Abstract

This research aim to the examination of system of data processing of employee on the multi user by using method test of case. Software examination specially method test the case own the high probabilitas to find the mistake, more careful and aacurate so that is not happened by the redudansi in course of data processing student. Research method used by study of book and software examination test the case with the approach of white box testing and bases path testing. Result of research by using method test of case can yield the system and process the restating of at flowchart of input of data processing of employee on the multi user making system become efficient and effective anf also system of data processing of employee on the multi user can yield the quality of information system become better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas bakteri Lactobacillus bulgaricus pada fermentasi susu jagung dengan penambahan sukrosa dan laktosa. Aktivitas bakteri ditentukan melalui pengukuran kadar asam laktat dengan data pendukung jumlah bakteri dan pH lingkungan. Kadar asam laktat dianalisis menggunakan Metode Mann Acid Test. Penelitian didasarkan pada metode eksperimen menggunakan rancangan acak blok dengan 3 perlakuan (susu jagung murni, susu jagung dengan penambahan sukrosa dan susu jagung dengan penambahana laktosa) dengan 9 ulangan. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis statistik nonparametrik menggunakan kruskall wallis dan untuk menentukan perbedaan pada setiap perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sukrosa dan laktosa tidak berbeda nyata dengan hasil kadar asam laktat 1,624% dan 1,953%. Pada perlakuan fermentasi susu jagung murni berbeda nyata dengan kedua perlakuan tersebut dengan hasil kadar asam laktat yaitu 1,062%.

Abstract

Hospitals as health care facilities play an important role in realizing the degree of public health, individual and holding of a comprehensive health service. In macro optimizing health services in hospitals were not fully implemented due to, among other medical personnel and equipment utilization are not yet sufficient. Conditions and situations of Toto\'s hospitals that have backgrounds exclusive hospital has less support in providing excellent service should be developed along with the high demands of the public / patient and patient\'s complaints of dissatisfaction with services provided Toto hospital either received orally or through the media mass. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with inpatient satisfaction in hospitals Toto based on effectiveness, comfort, information, human relations, and timeliness. Type of research is quantitative research design \"cross sectional study\" was conducted at District Hospital Toto Bone Bolango Gorontalo Province. The population was inpatients with sampling by accidental sampling to obtain 60 patients who became respondents. The primary data was obtained by interview and secondary data was obtained from the Hospital administration Toto. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate. Results showed that there was a significant correlation between the effectiveness factor, comfort, information, human relations, and timeliness with patient satisfaction. The Factor that is most closely related was information. It is recommended that the hospitals provide excellent services and improve facilities so that patients who visit will be satisfied.

Abstract

Isolasi senyawa antimakan dari 1,5 kg kulit batang mundu (Garcinia dulcis (Roxb.) Kurz) menghasilkan senyawa golongan santon (50 mg) berupa kristal berwarna kuning dengan titik leleh 208210oC dan uji fitokimia menunjukkan positif polifenol. Spektrum UV isolat menunjukkan adanya gugus kromofor seperti gugus C=O, C=C aromatik, dan OH. Spektrum IR isolat menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi seperti OH, C=O, C-O-C, C=C aromatik, dan C-H aromatik.Uji aktivitas antimakan terhadap Epilachna varivestis menunjukkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat batang mundu pada konsentrasi 0,5% tidak menunjukkan aktivitas antimakan. Sementara pada konsentrasi 2% menunjukkan rata-rata ratio antimakan 50,78 4,87 terhadap placebo. Aktivitas antimakan ini disebabkan oleh aktivitas senyawa yang terdapat dapat fraksi etil asetat yaitu golongan senyawa polifenol dan flavonoid. Aktivitas antimakan isolat (positif polifenol) kulit batang mundu terhadap Epilachna varivestis pada konsentrasi 0,5 % menunjukkan rata-rata ratio antimakan terhadap placebo sebesar 35,45 4,51 Sementara pada konsentrasi 2% menunjukkan rata-rata ratio antimakan 91,87 4,56 terhadap placebo.

