INTERNAL (Information System Journal) is a scientific journal published by the Information Systems Study Program, Masoem University. This journal is a forum for publication of scientific papers in the form of writings by academics, researchers and practitioners on pure and applied research in the fields of information systems, informatics engineering and computer engineering. INTERNAL is published twice a year, namely in June and December. This journal has been accredited by SINTA 4. In 2021, INTERNAL (Information System Journal) will be merged and recorded in the Masoem University journal. In addition, DOI Prefix 10.32627 which was originally used by STKOM Al Masoem was later changed by the DOI is affiliation to become Masoem University. Abstract

The system of borrowing and returning books at the Library of SMK Lugina Rancaekek includes making loan reports, return reports, and member data is still done manually in the ledger, so errors often occur so that making reports takes a long time. The method used in this is the SLDC (System Development Life Cycle) method using Waterfall. Analysis and design of the system uses other tools such as Data Flow Diagram, Flowmap, Structure Chart, E-R Diagram, Data Dictionary, while the implementation uses Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 and Microsoft Database Foxpro 9.0 for Database. The design of this system can facilitate the search for book data, speed up report generation, make it easier to control book stock, facilitate the process of borrowing and returning books so that they can produce information more quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is one of the analyzes to obtain film screening data, the approach used in this study is the K-means algorithm using the parameter measure type Numerical Measure with Numerical Measure Euclidean Distance to get the best Davies Bouldin Index (DBI), with the intention of getting helps grouping datasets of film screenings at the Ramayana Cirebon XXI Cinema. Results from the evaluation of the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) obtained is (K-2) with a Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value of 0.864, because the value obtained is the smaller the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value, it shows the optimum performance of the resulting cluster.

Abstract

Nolbas svnr is a business engaged in the clothing industry which refers more to t-shirt screen printing. This business carries out its activities based on customer orders received through orders from individuals, shops, and schools. With the many types of screen printing that are made, the number of orders received and executed by Nolbas Svnr increases. Screen printing production at Nolbas Svnr is always changing every year. The main objective of this research is to obtain a predictive model for the amount of screen printing production using the Linear Regression method based on the number of orders obtained each year. The results that can be obtained in research can help for the supply of raw materials, the amount of raw materials, paint and so on. This study uses the linear regression method to process sales data using attributes such as year, customer name, price of goods, price of materials and the number of orders. of 0.5601. The results of the constant values ??and regression coefficients are used to predict the amount of screen printing production in 2023 at Zerobas SVNR and the predicted value is 3391. Evaluation of the multiple linear regression model shows an MAE value of 3.7247, an MSE value of 17.8633 and an R2 score of 87% .

Abstract

Data mining merupakan proses penemuan informasi dengan mengidentifikasi pola dari dataset. Proses penemuan informasi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan metode pengelompokan data ke dalam beberapa kelompok dari sebuah dataset yang dalam data mining disebut metode clustering. Clustering merupakan proses mempartisi dataset menjadi beberapa subset atau kelompok berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik masing-masing data pada kelompok yang ada. Metode Clustering yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah K-Means yang termasuk ke dalam golongan algoritma Partition Clustering. Metode ini juga sudah banyak digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah terkait klasterisasi pejualan, kebakaran hutan, pertanian, transportasi, dan sebagainya. Pada penelitian digunakan algoritma k-means untuk mengelompokkan dataset bus Bisikita Bogor berdasarkan data yang diambil selama tahun 2022. Dalam melakukan proses mengubah dataset mentah menjadi suatu informasi yang bermanfaat, maka digunakan proses Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Pada tahap awal akan dilakukan pembersihan data, selanjutnya dilakukan seleksi data, transformasi data, dan data mining dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Rapidminer. Hasil pemodelan dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa algoritma K-Means dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokan dataset bus biskita. Yang nantinya bisa dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan sebagai gambaran, penelitian juga ini bisa digunakan sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan/penyedia jasa.

Abstract

To facilitate and streamline the activities of recording or inputting asset data in CIPELAH VILLAGE, computerization is needed in this village to schedule fixed asset loans. The fixed asset loan scheduling system is a system designed to help ease the asset cation staff when managing assets which are still manual or in writing. The research method used is literature study, field study, interview, observation, and the system development technique used is OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) and the method used is the GREEDY method. The implementation and system testing stage is a stage that is carried out after the system has been analyzed and designed in detail, this stage is also the stage of implementing the system for operation. The programming language used is HTML, PHP with PHPMyAdmin database.

Abstract

Information system planning becomes the most important role to support technological advances in the future. The planning made is regarding the inventory and financial information system in accordance with the problems that exist in BULOG Subdivre Bandung. The purpose of this research is to make information system architecture planning at BULOG Sub Dirve Bandung using the Enterprise Architecture Planning method. The model that will be used in the enterprise architecture is the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) model. This definition of enterprise architecture focuses on data, application, and technology architectures to support business functions and the plans to be implemented on that architecture. The results of the research carried out are blueprints in the form of recommendations for inventory and financial information systems at BULOG Subdivre Bandung, which produce 3 main business processes, in data architecture it produces 15 entities, and 4 applications and for technology architecture, which produces technology proposals that will be used in the future. will come.

Abstract

The PKH electronic system (e-PKH) was created by the Ministry of Social Affairs to improve data accuracy and ensure effective distribution of social assistance. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of e-PKH which are implemented in information systems, in research using the DeLone and McLean Models. This model measure six variable dimensions including system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 217 respondents, while data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS 23 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on use and user satisfaction, usa have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and use and user satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on net benefits.

Abstract

Sales Information System Design is made to make it easier to manage goods at the Grocery Store, the previous transaction recording process was still using a manual system, making it difficult to know the stock of goods, errors occurred in recording and it was slow in making sales transaction reports. This research was made based on the descriptive method approach in collecting data and information needed to implement objects in a systematic, factual, accurate and in accordance with the facts. As for system design using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) method with the UML (Unified Model Language) model. This website is implemented using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and stored using a MySQL database, Web Server using Xampp and Visual Studio Code. The results showed that Haji Agus Grocery Store can increase the efficiency and productivity of grocery stores in managing transactions, stock of goods and others and can provide information in real time.

Abstract

The internet is an information technology that is able to provide benefits for life and is a major requirement as a means of communication, entertainment or business. Covid 19 spreads throughout the City or Regency to villages in all regions in Indonesia which has a broad impact on the world of Education, especially Elementary and Middle School Education. Seeing the change in learning patterns from face-to-face to online learning, there are obstacles that are felt by students, especially in learning that requires the teaching and learning process between teachers and students to be carried out remotely (online). To support online learning, adequate internet facilities are needed. Provision of internet packages can be provided free of charge with due observance of predetermined requirements. To support the provision of free internet packages, a decision support system is needed to determine the selection of receiving free internet assistance so that it is right on target by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) solving procedure. This method is used to make rankings for selecting free internet recipients, where the highest score is generated based on the best criteria. The results of calculations with this method. Where to make a decision support system in order to prevent errors in determining the criteria that deserve free internet assistance.
