Abstract

Abstract. The importance of having a halal certificate and food suitability can influence consumers' trust and willingness to buy. This research aims to find out what percentage of producers in the Bogor Regency area have halal certificates, find out the quality and suitability of halal products which are carried out through organoleptic tests and become study material which can then become knowledge for business owners. This study used qualitative research methods. The sampling method used to collect data on halal certificate ownership in this research is the Purposive Sampling method. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and giving questionnaires to SMEs. The interviews were carried out using the In-Depth Interview method. The research was carried out from June to October 2022 using a written questionnaire which was carried out by visiting SMEs assisted by the Bogor Regency Livestock and Fisheries Service. Based on sampling results from 10 producers who were interviewed, there were 40% of producers who had halal certificates, 30% were in the process of making and extending them, 10% did not have halal certificates. The problems that occur with producers are complicated administration, inadequate space, lack of funds and knowledge of the importance of having a halal certificate. This problem can be overcome by providing education from the organizers of making halal certificates so that they can stimulate the enthusiasm of producers in making halal certificates and provide easy and clear directions regarding the procedures for making halal certificates. Keywords: bogor, animal, halal, food Abstrak. Pentingnya kepemilikan sertifikat halal dan kelayakan pangan dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan dan keingingan membeli konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa persen produsen di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor yang memiliki sertifikat halal, mengetahui kualitas dan kelayakan produk halal yang dilakukan melalui uji organoleptik serta menjadi bahan kajian yang kemudian dapat menjadi pengetahuan bagi pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode sampling yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kepemilikan sertifikat halal pada penelitian ini yaitu metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan memberikan kuesioner terhadap UKM. Wawancara yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara In-Depth Interview.Pelitian dilakukam pada bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Oktober tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertulis yang dilakukan dengan mengunjungi UKM binaan dari Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil sampling dari 10 produsen yang telah diwawancarai terdapat 40% produsen yang memiliki sertifikat halal, 30% sedang dalam proses pembuatan dan perpanjangan, 10% tidak memiliki sertifikat halal. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada produsen adalah pengurusan administrasi yang rumit, tempat yang tidak memadai, kekurangan biaya serta pengetahuan terhadap pentingnya kepemilikan sertifikat halal. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pemberian edukasi dari penyelenggara pembuatan sertifikat halal agar dapat memacu semangat produsen dalam pembuatan sertifikat halal serta memberikan arahan yang mudah dan jelas terhadap prosedur pembuatan sertifikat halal. Abstract

Nilai gizi yang banyak pada jagung manis sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya permintaan pasar cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat menganalisis interaksi varietas jagung manis yang unggul dan jenis urine hewan yang terbaik. Percobaan ini telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Taba Jemekeh Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur I Kota Lubuklinggau dengan elevasi 114 mdpl. Percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret 2021 sampai bulan Mei 2021. Percobaan ini diterapkan melalui metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial meliputi 2 faktor perlakuan, dengan faktor pertama pengujian 3 taraf perlakuan varietas jagung manis yaitu : V1 = Bonanza, V2 = Talenta, V3 = Sweet Boy dan faktor kedua 3 taraf perlakuan jenis biourine U1 = Sapi, U2 = Kambing, U3 = Kerbau, dan menghasilkan 9 kombinasi setiap unit percobaan dengan 3 kali pengulangan dan terdapat 27 unit uji coba terdiri dari 3 percontoh. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan kombinasi perlakuan antara varietas jagung manis Bonanza F1 dan aplikasi urine sapi (V1U1) memberikan respon pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik dan pemberian biourine ternak secara tunggal pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, panjang tongkol, berat tongkol per batang dan kadar gula memberi respon sangat nyata.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya dalam memanfaatkan kedelai hitam dan tomat yaitu dibuat menjadi produk soyghurt kedelai hitam tomat. Tujuan percobaan ini yaitu untuk memperoleh imbangan sari buah tomat yang terbaik terhadap pH, vitamin C, dan total bakteri asam laktat pada karakteristik soyghurt kedelai hitam serta untuk memperoleh tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap karakteristik soyghurt kedelai hitam tomat. Rancangan penelitian memakai RAL non faktorial dengan empat perlakuan dan enam kali pengulangan. Data yang sudah terhimpun dianalisis memakai analisis variansi (ANOVA), jika ada perbedaan yang signifikan maka akan diteruskan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya pH terbaik pada perlakuan 15% sebesar 4,67, vitamin C terbaik pada perlakuan 15% sebesar 0,00107 IU dan total BAL terbaik pada perlakuan 15% sebesar 62,50 x 1011 CFU serta pengujian organoleptik terbaik rasa pada perlakuan 5% dengan tingkat kesukaan biasa, sedangkan untuk warna aroma dan tekstur pada perlakuan 15% dengan tingkat kesukaan biasa.

