Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, hereinafter referred to as MBKM. Provide opportunities for students and lecturers to strengthen student-based learning programs. This program also supports students’ soft skills in their learning process, to improve graduates' competencies, both soft skills and hard skills, so that they are more prepared and relevant to the needs of the times, preparing graduates to become superior future leaders of the nation. This paper aims to evaluate the implementation of this program in teaching and learning activities to improve the quality of education. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through online surveys. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that students who have participated in the MBKM program provide benefits such as each student can re-explore themselves to find what they like, what they want to develop even more, and what they want to make or create according to their interests and their talents. also provides additional competencies in solving problems, improving soft skills, job search competencies, and post-college preparation competencies. As for the lecturer himself, the lecturer must be able to interfere with himself (self-disruption), continue to improve their competence from time to time (long-life learner) to be able to become a "companion" for students towards the gateway to the real world of work success and Lecturers are required to have competencies that will be "inherited" to students and have experience in coaching the MKBM program for students, as well as having expertise in designing Postgraduate Learning Outcomes and converting the Semester Credit System.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of Jambi City to become an Islamic Smart City closely related to Islamic Smart Tourism and formulate a strategy through a SWOT analysis for Jambi City to become an Islamic Smart City. This research uses mixed methods. The sample of this study amounted to 30 respondents who are managers of tourist attraction objects in Jambi City. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaires/questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis technique in this study uses scoring analysis and for strategic conclusions using SWOT analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of readiness of the City of Jambi in Islamic Smart Tourism is at a score of 7, which means the category is somewhat ready. Based on the SWOT analysis results, there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Jambi City to become an Islamic Smart City in supporting Islamic Smart Tourists.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kekuatan kepercayaan dalam mebangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan owrganisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 dosen dan staf akademik pada Universitas Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan pemodelan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan LISREL. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Kepuasan kerja memberikan dudungan positif dalam meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi literasi bahwa kepercayaan memiliki kekuatan dalam membangan kesuksesan organisasi melalui penenuhan kepuasan kerja dan penguatan perilaku kewaraagaan organisasi. Kekuatan kepercayaan pada organisasi diperlihatkan melalui integritas, kompetensi, konsistensi, loyalitas dan keterbukaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to determine the possibility of applying Amartya Sen’s Capability Approach to analyze the well-being of Hindu clergy in Bali. Literature studies were carried out on the variables mentioned by Amartya Sen in several of his writings and studies, as well as studies conducted by several economists as a further study of Sen's theory. This study offers a conceptual framework to explain and predict the influence of variables in Sen's theory on the achievement of the well-being of Hindu clergy in Bali. The variables studied in this paper are resources, commodities, capabilities, conversion factors, social choice, and functioning. In this case, commodities and capabilities can act as mediating variables, while conversion factors and social choice are considered to moderate the influence of resources on the achievement of functioning.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth rate of plastic waste in Indonesia increases every year. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) revealed that plastic waste in Indonesia reaches 66 million tons per year. In Hamlet 15, Pematang Johar Village, there is the Suka Mulia Garbage Bank, which has been established since 2020 and has 60 customers. The presence of this waste bank has changed waste management activities, especially plastic. Villagers have started to actively save waste and turn plastic waste into eco-bricks. Changes in waste management in the community make this research aim to analyze the process of change that occurs by using the social construction approach proposed by Berger and Luckmann. This research design is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data in this study consisted of secondary and primary data. The results of this study found that there is a social construction model in plastic waste management, where from the externalization stage to the objectification stage, a community empowerment process occurs through the socialization of ideas and practices for making ecobricks.]]>

<![CDATA[This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to determine whether situational leadership, organizational culture, and achievement motivation have a simultaneous and partial effect on the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The total sample in this study was a total of 120 respondents. The respondents in this study were kindergarten teachers who were in East Jakarta in the 2017 period. The sample determination used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique and then to collect data through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The test results prove that 1) simultaneously has an effect on the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in East Jakarta. So that the test process in the f (simultaneous) test proves the influence of situational leadership, organizational culture, and achievement motivation on the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in East Jakarta. 2) partially have an influence on the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in East Jakarta. <![CDATA[This study intends to increase the creative results of student motif designs in the Decorative Design course by applying a learning model based on the natural environment (Environment Learning). This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were D3 students of the Fashion Design Study Program, totaling 37 people. Data collection techniques used student observation sheets, student activity sheets, student design results tests and questionnaires via Google form. The results of this study are learning decorative design in Cycle II it is known that as many as 32 students who have completed the competency in designing decorative motifs after applying the environmental learning learning model with an acquisition score of 86.48%, while students who did not complete as many as 5 students with acquisitions percentage value of 13.51%. So it was concluded that the percentage increase from cycle I to cycle II was 18.91%.]]>

<![CDATA[Peningkatan nilai perusahaan sebagai tujuan perusahaan merupakan gambaran dari peningkatan kesejahteraan untuk shareholders melalui dividen yang dibayarkan. Dalam proses pendelegasian wewenang ini, sering dijumpai beberapa persoalan yang berhubungan dengan konflik diantara pemegang saham dan para pelaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ekspropriasi dan multiple large shareholders terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dimediasi kebijakan dividen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan mengguanakan data sekunder yaitu annual report tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2020 yang diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Indonesian Capital Market Exchange (ICMD) dan website www.investing.com. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sehingga didapatkansampel sebanyak 3.351 data amatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur unbalanced data paneldengan program software Eviews. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ekspropriasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini berarti related party transactionssebagai proksi yang dipakai tidak bisa dijadikan patokan dalam menilai sebuah perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna filosofis dibalik adanya kewajiban menjalankan ketentuan iddah dan ihdad bagi kaum perempuan yang ditinggal wafat oleh suami. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan metode Kualitatif yang secara spesifik lebih diarahkan kepada penggunaan metode studi pustaka (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa iddah dan ihdad merupakan salah satu syariat yang meningkatkan Pendidikan moral islam khususnya pada Wanita yang ditinggalkan suami. Namun, perlu diketahui bahwa iddah akan berjalan lancar jika suami sudah memenuhi kewajiban nafkah dan hak untuk istri yang ditinggalkan yang diberikan selama menjalankan masa iddah. Dengan melakukan ihdad Wanita yang tersebut akan meningkatkan moral dan citra diri mereka sebagai seorang Wanita yang pernah menikah. Selain itu, diharapkan juga Wanita yang sedang melakukan iddah dan ihdad untuk menghindari kesunyian dengan menggunakan media sosial yang membuat rusaknya iddah dan ihdad mereka. Namun, penggunaan media sosial dengan tujuan mencari uang untuk menafkahi anaknya dengan berniaga dimedia sosial itu diperbolehkan dengan catatan profesional dalam menjalani masa iddah dan ihdad.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari pengertian sistem informasi manajemen yang rinci serta menganalisis hubungan sistem informasi manajemen dengan kualitas perilaku organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan sistem informasi manajemen begitu penting dalam pola komunikasi antaranggota dalam organisasi tersebut. Kemudahan informasi ini juga dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas perilaku organisasi melalui dua faktor yang memengaruhi prestasi kerja sebagai indikator kualitas perilaku organisasi, yaitu faktor kompetensi individu dan faktor dukungan manajemen. Dua faktor tersebut menjadi faktor kunci yang sama-sama ditengarai oleh eksistensi sistem informasi manajemen sehingga dapat saling mendukung untuk memelihara proses kerja yang stabil dan berkembang. Sistem informasi manajemen menjembatani proses pengambilan keputusan top-down dan juga peningkatan komptensi secara bottom-up.]]>