Abstract

Study the use of antibiotics in patients with post-birth in Bunda maternity hospitals of Makassar. An investigation on the use of antibiotics deskriktif method performed with less see from the recipe that is entered in the Installation pharmacy prescription oral antibiotic use in patients with post-birth in maternity hospitals with the aim of the Bunda of Makassar to determine the level of use of antibiotics in patients based on level of postpartum GPA (Gravida The abortion). In this study indicate the level of usage prescribed antibiotics are Amoxicilin 53.04%, Amoxicilin + clavulanic acid 23.04%, 9.57% cefadroxil, ciprloksasin 8.70%, 5.65% metronidazole. Security level of drug in patients with postpartum Bunda Maternity Hospital in Makassar, rationality has met the standard treatment, namely the use of safe antibioics on postpartum mothers (Amoxicilin of penicillin groups), based on GPA (Gravida Para Abortion) is considered the first choice preparations safe at every postpartum patient.

Abstract

(Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR) adalah suatu metode enzimatis untuk amplifikasi DNA dengan cara in vitro. Pada proses PCR diperlukan beberapa komponen utama, yaitu DNA cetakan, Oligonukleotida primer, Deoksiribonukelotida trifosfat (dNTP), Enzim DNA Polimerase, dan Komponen pendukung lain adalah senyawa buffer. Pada proses PCR menggunakan menggunakan alat termosiklus. Sebuah mesin yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memanaskan sekaligus mendinginkan tabung reaksi dan mengatur temperatur untuk tiap tahapan reaksi. Ada tiga tahapan penting dalam proses PCR yang selalu terulang dalam 30-40 siklus dan berlangsung dengn cepat yaitu denaturasi, anneling, dan pemanjangan untai DNA. Produk PCR dapat diidentifikasi melalui ukurannya dengan menggunakan elektroforesis gel agarosa. Teknik PCR dapat dimodifikasi ke dalam beberapa jenis diantaranya : PCR- RFLP, PCR RAPD, nested- PCR,Quantitative- PCR, RT- PCR dan inverse PCR. Keunggulan PCR dikatakan sangat tinggi. Hal ini didasarkan atas spesifitas, efisiensi dan keakuratannya. Kata kunci : PCR

Abstract

This study is descriptive research that aimed to find out the fish species which capture by fishermen in Limboto lakes, index of diversity and fish nutrition status. This study using survey method and was done in 6 month, from February to July 2007. Sampling was done in 3 stations, those are, 1st station in Batudaa, 2nd station in Limboto, and 3rd station in Telaga. Sampling based on the type of the capture equipment with 6 replications. The captured fish was identified by determination key, the index of diversity determined using Shannon-wiener diversity index. The fish nutrition index determined using Foultons formula about the coefficient of fish nutrition value. The result showed, there are 12 species fish that captured by fisherman in Limboto lake, those are, Oreochromis niloticus (Ikan Nila), Oreochromis mossambicus (Ikan Mujair), Glossogobius giurus (Ikan Manggabai), Ophiochara sp (Ikan Belosoh), Ophiochara porocephala (payangga), Trichogaste trichopterus (Ikan Sepat), Clarias batrachus (Ikan Lele), Trichogaster pectoralis (Ikan Sepat Siam), Clarias striata (Ikan Gabus), Anabas testudineus (Ikan Betok), Berbodes gonionotus (Ikan Tawes) dan Angguilla marmorata (Ikan Sidat). Index diversity value (H) is 6,48 and the coefficient of fish nutrition (NVC) of Oreochromis niloticus is 1,92, Oreochromos mosambicus is 1,57, Glossogobius giurus is 0,70, Ophiochara sp is 0,91, Ophiochara porocephala is 0,97, Trichagaster trichopterus is 1,42, Clarias batrachus is 1,27, Trichogaster pectroralis 1,37, Channa striata 2,16, Anabas testudineus is 1,55, Barbodes gonionotus is 1,3 and Anguilla marmorata is 1,95

Abstract

The aim of this research identified the number of household industries in the food processing and knew the Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) application of the household industry in the food processing in Kota Gorontalo. This research was carried out for 6 (six) month, in Kota Gorontalo. The household industry that was made the sample was household industry that was involved in the food processing. The method of the data collection was in this research carried out with the direct interview with used quisioner, the registration of the data that was related to the research from agencies, and observation that is observing directly the object of the research. The data that was gathered was edited afterwards was analysed with the descriptive method. Results survey the beginning showed the number of household industries of food processing in Kota Gorontalo totalling 7 (seven) industries with 90% of the kind of the end product is snack. The GMP application to the household industry of food processing in Kota Gorontalo most were carried out in accordance with the rules of GMP.. To receive certification must be carried out by the correction towards the layout regulation of the production, the cleanliness warning, the handling of the waste.