Abstract

Organic rice production can be a solution for food and environmental security. In this context, farmers who are members of the Paguyuban Bumi Mandiri Farmers Group have been implementing organic rice cultivation since 2021 under the guidance of CV. Agrospora. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey. The descriptive method is a method used to describe or analyze research results but is not used to make broader conclusions. The objects of this research are farmers who are members of the Paguyuban Bumi Mandiri farmer group in Pringkasap Village, Pabuaran District, Subang Regency, West Java. Sampling was carried out using the simple random sampling method. 13 samples from a total population of 22 members of farmer groups. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. To determine the efficiency of organic rice farming, it is analyzed using the R/C Ratio and Break Event Point analysis. The R/C Ratio efficiency analysis shows a value of 2.4, which is greater than 1. This means that economically the Organic Rice farming in the Paguyuban Bumi Mandiri farmer group is efficient. The BEP calculation produces a Production BEP of 987.8 kg and a price BEP of Rp. 2,700

Abstract

Turkey is one of the poultry commodities with the potential to be a source of animal protein for the community. Optimal turkey productivity must be supported by the provision of rations that in quality and quantity can meet the needs of the livestock, including by providing additional feed that is relatively cheap but has high nutritional value. This research aimed to determine the effect of providing additional feed with cassava leaves and tofu dregs in the ration on turkey productivity and to obtain the percentage of additional feeding with cassava leaves and tofu dregs in the ration that produces the best productivity. The method used experimental and Completely Randomized Design, 3 treatments, namely P1: giving 90% basal ration + 5% cassava leaves + 5% tofu dregs, P2: giving 80% basal ration + 10% cassava leaves + 10% tofu dregs, and P3: giving 70% basal ration + 15% cassava leaves + 15% tofu dregs, replicated 8 times, each replication consisting of 4 turkeys. The variables observed were ration consumption, body weight gain, and ration conversion. Data were analysed using ANOVA (0,05) and Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Based on the research results, providing cassava leaves and tofu dregs in the ration had a significant effect on turkey productivity. Providing additional feed with cassava leaves and tofu dregs as much as 5% in the ration produces the best ration consumption, body weight gain, and ration conversion, approximately 5,087.06 g/birds, 2,883.59 g/birds, and 1.80.

Abstract

Kulit biji kakao, yang sering dianggap sebagai limbah dalam proses produksi cokelat, mengandung senyawa-senyawa bioaktif seperti tanin dan kafein. Guna mempermudah ekstraksi senyawa-senyawa bioaktif tersebut, diperlukan metode pretreatment delignifikasi seperti ozonolisis dan hydrothermal pressure. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan efektivitas metode ozonolisis dan hydrothermal pressure dalam meningkatkan perolehan senyawa tanin dan kafein pada ekstrak kulit biji kakao. Pada metode pretreatment ozonolisis menggunakan alat ozonizer, sedangkan pada metode hydrothermal pressure menggunakan alat autoklaf Sementara ekstraksi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan metode maserasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang diuji dengan Analisis Varian (ANOVA) serta dilanjutkan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pretreatment ozonolisis dan hydrothermal pressure sebelum proses ekstraksi terbukti meningkatkan perolehan senyawa bioaktif ekstrak kulit biji kakao. Metode pretreatment tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap perolehan senyawa total tanin dan aktivitas antioksidan, sedangkan pada senyawa kafein tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata. Metode pretreatment ozonolisis menunjukkan hasil terbaik dalam meningkatkan perolehan kadar kafein sebesar 49,79% yaitu menjadi sebanyak 1,083 mg/g. sementara metode pretreatment hydrothermal pressure memberikan hasil terbaik dalam meningkatkan perolehan total tanin sebesar 55,19% yaitu menjadi sebanyak 9,42 mg/g. Selain itu diketahui juga bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi tanin, semakin tinggi pula nilai aktivitas antioksidan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the characteristics of high potassium eggs based on different methods and types of eggs. The design that used in this research was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a factorial pattern on 2×3 with four replication. The experimental design was carried out in one stage, making high potassium eggs based on using different methodes and types of eggs. The different methodes were varied into dressing method (a1) and immersion method (a2). The types of eggs were varied into purebred chicken eggs (b1), duck eggs (b2), and native chicken eggs (b3). The high potassium eggs were analyzed for potassium content, water content, and organoleptic tests for taste and texture. The results of statistical analysis showed that the manufacturing method factor has a significant effect on the high potassium texture. The type of egg factor has a significant effect on water content, potassium content, and organoleptic effects on taste and texture. The interaction between two of then has no real effect. The characteristics of high potassium eggs b1 (purebred chicken eggs): potassium content 0.0191 mg and water content 31.5731%, The characteristics of high potassium eggs b2 (duck eggs) is potassium content 0.0241 mg and water content 37.0951%. The characteristics of high potassium eggs b3 (native chicken eggs) is potassium content 0.0191 mg and water content 34.1851%. The selected sample a2 (the immersion method) with b2 (the duck egg). The characteristics of high potassium eggs a2b2 is potassium content 0.0241 mg, water content 37.0951%, taste 2.8331 (somewhat dislike) and texture 3.871 (somewhat like).

Abstract

This research aims to study the response of growth and yield of black soybean plants to various concentrations of biourine and KCl fertilizer. Soybean (Glycine max (L) Merril) has a high anthocyanin content so it is good for people with diabetes mellitus, besides that it has a protein content of 45.58% and 14.83% fat. The need for soybeans has increased every year, therefore land utilization and the provision of biourine fertilizer and KCl fertilizer is one of the efforts to increase soybean production in order to meet the increasing consumption needs. The research was conducted from October-December 2021 located in Terawas Village, STL ULU Terawas District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. The design used Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) with two factors, the first factor is biourine fertilizer and the second factor is KCl fertilizer. There are 16 treatment combinations were obtained, repeated 3 times, and each treatment consisted of 2 polybags so that 96 polybags were obtained. The observed variables include plant height, number of branches, number of pods, weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds per plant. Analyzed using ANOVA (5%) and continued with further BNT 5%. The results showed that the treatment of B3 dose of 300 mL/L water and K3 dose of 230 kg/ha was able to produce the best growth in black soybean plants. In the treatment interaction (B3K3) produces the best growth and production in black soybean plants showing a linear response to the dose of bioruine given, so that the optimal dose cannot be determined, the highest results are achieved at the highest dose.
