This management is a reference for assessing the quality of a company, especially when the majority of ownership is the State. Therefore, good corporate governance is the key to ensuring the company's positive contribution, involving employee morale, planning and ability to respond. This research method uses a qualitative approach and evaluates previous research that is relevant to the topic of discussion. This article reviews "Planning and implementation of supervisory management is influenced by employee commitment, planning and ability." <![CDATA[An international criminal court (ICC) is a criminal court that is a permanent within international legal scope, which has competence try individuals on the basis of criminal acts of an international nature. These criminal acts include war crimes, genocide, evil on humanity, and aggression crime. International criminal courts were designed with the goal of mitigating the malaise of national judicial systems. In this context, the ICC will only carry out its functions and authority when the country's national courts are no longer able to invest and prosecute this form of crime. As a court established to handle and resolve international crime problems, ICC have a significant role in maintaining world peace. <![CDATA[Recent political tensions between Iran and Pakistan have heated up quite a lot after Iran accidentally fired a missile into Pakistani territory and received a response from Pakistan. Although Iran has said that the attack was aimed at the separatist movement inhabiting the Iran-Pakistan border region, civilians from both sides were also victims of the incident. This research discusses the issue of how International Criminal Law views these tense incidents. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, namely literature study. Iran-Pakistan tensions are indeed an international crime committed by their respective governments, because they include the freedom of civil society living in border areas. However, this case cannot be submitted to the International Court of Justice because both countries have agreed not to file charges. Apart from that, separatist movements carried out by Iranian and Pakistani separatist groups can also be categorized as international crimes because they create threats to the security of citizens of these two countries]]>

<![CDATA[The 2020 economy is heavily influenced by economic and political conditions. Indonesia is a developing country that does not rule out the possibility of technology that provides convenience, such as completing daily tasks which used to be the responsibility of each individual in completing daily routines. Because of the various activities that cause time to be limited, washing clothes becomes a problem for everyone, so they decide to do laundry in the laundry. However, there are currently many laundry businesses that have gone bankrupt. This is because there is a lot of competition that occurs in these businesses, such as poor service and financial management systems. So it is proven based on phenomena in the field showing that the perpetrators of clothing laundry entrepreneurs do not understand good and correct accounting records, they consider the recording to be too complicated to carry out and only do very simple records and perform rough calculations with the system. clothes laundry business finances with other businesses. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are identical with the lack of awareness to carry out bookkeeping properly in the business world. With a lack of knowledge in bookkeeping, it automatically prevents them from carrying out financial bookkeeping activities. This study aims to determine the application of financial records in small home-based industries and to find out the extent to which laundry entrepreneurs understand accounting. The method used is a qualitative method to explore and explain the application of financial records in small cottage industries. Based on the observation that it was found that entrepreneurs were able to make financial records according to their own knowledge and understanding and had not applied the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) entrepreneurs made notes on their business financial statements according to their needs and abilities, this was done because they thought how their business would survive. and to grow and increase their income]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence financial statement fraud. This research was conducted at food &beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sample determination method in this study used the purposive sampling method with a sample of 19 food &beverage subsector manufacturing companies that had met the sample criteria. The study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and used the SPSS version 22.0 statistical test tool. The results of this study showed that financial target and external pressure variables had a positive and significant effect on the detection of financial statement fraud and audit opinions had a negative and significant effect on the detection of financial statement fraud, but the variables of financial stability, nature of industry, and change of directors had no effect on the detection of financial statement fraud]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the role of educational institutions in producing quality and highly competitive graduates. The main focus of this research is to analyze the strategies and policies implemented by educational institutions to improve the quality and competitiveness of their graduates in the job market. This research method involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis of several higher education institutions and secondary schools. This research is directed at evaluating the curriculum, teaching methods and supporting facilities provided by educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is conducive to the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the demands of the current job market. Apart from that, this research will also assess the effectiveness of internship programs, collaboration with industry, and career support provided by educational institutions to their students. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates who not only have academic competence, but also practical skills and a strong understanding of industry needs. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in order to increase the quality and competitiveness of graduates in this era of globalization.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial strategies implemented in improving the quality of financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. Good quality financial management in schools is a crucial factor in supporting the achievement of educational goals and human resource development. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school finances. This research will focus on identifying financial strategies that have been implemented, such as budget allocation, financial resource management, and financial performance evaluation. SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing financial strategies at SMPN 3 Cilegon. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the financial strategies that have been implemented, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to improve financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. <![CDATA[This research explores the important role of financial management in achieving educational excellence at SDN Gedong Dalem 01, Cilegon City. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research analyzes school financial data and conducts in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to understand the impact of effective financial management on the quality of education. The research results show that transparency, efficiency and wise allocation of funds are important factors in improving the quality of education in these schools. These findings are consistent with previous research which confirms the importance of good financial management in achieving educational goals. Practical implications of this research include the need to expand managerial and financial capacity for school staff through training and technical support. This research makes a significant contribution in strengthening understanding of the relationship between school financial management and the achievement of educational excellence, as well as providing direction for concrete efforts to improve managerial and financial capabilities at the school level]]>

<![CDATA[Mpu Tantular University is one of the leading Universities in Indonesia and has three buildings to support learing/teaching activities. Bulding-A Mpu Tantular University has 8 floors. As a vital place and has a potential for lightning strikes, because it is classified as a building with a risk of lightning strikes, Building-A need to be calculated and planned for an external lightning conductor, so that the electronic equipment inside is safe if there is a lightning strike. In determining whether or not a lightning protectionsystem is necessary, a comparative study should be carried out using the reference to the Indonesian National Standart SNI 03-7015-2004 concerning Lightning Protetion System in Buildings. The design of this lightning protection system uses the Rolling Sphere method on the Air Termination System and Multiple Rod on Earthing Termination System, so that the condition of Building-A is safe and in accordance with applicable regulation in building planing]]>
