Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of showing the influence of brand image, brand experience and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions with the purchase interest variable. This research uses a quantitative survey approach. The research population is cellphone consumers whose total is not known with certainty. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and obtained 234 samples. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with data processing tools using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are that Brand Image has a significant influence on Purchase Interest, Brand Experience has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest, Influencer Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest. And Purchase Interest has a significant influence on Purchase Decisions. In this study, the researcher's limitation was only using purchase intention as seen from self-congruity theory. So in future research it is recommended to look at purchasing interest from other theoretical aspects that are considered more appropriate to the type of research used

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorsement, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Placement on Purchasing Decisions. This research is quantitative research conducted on consumers. Sample this research consisted of 567 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire instrument distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with data processing tools using Smart-PLS 3.0 software.  Questionnaire is closely designed, except for the questions/statements concerning the respondent’s identity, which is a semi-opened questionnaire. Every closed questions/statement, five answer options is given in Likert scale, which consist of: strongly agree (SA) with 5 scores, agree (A) with 4 scores, Neutral (N) with 3 scores, disagree (DA) with 2 scores, and strongly disagree (SDA) with 1 score. The method in data processing is by using PLS and SmartPLS 3.0 software as the tool. The results of the research show that Celebrity Endorsment, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Placement have a positive effect and significant to Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between Locus of Control and Financial Management behavior. Financial Knowledge on Financial Management behavior, Personal income on financial management behavior. Sample this research consisted of 654 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire instrument distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with data processing tools using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Questionnaire is closely designed, except for the questions/statements concerning the respondent’s identity, which is a semi-opened questionnaire. Every closed questions/statement, five answer options is given in Likert scale, which consist of: strongly agree (SA) with 5 scores, agree (A) with 4 scores, Neutral (N) with 3 scores, disagree (DA) with 2 scores, and strongly disagree (SDA) with 1 score. Sample this research consisted of 356 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with data processing tools using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Abstract

- This research aims to measure the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher job satisfaction which is mediated by teacher job perceptions. Data collection was carried out through quantitative questionnaires with simple random sampling via electronics to the teacher population in Banten. The results of the questionnaire that were returned and valid were 865 samples. Data processing used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of teachers' job perceptions. Meanwhile, transactional leadership does not have a significant effect on teacher satisfaction, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of teachers' work perceptions.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of hard skills and soft skills on teachers' innovation abilities in Banten which are mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronics to the teacher population in Banten The results of the questionnaire that were returned and valid were 897 samples. Data processing uses the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research conclude that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovation abilities, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of organizational learning. This new research proposes a model for building teacher innovation capabilities among teachers through improving hard skills and soft skills with organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way for increasing teacher readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Banten The returned and valid questionnaire results were 800 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of transformational leadership, learning culture and organizational structure on school innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out using simple random sampling via electronics on a population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The results of the questionnaire that were returned and valid were 800 respondents as a sample. Data processing uses the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are that transformational leadership, learning culture and school organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on school innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on learning culture and school organizational structure. The novelty of this research is to propose a model for building school innovation capacity through transformational leadership from a learning organization perspective. This research can pave the way to increase the readiness of the world of education in Indonesia, especially private schools, to face the industrial revolution 4.0.
