Abstract

This study aims to determine shooting techniques using the inner foot in football games. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The method in this study uses descriptive statistics with test and measurement techniques. The population in this study was all students of SMA 11 Sinjai. The sampling technique uses random sampling, so the number of samples in this study is 20 students. The test instrument used in this study is a basic football-playing skill test instrument according to Nurhasan which has been tested for validity: shooting of 0.779 and 0.868. Data analysis uses quantitative description with percentages. The overall data of this study shows that the ability to shoot using the inner foot in football games is in a good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation of physical fitness with the technique of skipping the ball in a football game. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The method in this study uses descriptive statistics with test and measurement techniques. The population in this study was all students of SD Inpres No. 115 Tabuakang, Jeneponto Regency, aged 10-12 years. The total population is 30 pupils. The sample used in this study was 30 male students of SD Inpres No. 115 Tabuakang, Jeneponto Regency aged 10-12 years with a random sampling technique. The research data used tests and measurements of Indonesia's physical fitness level to determine the level of physical fitness. The results showed that the level of physical fitness was at an average of 14.33 and a standard deviation of 3.044 with a median value of 14.00. While dribbling ability is at an average of 32.1863 and a standard deviation of 4.64335 with a median value of 33.7000. And there is a significant relationship between physical fitness level and dribbling technique.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative description study that aims to determine the effectiveness of circuit training in volleyball games. The method used was a quantitative survey with data collection techniques using agility, strength, and endurance tests. the subjects in this study were volleyball games of students at SMAN 3 Pinrang totaling 30 people. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis in the form of percentages and requirements tests. Based on the results of research and discussion, the results of the Training Circuit on volleyball in SMAN 3 Pinrang students were agility of 33.33%, strength of 33.33%, and endurance of 33.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to, among others, (1) determine the contribution of arm muscle explosive power to inward throws in soccer games, (2) determine the contribution of rear strike flex to inward throws in soccer games, (3) determine the contribution of arm muscle explosive power and rear strike flex to inward throws in soccer games. This research belongs to the type of descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study was all FIK UNM students with a sample of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is correlation and regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Version 22 system at a significant level of α0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: 1) the explosive power of the arm muscles has contributed to the inside throw in the FIK UNM student soccer game by 23%, 2) the rear blow has contributed to the inside throw in the FIK UNM student soccer game by 19.3%, 3) the explosive power of the arm muscles, and the back blow flex has a contribution to the inside throw in the student soccer game FIK UNM is 60.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether there are differences in the interest of FIK UNM and UMI UKM college students towards the Gateball game. This study was conducted in September 2018. The population in this study was all FIK UNM college students and UMI UKM college students. The sample consisted of 15 FIK UNM college students and 15 UMI UKM college students, the sample in this study was determined using random sampling. Data collection in the study was carried out using questionnaires. The method used for hypothesis testing is the Independent Sample T-test. The results showed that: (1) The results of hypothesis testing obtained a sig value (2-tailed) which is 0.080 greater than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in interest between FIK UNM college students and UMI UKM towards the Gateball game.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive research. This study aims to determine the level of football dribbling techniques in physical education, sports, and health learning. The population is all grade IV, V, and VI students of SD Negeri Mamajang 2. Researchers selected samples using random samples (Probability Sampling), the selected sample was 15 students of grade VI A. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. Football dribbling techniques in physical education learning sports and health are in the category of less once by 0% (0 students), the category of less, by 13.33% (2 students). The medium category is 20% (3 students), the good category is 6.7% (1 student) and the very good is 60% (9 students). Based on an average score of 24.92. Football dribbling techniques in physical education, sports, and health learning are included in the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how high the learning motivation of scouting extracurricular students towards physical education learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is the survey method. The subjects of this study were all students who participated in extracurricular scouting activities at SMA Negeri 13 Makassar totaling 31 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique carried out is to pour frequency into percentages. The results showed that the learning motivation of scouting extracurricular students towards physical education learning in the high category was obtained by 11 students or 35.5%, in the medium category obtained by 15 students or 48.4%, in the low category obtained by 5 students or 16.1%. The results of this study showed that the learning motivation of scouting extracurricular students towards Physical Education learning was moderate with the consideration of the highest frequency being in the medium category with 15 students or 48.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of learning to play football through a small-sided games learning model. This research is a type of classroom action research. The population of this study was students of SMP Negeri 4 Anggeraja Enrekang. The number of students of SMP Negeri 4 Anggeraja Enrekang. The sample selected in this study is representative to represent the students of SMP Negeri 4 Anggeraja Enrekang as a whole. Sampling is done using random sampling techniques. The number of samples used was as many as 40 students. The type of data collected is quantitative data. Following the type of data collected, the analysis of research data is carried out through quantitative analysis using percentages. Quantitative analysis is applied to data on initial test results of football playing skills, evaluation results in the first cycle, and evaluation results in the second cycle. The results of the study concluded that: the application of the small-side game learning model improves the quality of learning as evidenced by the increase in the average ability of basic skills to play football for each student, and learning that was previously centered by the teacher is now reversed to student-centered learning through tournaments or matches between them, the teacher is more of a mediator/facilitator in student teaching and learning activities. The results of student responses to the implementation of the small-side game learning model show that students are happy, motivated to learn, can find new things, and more easily and dare to follow physical education subjects

Abstract

The purpose of the study is: To determine the level of physical fitness in football games at SSB Citra Panciro Jaya. The sample of this study was all football players at SSB Citra Panciro Jaya with a total of 30 students. The data collection method uses the test method. The data was analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis and analyzed with the help of SPSS program version 22. The results showed that: The level of physical fitness in SSB Citra Panciro Jaya was moderate with a percentage of 17 players (56.67%). Or the average TKJI score of 16.80 points which includes medium scores.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research that aims to determine the relationship between the results of the analysis of leg explosive power, dynamic balance, and leg split flexibility to the ability of kansetsu Geri against karateka gojukai. The population of this study was Gojukai Soppeng karate athletes with a sample of 30 karatekas. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely leg explosive power, dynamic balance, and leg split flexibility. While the dependent variable is the ability of kansetsu geri against the Gojukai karateka. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a relationship between the components of physical condition in terms of the explosive power of the legs with the ability of kansetsu Geri in karateka, with a value of 30.3%. (2) There is a relationship between the physical condition component in terms of dynamic balance and the ability of kansetsu geri in karateka, with a value of 26%. (3) There is a relationship between the physical condition component in terms of leg split flexibility and kansetsu Geri's ability in karateka, with a value of 31.5%. And (4) There is a relationship between the components of physical condition in terms of leg explosive power, dynamic balance and leg split flexibility with the ability of kansetsu Geri in karateka, with a value of 51.9%.
