Jurnal Dharma Indonesia merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang fokus pada hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam dan luar Universitas Negeri Semarang. Fokus dan ruang lingkup artikel yang diterbitkan meliputi kajian pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial, kesehatan serta teknologi rekayasa. Abstract

Pantai Tirang merupakan satu pantai di Kota Semarang yang kondisinya memprihatinkan. Hal ini mengingat bahwa pantai ini adalah pantai yang terdampak abrasi dan banyak sampah yang menumpuk akibat buangan dari pabrik dan permukiman. Guna memulihkan ekosistem dan meningkatkan potensi wisata di Pantai Tirang maka diperlukan kegiatan rehabilitasi hutan mangrove. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, tim pengabdian dari KSG Social Adventure Club melakukan kegiatan penanaman mangrove sebagai upaya rehabilitasi di Pantai Tirang. Tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi dan penamanan mangrove. Kegiatan penanaman mangrove diikuti 74 peserta dari mahasiswa dengan menanam sekitar 1000 bibit Rhizopora sp. Kegiatan ini secara konsisten telah dilakukan KSG Social Adventure Club sejak tahun 2009, selain itu beberapa organisasi kemahasiswaan lain, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat serta perusahaan melalui CSR juga rutin menanam mangrove di Pantai Tirang. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi Pantai Tirang dimana luasan mangrove pada tahun 2007 sekitar 1,44 Ha bertambah menjadi 2,84 Ha pada tahun 2022.

Abstract

Stunting pada balita merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan nasional dengan angka stunting 18,7 % di Kabupaten Rembang dan memiliki prevalensi 20, 81 % untuk Kecamatan Sulang berdasarkan Sebaran Data Sasaran dan Cakupan Layanan Esensial. Kasus balita yang mengalami stunting cukup tinggi terjadi di beberapa daerah termasuk Kabupaten Rembang khususnya di Desa Kemadu Kecamatan Sulang. Masyarakat Kemadu yang suka mengkonsumsi jajanan pentol menjadikan inspirasi untuk membuat inovasi pentol ikan sebagai pemberian makanan tambahan pada balita untuk mencegah stunting. Diharapkan dengan inovasi pentol ikan Swanggi untuk pemberian makanan tambahan pada balita dapat mengurangi angka stunting di Desa Kemadu, Kecamatan Sulang, Kabupaten Rembang.

Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan pesisir dapat mempengaruhi kondisi ekosistem pesisir, termasuk ekosistem mangrove yang merupakan vegetasi khas di kawasan pesisir. Ekosistem mangrove hanya dibiarkan pada bagian-bagian tertentu yang sangat terisolasi atau ditanam di tepi-tepi tambak yang berbatasan dengan pantai atau sungai untuk mencegah abrasi. Rusaknya pantai dan lahan mangrove di kawasan pesisir kota Semarang telah mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan kawasan pesisir. Kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar tentu harus diusahakan semua lapisan masyarakat, termasuk civitas akademika, khususnya mahasiswa dan dosen. Sebagai generasi penerus bangsa yang akan mewarisi lingkungan, maka Mahasiswa perlu dikenalkan dengan lingkungan sekitar. Pengenalan mereka pada lingkungan dan pelestariannya dapat dimulai dari usaha memperbaiki kerusakan lingkungan itu sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini salah satu contoh implementasi nyata untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut. Kegiatan ini harus terus ditanamkan kepada generasi selanjutnya untuk mengambil peran menjaga lingkungan dan menyelamatkan generasi dari bencana ekologis di masa depan.

Abstract

Perkembangan era revolusi industri 4.0 menjadikan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan saat ini lebih berorientasi pada skill dan kompetensi. Pengakuan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh seseorang tidak dapat hanya dengan ditunjukan dari ijazah yang diperoleh dari hasil studinya namun dalam bentuk Sertifikat Kompetensi. Sertifikat kompetensi sendiri merupakan dokumen pengakuan yang menunjukan keterampilan/skill yang dimiliki oleh seseorang yang diperoleh dari proses Uji Kompetensi dari Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) di bawah naungan Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Salah satu kompetensi yang dapat diakses oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Geografi UNNES adalah skema Operator Utama Sistem Informasi Geografis level 4, dimana saat ini skema tersebut sudah terdaftar di BNSP melalui LSP UNNES. Dibukanya skema tersebut bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan sertifikat kompetensi sebagai pendamping ijazah sehingga dapat memiliki nilai lebih saat lulus dan mengakses lapangan pekerjaan. Namun ternyata masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum mengetahui terkait apa itu sertifikat kompetensi, bagaimana uji kompetensi dilakukan, SOP dalam pelaksanaan uji kompetensi dan materi uji praktek unit kompetensi. Melihat permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian berencana untuk menyelengarakan Bimtek untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa terkait uji kompetensi yang akan dilakukan dan peningkatan skill dalam pengolahan data spasial sesuai dengan unit kompetensinya. Sehingga harapannya mahasiswa yang akan melakukan uji kompetensi menjadi lebih siap dan dapat lulus saat uji nanti sehingga dapat dinyatakan kompeten.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic experienced by almost the entire world. The pandemic caused significant changes in various fields, including education. The pandemic policy that made schools switch from face-to-face to virtual meetings created new problems for educators. Teachers need more time to be ready to face the changes that occur. Previously, learning during a pandemic only focused on giving homework, which was then collected via photos in the WhatsApp group. This makes learning less interactive and conducive. This community service prepares elementary school teachers to develop digital learning media. So that learning activities during a pandemic can be resolved. The community service method uses adult training methods. The service participants totaled 30 people who were teachers at the Integrated Bhaskara Subang Islamic Elementary School. As a result of this community service, teachers can create Canva-based interactive PowerPoint learning media, which can be boldly implemented by online. This increases the professional competence of elementary teachers in learning during a pandemic.

