Abstract

Every financial transaction in Sharia Banking is required to include a guarantee. This thing is to save the bank funds when customer does a default. The Sharia Bank based on Law number 4 of 1996 concerning the Mortgage rights have the rights to confiscate customer guarantees that have matured and there is no good willingness to pay. However, in practice, banks cannot carry out execution practices to make sales directly. Banks have to go through a long formal procedure to withdraw funds from the customer guarantees, and often encounter various kinds of obstacles. Researchers use two data sources, namely a primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection, researchers conducted interviews and documentation observations. Data analysis by following the steps namely data display, data reduction, data editing, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Testing of the validity of data in this research is triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods.

Abstract

The main problem rises is how is the existence of the Islamic culture integration and the local culture in the wedding at District of Buntu Batu Enrekang Regency. This research aims to know the wedding process at district of Buntu Batu Enrekang Regency which is inside integrated between the Islamic culture and the local culture. The wedding process at district of Buntu Batu Regency of Enrekang as the result of Islamic Culture Integration and the local culture produces the wise local values that shine the Islamic element. This research uses a qualitative method which is based on the field research by conducting a historical approach, sociology, anthropology and phenomenology. The result appoints that an encounter between the Islamic culture and the local culture in the recycling of people’s life still in acculturation process namely on birth’s rites and the demise also something joins into the integration level that is in the wedding rites.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the friction of tradition of Assitulungeng in the farmer community in the village of Tonrong Lempong, Sub-district of Bola, District of Wajo. The specification of this research is descriptive, more related to a Qualitative Approach, it is meant to understand the phenomenon or an event behalf of the tradition conducted. In this research, the data analized by using the model that consists of three steps, namely: the step of reduction data, the data identification, investigation of the data validity. Its results that the social friction is not only bordered to a modern community category or a dynamic people, but the friction also conducted to a traditional people. The friction is not only about related to the social system friction, but concerning with the governmental system, education system, statue friction in alive of people, the emergence of new social group in a community et cetera.

Abstract

The research aims to know the reasoning factors that divorcement is happened in Polewali’s Religious Court Class 1B, to know the factors which affect the action implemented by the judge in finding the solutions of divorcement case that will be ended peacefully to both sides in Religious Court Class 1B with reference to Maqasid al-Sharia. This research uses a Qualitative research by pairing with the research field. It also uses a sociological approach and normative. The result shows that firstly, the factors that cause the divorcement in Religious Courts Class 1 B among them is the lack of religious’ understanding. Secondly, the procedures and efforts implemented by the judge in finding the solutions of divorcement case that will be ended peacefully refer to the jobs and functions. Thirdly, the understanding to the husband and wife and family related to religious knowledges refer to the kindness concept in Maqasid al-Sharia.

Abstract

This article discusses the work stress for librarians at the library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. The purpose of this study are; a) to find out the work stress in the library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. b) to find out the factors contributing to the work stress of the librarians at Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. This study employs mixed-methods research that refers to qualitative and quantitative. The data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, so that the data from the research site could be described descriptively. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that a) The work stress of the librarians at Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar has three symptoms, namely: the most dominant psychological symptoms that the librarians experience are confusion, tension, solitaryness, and decreased concentration; the most common physiological symptoms felt by librarians are fatigue and headaches; and the behavioral symptoms refer to the lack of socialization with friends and procrastination of work. b) The importance of undertaking stress management to minimize the factors causing work stress that can affect librarians, their work, and the work environment. The implementation of stress management is expected to create a healthy work environment in the library at Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar.

