods used in Islamic education from a hadith perspective. The purpose of this writing is to know and understand the meaning of Islamic education methods, describe the methods that can be used in Islamic educations. This writing is included in the qualitative type, the writing carries out data mining from several related books and journals using basic studies and analysis that support the written data, from here the writer obtains additional data which is then classified and presented. The results that the author got were Islamic education methods which have also been mentioned by Allah SWT, including: lectures, ajwab questions, targhib, tarhib, stories and parables. Even though each method can facilitate learning, an educator must remain careful in choosing a teaching method.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important things in a group. After birth, the baby's immediate environment is considered family. As an individual, you have the responsibility and ability to discern, and share knowledge that is fundamental to secular and sacred life. With these two knowledge, a person is able to succeed globally and fail in the afterlife. And the first time a child learns about global matters is where his parents come from. according to them, a child shares every aspect of his privacy. In this case, the father is not the only father, on the other hand, the father is also the party who cares for, protects and gives birth to children. For this reason, fathers can provide their children with a good and trustworthy education from birth, as a result of which the child's growth and development stimulates the development of life lessons that are beneficial for the mother, the people and other people in the surrounding environment.
