Abstract

As an education system that becomes a new choice, the implementation of inclusive education still faces many challenges. This research was conducted due to the limited research on school climate with parents' perspective about inclusion at the micro level in Kota Depok. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parents' perception about school climate toward school sastisfaction in Kota Depok. This quantitative correlational study involve 72 parents who had special needs children who attend inclusive public and private school. Parents completed two self-report questionnaires: Parental Perception of Inclusion Climate Scale and Satisfaction of School Inclusion Survey. The results show there are significant differences regarding satisfaction, with parents from private school tend to more satisfied about inclusive that parents from public school. A regression analysis was performed and confirmed that parents perception about school climate were predictors of parents satisfaction about inclusive school. These finding provide insight that the main consideration for satisfaction according to parents is the support provided by all school staff and teachers. Stakeholders can consider providing understanding to all school stakeholders about the importance of support, both instrumental and emotional.

Abstract

The tourism sector has a large contribution in increasing state and regional income. Therefore, it is important to make efforts to develop tourism in Indonesia. Water Blow Nusa Dua is one of the tourist destinations on the island of Bali which has a unique attraction and can be visited by tourists. One effort that can be made to increase the number of visits is through digital tourism by utilizing technology as a promotional medium. This research aims to find out government policies, strategies and decisions in developing internet-based tourism (digital tourism) using tourism website data, internet reviews about tourism, and social networks related to the Water Blow Nusa Dua Bali tourism. The qualitative method used in the research is an internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix with SWOT analysis by reviewing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which are taken into consideration in developing digital tourism in Water Blow Nusa Dua. The results of this research found that tourism promotion through digital tourism using the internet is still not optimally carried out by the Badung Regency government so it is necessary to increase promotion through social media. This research can be used as recommendation material for the government or related parties in determining the direction of digital tourism development

Abstract

The presence of sharia financial technology (fintech) as a credible financial institution is expected to be able to help the problems that are often faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the behavior of MSME actors in the use of sharia fintech lending and conventional fintech lending. The research method used in this research is normative legal research by analyzing the laws and regulations as well as relevant studies through the issues in the study. This study uses a statutory and conceptual approach, both of which function to analyze the applicable legal rules so that differences can be found between conventional and sharia peer to peer lending fintechs and the extent to which sharia rules are applied in these fintechs. This study concludes that Islamic fintech plays a role as a driving factor in increasing the inclusiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The presence of the sharia fintech industry can overcome the problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially related to financing needs, ease of transaction processing, expansion of market access, and ease of preparation of financial reports.

Abstract

Digital Marketing Communication Strategy something that every tourism industry should have for tourist activities describes the main users of digital technology supporting the marketing functions of an organization. In an effort to improve marketing and reach the target market through regular and organized digital marketing. Tourism needs a digital marketing communication strategy to help and serve the needs of the community, effective and efficiently planned strategies so that the success rate is high. This study aims to determine the digital marketing communication strategy in the Post-Pandemic of the Indonesian Tourism. The method used by this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) Marketing.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education in class IV students at SDK Scriptura Bengel Talaud Islands Regency compared to other subjects. To improve learning achievement in Christian Religious Education, it is necessary to have innovative learning models that can motivate students to be active in learning. The Numbered Heads Together Learning Model is the implementation of a learning process in which the teacher divides students into several heterogeneous groups and gives numbering to each group member to work on each given problem. So that the application of the Numbered Heads Together Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education in class IV SDK Scriptura Bengel, Talaud Islands Regency. The research was conducted on fourth-grade students at SDK Scriptura Bengel consisting of 7 girls and 4 boys with a total of 11 people. This research was conducted from April to May 2022. The method uses a class action research design with the stages of Planning, Action Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The data were analyzed using the completeness technique of learning outcomes with the formulaKB=T/T1 x 100%. The results showed that the application of the Numbered Heads Together Learning model could improve the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education from cycle I to cycle II with the subject "God is My Source of Strength" in class IV SDK Scriptura Bengel, Talaud Islands Regency.