Abstract

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai konduktivitas listrik pada biji buah Jarak Pagar (Jatropha Carcus Linn) ditinjau dari segi kematangan Kegunaan yang dikandung minyak yang dihasilkan dari biji jarak ini selain dapat menggantikan peran solar untuk mesin diesel, minyak jarak memiliki banyak keunggulan dibandingkan dengan bahan bakar yang digantikannya. Pohon jarak bisa ditanam di hampir semua wilayah Indonesia. Minyak Jarak sangat membantu membangkitkan energi listrik daerah terpencil dan minyak ini bisa diproduksi sendiri oleh komunitas yang membutuhkan listrik. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan bahwa pengukuran nilai konduktivitas listrik untuk biji mentah memiliki nilai konduktivitas listrik lebih besar 7,69.10-5 ?.m-1, konduktivitas listrik untuk biji mengkal 4,.10-5 ?.m-1sedangkan nilai terkecil dari pengukuran ini yaitu 2,38.10-5 ?.m-1 pada biji buah Jarak Pagar yang mentah. Nilai rata-rata yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing biji dilihat dari segi kematangan yaitu biji mentah 6,85.10-5 ?.m-1, biji mengkal 4,10.10-5 ?.m-1 dan biji masak 2,78.10-5 ?.m-1.

Abstract

Identifikasi penghematan energi listrik pada suatu bangunan dapat dilakukan melalui audit energi yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur semua penggunaan energi, menentukan sumber pemborosan energi, dan menentukan peluang penghematan energi. Secara agregat penggunaan energi listrik di Fakultas Teknik tergolong hemat energi. Hasil perhitungan IKE Fakultas Teknik menunjuk-kan bahwa konsumsi energi listrik di Fakultas Teknik belum melampaui persyaratan standar pemakaian atau konsumsi energi listrik bagi perkantoran pemerintah (151,611 kWH/m2/tahun < 240 kWH/m2/tahun). Namun, jika ditelusuri perbagian bangunan yakni bangunan ber-AC dan bangunan tidak ber-AC maka diperoleh nilai IKE gedung tidak ber-AC di Fakultas Teknik tergolong boros karena nilai IKE mencapai 3,158 kWH/m2/bulan. Oleh karena itu, audit energi rinci hanya akan dilakukan pada gedung perkuliahan Fakultas Teknik (Gedung Teknik Baru) karena terindikasi pada lokasi ini terjadi pemborosan konsumsi energi listrik karena sistem intensitas pencahayaan ruang tidak optimal dan terdapat beberapa titik lampu tetap nyala sepanjang hari. Setelah dilakukan audit rinci dan alternatif optimalisasi intensitas pencahayaan ruang sebagai salah satu upaya Peluang Hemat Energi maka diperoleh penghematan biaya konsumsi energi sebesar Rp. 1.737.281 per tahun. Kata kunci : konsumsi, energi, listrik, bangunan, nyala Abstract: Identify the thrift of energy electrics at particular building conducted by through audit energy which aim to identify and measure all use energy, determining source of extravagance energy, and determine the opportunity of thrift energy. In aggregate of use of energy electrics in Engineering Faculty pertained to economize the energy. Result of calculation of IKE of Engineering Faculty indicate that the consumption of electrics energy in Engineering Faculty was not passed conditions of usage standard or consume the electrics energy for governmental building (151.611 kWH/m2/year < 240 kWH/m2/year). There are two part of the government building. They are a building use AC and building do not use AC. Value of IKE building do not use AC was pertained extravagant because value IKE reach 3.158 kWH/m2/month. Therefore, an audit of the detailed energy will be done at building of Engineering Faculty lecturing, specially at New Technique Building, because it is happened the extravagance consume electrics energy. Besides, the building has not optimal illumination intensity of space system and some ligth is ligthing all day long at the building. Detailed audit conducted at them and found that alternative of optimal of illumination intensity of space as one of Energy Conservation Opportunities, so that it is reduce running cost until Rp. 1.737.281 per year Keywords : consume, electrics, energy, building, aflame.
