Abstract

Employee absenteeism is a very crucial aspect in an institution. Employee discipline can be seen from attendance at both private and government offices. The South Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat Office is one of the Government Agencies that applies employee attendance as a basis for assessing compliance with regulations. In its implementation, taking employee attendance already uses Android-based online attendance called Ontime, Ontime Based Online is an online (Mobile) based attendance application Apps) but there are still several problems in using it, one of which is that there are still bugs in using this application, so it is not yet known whether the status of using this online attendance is at a satisfactory level or not. Therefore, research on user satisfaction needs to be carried out to measure how satisfied users are with this online attendance application. This research uses quantitative methods with the webqual 4.0 model. The data collection technique is carried out in two ways, namely interviews and questionnaires, processing data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics. Abstract

Purpose –This research aims to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of AKHLAK values as the cultural foundation in the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Oil and Gas Sector. Methodology/approach – This research employs a qualitative triangulation approach. Observations, interviews, and data triangulation are conducted to delve into the impact of the implementation of organizational culture and AKHLAK training in the state-owned enterprise (SOE) Oil and Gas Sector. The research utilizes NVivo12 to support data analysis. Findings – Research findings the need for improvement and collaboration within the business unit. The development of AKHLAK training is recommended through needs analysis, program design, inter-departmental collaboration, continuous learning, emphasis on corporate culture, evaluation and feedback, as well as recognition and acknowledgment. The strategy involves exemplary leadership behavior, clear policies, a collaborative culture, performance evaluation related to AKHLAK, commitment to sustainability, and transparency. Despite positive progress, sustained efforts are required to ensure that AKHLAK values are reflected in employee behavior and support the achievement of corporate goals. Novelty/value – This research contributes by offering profound insights into the implementation of AKHLAK values in the context of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) in the Oil and Gas Sector. The diversity of findings highlights key aspects that require attention in the development of organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aimed at assessing the elemental composition Ageratum conyzoides. The leaves of Ageratum conyzoides (goat weed), has been acknowledged as a non-food source of ethno medicine associated with the treatment of some ailments. The AAS analysis results indicate that the plant contained elements essential for human nutrition. The data were analyzed and the results showed that Ageratum conyzoides leaf extract contained Ca, Mg, Pb, Zn, Al, Cr, Ni, Cu, Co, Cd and Fe were present in the leaves of Ageratum conyzoides. Ageratum conyzoides contains, in addition such acknowledged non-essential and environmentally unfriendly elements as Pb, Co and Cd, which may be a pointer to its non-food use, in combination with its high lipid content. The concentration of minerals in Ageratum conyzoides can be attributed to some of its use such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-poison, anti-allergic and other therapeutic activities.

Abstract

Wardah as a local brand, offers a variety of sunscreen products to protect the skin from the sun and pollution. Wardah utilizes diverse marketing strategies, including electronic word of mouth, which includes customer reviews and influencer endorsement. However, data from the Top Brand survey indicates a decline in the brand index in the sunblock cream subcategory in the years 2022-2023. Therefore, this research is conducted to understand the influence of Wardah's marketing, whether through influencer endorsement or customer reviews, on the purchase intention of Wardah sunscreen, with the moderating variable of trust in this relationship. The population in this study consists of consumers who are aware of and have an interest in Wardah sunscreen products. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically utilizing the purposive sampling method. All collected data are analyzed using SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS. It was found that customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Wardah sunscreen products. Meanwhile, influencer endorsement does not have a significant positive influence on the purchase intention of Wardah sunscreen products. Trust, whether in influencer endorsement or customer reviews, does not exhibit a moderating impact but has a direct influence.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of 1) Leadership style on employee work motivation 2). Compensation for employee motivation 3). Work motivation on employee performance 4). Leadership style towards employee performance 5). Compensation for employee performance 6). Leadership style towards employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7). The effect of compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The study's demographic and sample consisted of all 50 West Sumatra Shipping Polytechnic workers. the process of employing total sampling to calculate the number of samples. By meeting the conditions of the classical assumption test for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, the data analysis approach employs route analysis. The West Sumatra Shipping Polytechnic personnel' job motivation is significantly impacted by their leadership style and salary, according to the study's findings. In addition, salaries, job motivation, and leadership style all have a big impact on how well West Sumatra Shipping Polytechnic personnel perform. The study's recommendations include that West Sumatra Shipping Polytechnic pay attention to the leadership styles that emerge in workers at work, that the agency focus on raising compensation, and that increased work motivation be taken seriously since it will lead to an improvement in performance.