Abstract

The influence of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance is a dynamic interplay that can significantly impact the quality of education. Leaders who embrace Islamic principles can create an environment that nurtures self-efficacy among teachers, leading to enhanced motivation, job satisfaction, and ultimately, improved student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable The research concept is a path analysis model used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct or indirect effect of the independent variable (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous). The sample of this study was all teachers of SD IT and SMP IT Al-Kautsar Mukomuko as many as 81 teachers. The results of the analysis show that Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher performance; Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The conclusion was job satisfaction mediates the influence of Islamic leadership on teacher performance

Abstract

Digital technology makes hotel bookings through online travel agents more attractive and more and more people want to make online travel booking agents create more attractive features for hotel bookings. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-WoM on E-repurchase, especially in hotel bookings through Online Travel Booking Agent.com in Semarang City. The method used is an experimental research method using 56 participants using a different test-One Way Annova. The results of the study show that there are differences in the effect of E-WoM on e-repurchase in the form of positive and negative customer reviews from Online Travel Booking Agent XYZ customers. So with these positive reviews, consumers will make repeat purchases at the same e-commerce company. If the previous transaction was unsatisfactory, the customer who will make a repurchase will become less trusting, thereby reducing the intention to repurchase from the e-commerce company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine 1) the condition of Peak Height Velocity in La Sagne Groupement athletes and Tugumuda Semarang U9-U11 athletes, 2) is there an effect of frequency and duration on Peak Height Velocity, 3) is there a difference in Peak Height Velocity between Swiss and Indonesia clubs. The research used a quantitative descriptive research type with a comparative research design. The results showed that 1) Peak Height Velocity conditions for La Sagne Groupement FC athletes were 16.3 ± 1.3 (Mean ± SD) and Peak Height Velocity conditions for SSB Tugumuda were 14.0 ± 0.5 (Mean ± SD). 2) There is an effect of frequency and duration on Peak Height Velocity with the results of multiple regression analysis for frequency and duration. 3) There is a difference in PHV between the La Sagne de Groupement and SSB Tugumuda groups. The conclusion from this research there are differences PHV condition, there is an effect of duration and frequency of training on the PHV, and there are differences PHV value between La Sagne Groupement and SSB Tugumuda football clubs.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease that can easily spread and infect anyone, including medical personnel. Handling COVID by health workers such as doctors, is faced with a dilemma because the disease itself is easy to transmit to other people. Doctors are a profession that is at the forefront of dealing directly with Covid-19. In conditions like this, doctors sometimes become victims/died in order to protect the public from the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is normative juridical with the main sources of legal material being the Civil Code and the Criminal Code and Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health. Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Article 83 paragraph 2 states that the government guarantees legal protection for everyone according to their abilities. The importance of fulfilling the rights of doctors to be able to work accsording to medical standards. In the critical condition of the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today, the availability of PPE for doctors is one of the essential elements that must be met for doctors to fulfill the element of safety for doctors. In civil law, the doctor-patient relationship states that doctors in carrying out medical practice have the right to obtain complete, honest and clear information from patients or their families. health, then this can lead to criminal acts that are included in acts of persecution or crimes that endanger public safety for people.

Abstract

Anti-corruption education from an Islamic perspective for students is an alternative in eradicating Corruption. integration education anti-Corruption in the Qur'an and Hadith courses is education anti-Corruption merges in Al-Qur'an and Hadith courses through development Theory because of course part the material contain payload score and behavior anti-Corruption, as well as through development learning methods and media. Based on data processing obtained for category moral knowing It was found that the ICP PAI students of UIN Maliki Malang class of 2020 reached 82%. For category moral feeling by 86%, and for category moral action as much as 84%. Then the students of ICP PAI UIN Maliki Malang batch of 2020 are more put forward heart conscience and empathy for anti-corruption actions with percentage which enough tall that is as big as 86%. In other words, the integration of anti-corruption education from an Islamic perspective in Al-Qur'an and Hadith courses contribute positively to the internalization of anti-corruption educational values in students