Abstract

The main problem of this study is an investigation of the judge's ruling on divorce due to apostasy at the religious court of South Jakarta, class IA (maslahat perspective). This study used qualitative research obtained through field research with a juridical approach. The data sources in this study were judges and clerks at the religious court in South Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Meanwhile, technique processing and analysis of the data were carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data processing, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study showed that: 1) The decision of the judge at the religious court in South Jakarta about the revocation of the marriage of the parties with the excuse of apostasy can be understood as the result of the petitioner, who is apostate. So that he was no longer able to create a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family. This has to be done to provide legal certainty and benefits for those who adhere to the Islamic religion. 2) The judge's legal consideration mentioned that the divorce has met the requirements for a good reason. 3) Legal consequences of the judge's ruling on divorce based on the reasons for Article 116 in Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) points (a) to (g) and based on the reasons for divorce, Article 19 of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 1975 about the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 about marriage. It states that a true divorce will only result in the legal consequences of the extinguished joint property, the husband's rights, the obligation to live together, and parental rights; then it will result in the right of guardianship.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To analyze the underlying factors of unregistered marriages in Kecamatan Kota Terante Utara; 2) To analyze the strategies for overcoming unregistered marriages at the office of Religious Affairs in Kecamatan Kota Terante Utara. This research is qualitative research with juridical, sociological, and pedagogical approaches. The data sources for this research are the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Kecamatan Kota Ternate Utara and religious figures. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and reference tracing. Data analysis techniques include data categorization, reduction, grouping, arrangement, interpretation, verification, and conclusions. The research results are as follows: The practice of unregistered marriages in Kecamatan Kota Ternate Utara is still common to this day due to several factors, including the economic limitations of the community, low levels of education, a lack of legal knowledge, and an understanding of the importance of marriage registration. The strategies of KUA in addressing unregistered marriages in Terante Utara include providing counseling on marriage registration and family happiness to prospective brides and guardians, as well as promoting the importance of marriage registration and its negative consequences for families, mothers, and children through seminars and prayer sessions organized by the Religious Affairs Committee through representatives of the subunit held within the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the perception of MA'HA Santri (Students) at Al-Aly As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sengkang regarding trustworthiness in the Quran. The research objective is to understand the perception of MA'HA Santri at Al-Aly As'adiyah Sengkang regarding trustworthiness in the Quran, categorizing this study as qualitative field research. Field research uses a contextual and comprehensive approach to explore the meanings, definitions, understanding, events, and lives of individuals directly or indirectly involved in the research subject. According to the students of Ma’had Aly As’adiyah Sengkang, the implementation of trustworthiness has been carried out effectively. The execution of these qualities aligns with the indicators in this study, namely responsibility, transparency, and keeping promises. The students (Mahasantri) at Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang have applied these indicators in their teaching processes at the campus to achieve quality learning. Implementing trustworthiness in learning by the students at Al-Aly As'adiyah Sengkang can produce high-quality outcomes. Quality learning can enhance knowledge for the future, benefiting oneself and others. However, some MA'HA Santri may still need to improve their trustworthiness in their daily lives.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of the purification of Islam by Anregurutta H. Muhammad As'ad on the religious attitudes of Wajo citizens. The researchers used a sociological and historical approach. This study is classified as library research; the data was collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing using content analysis on literature that is representative and has relevance to the problem, then reviewing and concluding it. The results of the study showed that Anregurutta H. Muhammad As'ad's Islamic purification movement in Wajo has two concepts, namely 1) Islamic education and 2) Islamic da'wah. He applied the concept of Islamic education through Mengaji Tudang as non-formal education and Tahfidz of Al-Qur'an and Madrasah of Arabah Islamiyah (MAI) as formal education. Meanwhile, the concept of Islamic da'wah was applied to the formation of muballigh cadres as a program of non-formal Islamic da'wah and to al-Dzikra Magazine as formal da'wah.

Abstract

This research explores the meaning of sincerity in the Quran and its implementation within the academic community at Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang, South Sulawesi. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, with approaches involving interpretation (tafsir) and sociological analysis. The data source for this research is the academic community of Ma'had Aly in South Sulawesi. The results of this research demonstrate the concept of sincerity from the perspective of the academic community at Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang and how it aligns with the principles passed down to the founder of the As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School by Anre Gurutta KH.Muh. As'ad. The implementation of sincerity at Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang involves fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted by Anre Gurutta. Teachers should begin with themselves, setting an example by taking the initiative to do things without being told. They should be responsible for their tasks, sensitive to what needs to be done and how to do it best. They should strive to be sincere, avoid envy towards other teachers, and teach to make students knowledgeable in religion or taffakkuh fiddin. Additionally, they seek compensation before discussions.