Abstract

Raising patient happiness is one of the objectives for raising the bar for healthcare services. It has been demonstrated that people who are happy with the medical care they receive are more likely to heed advice, stay faithful, or stick to treatment regimens. The goal of research at RSUD Kota Padang is to ascertain how competency, interpersonal communication, and service quality affect the happiness of BPJS patients. Associative and descriptive thinking were combined in the quantitative methods employed for this investigation. A purposive sampling procedure yielded a sample size of 100 individuals, and SPSS was utilized as an analysis tool to do multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that: (1) Patient satisfaction is impacted by competence. (2) Interpersonal communication has a major impact on patient satisfaction. (3) The standard of care greatly affects patient satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Path on organizational sustainability mediated by innovative work behaviorin heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Methodology/approach: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all employees who work in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. With the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis model, 110 samples were taken. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smartPLS 3.0 program to test the hypothesis. Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Career Path on innovative work behaviorand organizational sustainability. There is an effect of innovative work behavioron organizational sustainability. Innovative Wok Behavior can mediate the effect between Career Path and organizational sustainability in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Novelty/value: Innovative Wok Behavior sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan agar organizational sustainability lebih meningkat melalui upaya penerapan Career Path.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose – The purpose of this study is to determine how company size, corporate social responsibility and return on assets impact the price earninf ratio, either partially or simultaneously. Methodology/approach – The study population was 24 companies and samples were collected using the purposive sampling method, with a sample number of 9 companies with an 11-year study period. This research uses a data analysis method, namely panel data regression with the Eviews 10 program. Findings – The results of data processing show that company size, corporate social responsibility, return on assets simultaneously affect and significantly affect the price earning ratio. While some of the size of the company has a significant effect on the price earning ratio, corporate social responsibility has a significant effect on the price earning ratio and return on assets does not have a significant effect on the price earning ratio. Abstract

Purpose – This research was conducted with the primary objective of examining the influence of user satisfaction on the efficacy of the Integrated Online Single Submission Management Information Systems in Indonesia Methodology/approach – This study employs a quantitative methodology, wherein data is gathered in numerical format, and hypothesis testing is carried out through statistical analysis. A survey that included information on user satisfaction was used to collect data from 44 members the association of business actors and licensing in Indonesia. The research was conducted online using a Google Form questionnaire, which was distributed to the Association of Business Actors and Licensing in Indonesia. In this research, the chosen data analysis method is simple linear regression analysis, designed to ascertain the correlation between a dependent variable and one independent variables. The quality of the data was evaluated through validity and reliability tests, ensuring the questionnaire instrument's soundness. The statistical analysis was conducted using the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. Findings –The findings suggest that the effectiveness of the integrated licensing management information system is contingent upon user satisfaction. The results underscore the system's notable efficacy in terms of user satisfaction. Novelty/value – This study serves as a valuable tool for the assessment and enhancement of the Online Single Submission (OSS) Management Information System in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasam pasien pada Poliklinik Satuan Brimop Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Poliklinik Satuan Brimob Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 3.849 pasien. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 pasien dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t hitung (10.045) > t tabel (1,984) dan nilai sig 0.000 < 0,05, maka kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Poliklinik Satuan Brimop Pekanbaru.Dari hasil koefisien determinasi bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,512 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi sebesar 51,2 % oleh kualitas pelayanan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