Abstract

Competency certification is required as a form of recognition for workers who have the skills, knowledge, and work attitudes according to the required work competency standards. Thus, the certificate holder will guarantee his credibility in carrying out the work that is his duty and responsibility. Some of the other benefits obtained by certificate holders are increasing their self-confidence, increasing sales points in labor recruitment, greater career opportunities, having clear parameters of the skills and knowledge possessed. Considering that the benefits of competency certification are considered positive, especially for students, the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics UNNES implements a competency certification program for its students. There are many competency certification options provided for FE UNNES Management Department students, including the following: (1) HR Management Student Certification; (2) Marketing Management Student Certification; (3) Financial Management Student Certification. it is expected to be able to solve problems that occur and bring benefits to optimizing student understanding of competency certification as a certificate accompanying a diploma which they will later need when applying for a job.

Abstract

Agroforestry farming systems can be used to optimize agricultural yields while preserving nature, such as increasing soil fertility and controlling erosion. The agroforestry program is important to implement in the upstream area of the Lukulo watershed, one of which is in Gunungsari Village, Kebumen Regency. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Planning for planting begins with socialization of activities and is carried out in a participatory manner by involving the community in planning and implementation. Based on the socialization of the program and collecting data on farmers' interests, the result was that all farmers (24 people in total) were interested in participating in the agroforestry program. Based on the results of discussions with participants, the types of plants most in demand were sengon, corn and coffee. The results of the implementation of participatory socialization and land data collection showed that the Gunungsari Village community was willing to carry out planting using the agroforestry model. Land data collection was carried out by visiting farmers' fields to find out land conditions such as land cover area, land form, access to land, taking coordinates and documentation and attaching a barcode to the registered land. Trees4Trees provides planting socialization and training to participating farmers to explain good and correct planting methods, so that 100% of participants are interested in the agroforestry program.

Abstract

This service activity was carried out in an effort to improve the professional competence of teachers at SMP N 2 Tengaran through training and assistance in Classroom Action Research (CAR) and its publication. A total of 40 teachers participated in this activity which was packaged in In Service Training (IST) and On Service Training (OST) for 32 Lesson Hours with three main stages namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Overall, efforts to improve the professionalism and competence of SMP N 2 Tengaran Semarang teachers through the implementation of community service went well. This is supported by the results of the evaluation questionnaire analysis, which concluded that the participants were very satisfied with the service activities carried out. In addition, the percentage of teacher completeness in preparing PTK proposals and preparing CAR articles is also in the good category.

Abstract

Jatirejo Village is a hilly area where some places tend to have depressions so that they are prone to puddles. Therefore, a system is needed that can help infiltrate water into the soil, one of which is biopori, based on organic waste and plastic bottles. This service aims to provide education related to biopores as well as train Jatirejo Village residents to make and apply biopores, especially in the basin area, to reduce the risk of flood threats. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and hands-on practices carried out in four stages, namely situation analysis and preparation, socialization, implementation, and evaluation. In general, the results of the analysis showed that the participants were satisfied with the training and that the training activities provided positive benefits, as evidenced by the significant increase in knowledge after the participants participated in the biopore training activities.

Abstract

The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka aims to improve the previous curriculum by implementing various intra-curricular learning. In the implementation of the independent curriculum, science teachers are required to develop innovative teaching modules so that the subject matter can be conveyed properly. Teaching modules must also be in line with the demands of the 21st century which require ICT integration. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, one of which is the large number of science teachers who do not fully understand how to compile good teaching modules according to the context, characteristics, and needs of students in line with 21st century learning trends. In addition, only a small proportion of science teachers have used technology integration in the preparation of teaching modules due to lack of mastery of TPACK. Based on the problems faced by these partners, the service team felt the need to carry out activities to increase the professionalism of the Semarang City MGMP Science teachers through Assistance in the Preparation of TPACK-based teaching modules. This service activity is carried out in on with the implementation of the equivalent of 32 hours of study.
