Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of the Human Resources Audit and Internal Control System on Employee Performance at PT. Subur Sedaya Maju In Prabumulih". This research design is descriptive and quantitative research using the census method or total sampling, namely a study conducted using samples using the entire population where the population is less than 100 people. Data collection was carried out from April to August 2022. The research population was all employees of PT. Subur Sedaya Maju Prabumulih. Respondents used were 90. Primary data collection techniques were carried out by distributing google form questionnaires. This study uses the IBM SPSS 25 version of the analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that 1) Human Resources Audit and Internal Control System have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Human Resources Audit and Internal Control System partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Internal Control System has a dominant influence on Employee Performance the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.471 or 47.1%, this shows that the influence of the Human Resources Audit variable (X1) and Internal Control System (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), is 47.1% and the remaining 52 ,9% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This observe objectives to analyze the effect of job redesign and workload on job satisfaction of clinical personnel with burnout as a mediating variable at the Banjarsari clinic, Temanggung Regency. This examine uses a quantitative approach, wherein facts and statistics are amassed via a survey the use of a questionnaire. The population on this look at were all scientific personnel of the Banjarsari Public clinic, Temanggung Regency, totaling 37 personnel. The pattern on this observe have been all scientific personnel of the Banjarsari Public health center including doctors, nurses, midwives, and scientific body of workers totaling 37 employees. The sampling method used is the census, where the entire population is sampled. The analytical technique used in this study is the Structural Equation version (SEM) with Partial Least square (PLS) 3.0. The outcomes of this have a look at suggest that job redesign has a high quality and full-size effect on job satisfaction, workload has a terrible and massive impact on job satisfaction, job redesign has a wonderful and insignificant effect on burnout, workload has a terrible and big impact on burnout, burnout has a bad and insignificant impact. on job satisfaction, burnout is not capable of mediate the effect of job redesign not directly with a poor and insignificant path on job satisfaction, and burnout isn't capable of mediate the impact of workload definitely in a roundabout way with a fine course and is not full-size on process pleasure of clinical employees on the Banjarsari clinic, District Temanggung.

Abstract

TQM has been proposed as a global advanced strategy to achieve quality goods and services that result in superior operational performance of SMEs. This study aims at the effect of TQM on product innovation, process innovation, and operational performance of SMEs and examines the effect of product innovation and process innovation on SME performance. Tests were also conducted to examine the influence of product innovation mediation variables and innovation processes on the relationship between TQM and SME operational performance. The study approach was carried out by collecting data through questionnaires through surveys. The respondents in this research were recycling-based SMEs in Sleman Regency, totaling 80 SMEs. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that TQM has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, process innovation, and operational performance of SMEs and product innovation and process innovation also has a positive and significant effect on SME performance. In addition, product innovation and process innovation positively and significantly mediate the relationship between TQM and SME operations. The results of this study have a theoretical contribution for future researchers and a practical contribution for business people, especially SMEs in order to continue to improve their operational performanceKeywords : Innovation, Performance, Total Quality Management, SME

Abstract

KUPAS Panggungharjo Village is a business unit that manages waste so that it can be reused. Based on the results of field studies, there are several risks that hinder the flow of Supply Chain in KUPAS and also previously in KUPAS itself, risko studies have never been carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to map Supply Chain performance activities and identify risks that exist in supply chain flows in KUPAS. This study aims to identify what risks exist in the Supply Chain flow in KUPAS by using the Supply Chain Operation Refence (SCOR) method to determine the mapping of Supply Chain flows then using the House of Risk method to identify the risks that exist in the Supply Chain flow the one in KUPAS. Data collection techniques use interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with informants who had been selected from purposive sampling techniques, namely to kupas employees and customers. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Supply Chain performance is good, it can be seen from the total value of supply chain performance in KUPAS, which is 67.27. Meanwhile, the results of risk identification using the HOR method there are 4 sources of risk in KUPAS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in average stock returns between large-sized companies (SBB) and small-sized companies (SBK) in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, focusing on the LQ-45 companies during the period of 2015-2017. The company size is proxied using the market capitalization approach. The analytical tools employed in this research include descriptive analysis, normality test, and paired sample t-test. The research conducted during the period of 2015-2017 reveals that significant differences exist between the returns of large-sized companies (SBB) and small-sized companies (SBK) in the first semester of 2015, first semester of 2016, first semester of 2017, and second semester of 2017. However, no differences in returns between large-sized companies (SBB) and small-sized companies (SBK) are observed in the second semester of 2015 and second semester of 2016..Keywords : Anomaly, Market Anomalies, Size Effect, Stock Return

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and personal characteristics on the performance of salespeople who reduce the emotional intelligence of PT Multi Guna Nusantara. This study utilizes a quantitative approach by collecting facts and statistics through a survey conducted with a questionnaire. For this analysis, we only included sales staff in the department with a total of 53 employees. The sampling method used was census, i.e. surveying the population as a whole. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0. The following are the results of this study: 1). There is job stress that has a significant impact on performance 2). There is a significant positive effect of individual characteristics on performance, 3). Emotional intelligence plays a role in moderating the impact of job stress on employee performance and 4). Emotional intelligence also moderates the impact of individual characteristics on employee performance

Abstract

This study was made to examine the influence of consumer perceptions and attitudes towards online purchasing decisions through motivation on the Bukalapak marketplace during the covid 19 pandemic, this research was applied to Bukalapak consumers in Yogyakarta.  Based on the population and the selected sample, the sampling technique in this study uses the Non-Probability Sampling method, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples. The considerations in taking the sample selected in this study were: having made a purchase at the Bukalapak marketplace during the Covid-19 pandemic, being in Yogyakarta when making a purchase and being at least 17 years old when making a purchase. The sample size that will be taken in this study is 100 respondents. The data taken is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. And the results of this study are all independent variables have a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, discipline, and work environment variables on employee motivation at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all employees who work at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency, totaling 44 people. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 44 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study uses the classical assumption analysis method, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. The results showed that (1) compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, (2) leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, (3) discipline has a negative effect on work motivation, and (4) work environment has an effect on employee motivation. Meanwhile, simultaneously, compensation, leadership, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee motivation at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency. Suggestions from this study, Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency, to continue to improve compensation, leadership, discipline, and the existing work environment, so that it will also increase employee motivation and become better than before.

Abstract

The This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service, Word of Mouth (WOM) , price , simultaneously on consumer loyalty . The population in this study were consumers of the Sulistio Rahayu Shop in East Sukadana Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung who had bought gamis products at the Sulistio Rahayu Shop more than twice. This research is homogeneous, where the entire population has the same opportunities for consumer loyalty . The design used in this study is a causal research design. The research method used is a qualitative research method based on post-positivism philosophy. This research uses the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test technique. The data that has been collected is processed in the form of numbers and analyzed quantitatively by testing the hypothesis with the analytical model used, namely the SPSS Statistics 26 software . The results of the statistical software data processing analysis show R 2 of 0.823 meaning that there is an influence of product quality, service, word of mouth (wom) and price on consumer loyalty at Sulistio Rahayu Stores of 82.3%, the rest is influenced by other factors. The alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the value of product quality is 0.055 so there is no positive and insignificant effect between product quality and consumer loyalty at Sulistio Rahayu Stores. Furthermore, the service value is 0.118, the value of word of mouth (wom) and the price value is 0.526 so that it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between service, word of mouth (wom) and price on consumer loyalty at Sulistio Rahayu Stores.
