Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[Work productivity is the ability of a labor in production compared to the input used, a workforce can be said to be productive when able to produce goods or services in accordance with the expected in the time right. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of training on the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A and to find out and analyze the influence of work morale on the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A and to know and analyze the influence of training and morale together. on the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A.This research method using correlation to see how big the influence of free variables and bound variables. Multiple Regression Analysis Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The population of this research are members of Paspampres at Group A which amounted to 535 people and made the sample in this study as many as 84 people. Each respondent is given questions using Likert scale. From the results of this study obtained as follows: 1) Training affects the work productivity of Paspampres Members in Group A, training will also increase the work productivity of Paspampres Members in Group A; 2) Work enthusiasm affects the work productivity of Paspampres Members in Group A, the higher the work spirit, the higher the work productivity of Paspampres Members in Group A; 3) Training and work spirit affect the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A, increasing training and working spirit together will increase the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A. Regarding the y variable for members of the Paspampres group because work productivity is low, it is certain that the security of VVIP will be threatened. This research is only limited to the effect of training and morale on the work productivity of Paspampres members in Group A. In the future, research needs to be carried out with objects or organizations that are different from those currently being studied. In this case, the research that the author is researching has never been done on the military in Indonesia, which always gives good performance results under conditions under pressure that always remains enthusiastic and productive in carrying out work duties.]]>

<![CDATA[There is assumption in the community that waqf are physically permanent, and handed over directly to Nazir, even though there are also cash waqf through Islamic financial institutions (IFI). The present research was conducted using a qualitative approach This study aims to analyze the implementation of waqf planning by waqif, waqf development by waqf bodies and the structuring of IFI products in Indonesia related to waqf. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using an online questionnaire to waqif and in-depth interviews with waqf institutions and IFI, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the development of endowments through Islamic financial institutions are carried out by two methods; namely, the development of endowments initiated by LKS and are offered to Waqf Board, and the development of waqf was initiated and offered to LKS by the Waqf Board and the structure of the waqf products consists of two models. One model is not directly made specifically for waqf products, but is linked to the needs of Nazir who have collaborated, and the other one is that LKS products are specifically structured for endowments devoted to mobilizing endowments that are either self-structured by LKS or upon the request by Nazhir.]]>

<![CDATA[UMKM akan berkembang jika memiliki kinerja usaha yang baik. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh strategi bisnis sebagai variable mediator dalam upaya meningkat kinerja bisnis pada UMKM Industri Makanan dan Minuman di Indonesia. Orientasi kewirusahaan dan kemampuan managerial merupakan factor penentu untuk penciptaan strategi bisnis yang efektif, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan managerial terhadap kinerja binis melalui strategi bisnis sebagai variable mediator. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis survey. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 usaha yang diambil dengan menggunkaan metode purposive sampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dengan google form selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan alat bantu aplikasi Smart PLS. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, sedangkan kemampuan managerial berpengaruh signifikan. Namun dengan mediasi strategi bisnis, variable orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan managerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis.]]>

<![CDATA[Geography subjects study objects and spatial phenomena on the earth's surface; Therefore, in practice, they must understand the application of abstract concepts that include spatial perception. This research uses qualitative research methods in measuring the spatial intelligence of geography teachers. Measurements based on four indicators reflecting spatial intelligence are 1) Blind Map; 2) Natural Resources; 3) Icons or landmarks; and 4) Human resources. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the spatial intelligence of geography teachers mostly has good spatial intelligence. This is indicated by the results of the analysis in 4 categories, namely 1) the results of the analysis show that the ability of geography teachers in blind map knowledge regarding regional locations in Indonesia is fairly good; 2) the ability of geography teachers in natural resource knowledge regarding the distribution of natural resource locations in Indonesia is quite good; 3) the ability of the geography teacher in knowledge of icons or landmarks regarding the icons or landmarks of districts/cities in Indonesia is fairly good; and 4) the ability of geography teachers in human resource knowledge regarding the distribution of ethnicities and cultures in Indonesia is fairly good.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of independent tax planning, tax avoidance, and earnings management on firm value. The data used in this research is obtained from the annual report of financial statements on non consolidation manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2015- 2017. The sample selection method used is the purposive sampling method. Analytical techniques used in this research using multiple linear regression which include normality test, test classic assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The total sample in this research is 10 companies. Data processing in this research using Eviews version 9.0 application. The result shows that tax planning, tax avoidance, and earnings management simultaneously have an effect on firm value. In addition, this study proves that earnings management has a negative effect on firm value, while tax planning and tax avoidance have no effect on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the disclosure of corporate social responsibility in sharia and its determinants. The data used is the annual report of 22 companies registered with JII from 2015 - 2018. The research method used is content analysis. The findings of this study that all explanatory variables which include liquidity, profitability, type of industry, firm size and firm age significantly affect the disclosure of ISR. Liquidity and profitability have a significant negative effect on ISR disclosure. Industry type, company size, and company age have a significant positive effect on ISR disclosure. The findings of the first two variables indicate that companies tend to disclose ISR when experiencing financial problems.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif yang telah dimiliki siswa di SDIT Ibnu Chaldun Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sample penelitian melibatkan 60 siswa yang tersebar pada kelas VI, V, dan VII dengan jumlah 20 siswa pada setiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan observasi dan perekaman video selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung serta instrumen pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi. Temuan menunjukan pembelajaran di SDIT Ibnu Chaldun Cirebon menggunakan metode pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru mencakup metode demontrasi dan metode eksperimen. Rata-rata pertanyaan yang muncul selama pembelajaran lebih dari 50% siswa yang hadir. Dengan demikian, siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan dapat dikatakan tinggi. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan berpikir lancar siswa sudah terpenuhi hanya pada indikator mengajukan pendapat maupun gagasan lebih dari satu masih rendah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of accessibility, information technology on competitive action in MSMEs. The independent variables in this study are accessibility and information technology. The dependent variable is competitive action. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Sample of this research is MSMEs that register as Gojek partners in East Medan District, where Gojek partners are in the vicinity of HKBP Nommensen University and Medan State University. The sample uses the quota sampling method—the data collected by using a questionnaire distributed directly to SME traders as many as 30 questionnaires. Data analysis techniques uses multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing t-test, F test, and determination regression test. The results of this study indicate simultaneously accessibility and information technology have a positive effect on competitiveness. This is because the sample is MSMEs located around Medan State University and HKBP Nommensen University where people will come alone to their restaurants without using an application because of the close distance. We can see from the coefficient of determination that the new accessibility of information technology must be supported to influence competitive action.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to understand the impact of emotional intelligence, ability, and economic compensation on employee performance through the job satisfaction of Detikcom employees. In this study, the sample used was 110 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The results show that the three variables of emotional intelligence, competence and economic compensation have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence and ability variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Financial compensation variables have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Variables such as emotional intelligence, competence, and economic compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.]]>
