Abstract

Consumer shopping behavior that previously used the brick and mortar method is now shifting to focus on online purchases. Online shopping is made even easier with the mobile payment transaction method. This study aims to explore the behavior of young consumers in using mobile payments when shopping through the view of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. Young consumers tend to be curious about new technologies that can make shopping easier for them. This study uses a quantitative method that confirms the relationship between variables that influence the desire of young consumers to use mobile payments. The respondents of this study are young consumers who use mobile payments when shopping. Data collection used questionnaires which were distributed online and analyzed using the PLS SEM method. The results of the study state that the variables service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude of use influence behavioral intention to use mobile payments. The characteristics of young consumers have many unique features that will make them even more interesting when further investigated, for example the other side of the ease of use of mobile payments for impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service on repurchase intention with e-trust and e-satisfaction as mediating variables for SME Batik customers in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. The type of research carried out was survey research with a total of 100 respondents. The criteria used in selecting respondents were that they had made online purchases from Batik UKMs in Kulon Progo, the purchases were made during the pandemic or after the pandemic and were at least 17 years old. This research was carried out with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. And the results obtained in this research are that E-service has a significant effect on repurchase intention in Batik SMEs in Kulon Progo; E-service has a significant effect on e-trust in Batik SMEs in Kulon Progo; E-service has a significant effect on e-satisfaction in Batik SMEs in Kulon Progo; E-service has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-trust in Batik SMEs in Kulon Progo; and E-service has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction in Batik SMEs in Kulon Progo.Keywords : E-Service, Repurchase Intention, E-Trust, E-Satisfaction, UKM Batik Kulon Progo

Abstract

KJPP Toto Suharto and Partners is one of the companies engaged in the financial industry that provides appraisal services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's internal and external conditions and formulate a business strategy in the face of intense competition. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, surveys and questionnaires conducted on related parties within the company's internal and external. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using IFE, EFE, CPM, SWOT, IE, Grand Strategy and QSPM Matrix. The results of the IFE Matrix are 3.31 and the EFE Matrix are 2.61. The results of the SWOT, IE, Grand Strategy analysis show that the alternatives that can be applied by the company are horizontal integration strategies, market penetration strategies and product development strategies. The final result of this study concludes that the recommendation or proposal for the right business strategy for the company is obtained based on the results of data processing through the QSPM Matrix is a penetration strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in credit distribution, non-performing loans, and profits at Rural Banks Owned by Regional Governments in DIY before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic after the issuance of Number 11/POJK.03/2020. This research was conducted by quantitative comparative method. The samples taken in this study are data regarding the level of lending, non-performing loans (NPL), and net income from the publication reports of Perumda BPR Bank Jogja, PT BPR Bank Sleman (Perseroda), PT BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda), PD BPR Bank Kulon Progo Market, and PT BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Data testing was carried out using a paired sample T/T-test using the SPSS program, with a significance value of 5%. The results of this study include differences in credit distribution at Rural Banks Owned by Regional Governments in the Special Region of Yogyakarta before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic after the issuance of Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 11/POJK.03/2020, then there is no significant differences in non-performing loans of Regional Government-Owned Rural Banks in the Special Region of Yogyakarta before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic after the issuance of Financial  Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 11/POJK.03/2020, as well as significant differences in bank profits Local Government-Owned People's Credit in the Special Region of Yogyakarta before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic after the issuance of Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 11/POJK.03/2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and job satisfaction on turnover intention with the organizational commitment mediating variable. This research is an explanatory research with a survey approach for hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is Non-probability (saturated sample) which utilizes members of the entire population as the research sample, the total population in this study is 54 employees. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the influence of multinationality, size, and profitability as company advantages, and leverage and systematic risk as company limitations on the change in investment opportunity set with its appropriate proxy and influence on company financing. The sample of the study are manufacture firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange that distributed successively in 2010 – 2013. Sample size consists of total is 435 firms Data analysis was conducted in two ways: a) Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to find appropriate proxies; and b) Partially Least Square (PLS). Results: company advantages were proven to have a positive effect on Investment Opportunity Set (IOS). Company limitations were not proven to have a negative effect on Investment Opportunity Set (IOS). Investment Opportunity Set was proven to have a positive effect on corporate financing policies at 10% significance level. Company advantages were proven to have a negative effect on corporate financing policies. Company limitations were proven to have a negative effect on corporate financing policies. IOS was proven to mediate the influence of company advantages on corporate financing policies at 10% significance level. IOS was proven to mediate the influence of company limitations on corporate financing policies. Company limitations have no significant influence on investment opportunity set. This is because companies inIndonesia have yet considered the leverage and systematic risk in determining the directions of corporate investment policies to grow and develop as well as in determining their financing policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Justice on Employee Engagement Mediated by Job Satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan (STTKD) Yogyakarta. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 159 employees, where the sample used was 114 employees. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research is Path Analysis and Paired Sample Test on Permanent Employees and Contract Employees. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Justice variable on employee engagement at the STTKD Yogyakarta. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Justice variable on Employee Engagement mediated by Job Satisfaction at the STTKD Yogyakarta. 3) There is a significant difference in employee engagement of permanent employees and non-permanent employees at the STTKD Yogyakarta.Keywords : Organizational Justice, Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction
