Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Wordwall learning media in improving learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X students at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. The subjects of this research were 72 students consisting of 36 students from class XE and 36 students from XF. This research is an experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. The analysis techniques used are reliability tests, normality tests and effect size tests. Based on the results of the effect size test analysis on the pretest and posttest data for the experimental group, it shows a value of 0.97, which is included in the large classification. The results of the independent sample t-test have a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This can show that there are differences in learning outcomes between before the wordwall learning media was applied and after the wordwall learning media was applied. It can be concluded that the Wordwall learning media has significant effectiveness on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment in an area with a level of education on economic growth in the vulnerable city of Bandar Lampung from 2019 to 2023. According to data collected at BPS Lampung Province 2023, the economic growth of the city of Bandar Lampung from 2019 to 2023 is moving fluctuatingly, which in this case is influenced by several factors, including investment in the workforce and the level of education in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data used in this research uses vulnerable secondary data from 2019 to 2023 using documentation methods obtained from the BPS of Bandar Lampung City province. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research referring to investment fulfillment based on linear regression test results show results on investment variables (0.023<0.05) along with education level (0.001<0.05) which have a positive effect on the economic growth of the city of Bandar Lampung. And based on the simultaneous level of Bandar Lampung City at 99.8%, which refers to the welfare index that comes from fulfilling investment and education levels in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the leading economic sectors in East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of East Kolaka Regency with a time span of 2018 to 2022. The data was analyzed using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and Klassen typology. The results showed that the Basic Sector consists of four categories: (1) Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries; (2) Wholesale and Retail Trade, Rep. Cars and Motorcycles; (3) Adm. Government, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security; and (4) Other Services. In addition, the Klassen Typology Analysis identifies certain economic sectors as advanced. (1) Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Sector; (2) Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security; and (3) Other Services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, pocket money, and lifestyle on the interest in saving economic education students FKIP Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The sampel in this study amounted to 103 of the population of 157 students. This research method uses quantitative research with path analysis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to economic education students from class 2020 to 2022. The result of this study found that financial literacy has an effect on interest in saving whit a significant value of 0.628, pocket money does not have a significant effect on interest in saving whit a significant value of 0.336 and a path coefficient value of 0.115, and lifestyle does not have a significant effect on interest in saving economic education students FKIP Untan with a significant value of 0.387 and a path coefficient value of -0.098. Financial literacy through lifestyle affects the interest in saving of economic education students of FKIP Untan with a path coefficient value of 0.659. My money through lifestyl affects the interest in saving of economic education students of FKIP Untan with a path coefficient value of 0.160.

Abstract

The target of this research is to find information on the process of processing empty oil palm bunch waste, the impact of processing empty palm fruit bunch waste which creates a comfortable working environment, the impact of a comfortable working environment on work productivity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving 5 employees of PT Cipta Usaha Sejati. Data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, and the validity of the data was checked using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The research results show that there is the availability of empty palm oil bunch waste and the processing of empty palm oil bunch waste carried out by PT Cipta Usaha Sejati produces products in the form of chopped tangkos and ash which is used as compost fertilizer. The waste processing carried out can affect the employee's work environment in 3 aspects, namely: (1) Layout of empty oil palm fruit bunch waste (2) Cleanliness of the work environment (3) Air circulation, which means that with this waste processing, the work environment around the waste disposal site be neat and orderly. Because a work environment that is neat and organized also has a positive impact on employee work productivity with 4 aspects: (1) Ability to motivate oneself (2) Build self-confidence (3) be responsible at work (4) make a positive contribution.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator of the success of economic development, characterized by the process of increasing output per capita in the long term. Efforts to accelerate regional development can be done by increasing economic growth. Efficiency in economic activities must be accompanied by adequate infrastructure, especially road and electricity infrastructure, so that it will encourage a sustainable increase in regional potential, where the development of infrastructure in Indonesia is currently progressing quite rapidly in Indonesia, both in national and regional infrastructure development. One of the areas that is developing rapidly in the infrastructure development process is Kab. Sidoarjo. District growth. Sidoarjo from 2010 to 2020 has not yet met the target in terms of development, there is still a lot of infrastructure that has not been improved, however, in the development of infrastructure development which will start in 2021, there will be a lot of development in infrastructure starting in the District. Sidoarjo, starting from road concreting to fulfilling public facilities carried out by the District Public Works and Spatial Planning Department. Sidoarjo. In infrastructure development in Kab. Sidoarjo can have a significant influence on economic growth which is used in economic growth and in infrastructure development, of course absorbing local energy which is used to fulfill work requirements in the district. Abstract

The concept of assessment for learning is usually used to provide feedback, monitor progress, and determine students' future learning progress. The Kahoot games application is an online-based test platform that can be used as an assessment medium for learning. This research aims to evaluate the use of the Kahoot games application as an assessment medium for learning. This research is descriptive quantitative research. Purposive sampling technique was used to take a sample of 93 students. An evaluation questionnaire consisting of product quality instruments, usability instruments and effectiveness instruments was used to collect data. The instrument was tested for content validity through expert judgment using the Aiken V formula. Construct validity testing using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was also carried out to see the validity of the questionnaire instrument. The instrument reliability test was carried out by looking at the value of Cronbach Alpha. The results of the analysis show that the evaluation questionnaire instrument meets this validity with a value of 0.81-1.00. The construct validity results show the KMO and Bartlett test value is 0.675 and the reliability value is 0.857, which means the instrument is valid and reliable. The evaluation results show that the product quality of the Kahoot games application is stated at 85.36%, which means very good, the application usability level is stated at 87.73%, which means very good, and the application effectiveness level is stated at 90.53%, which means very good. With these excellent evaluation results, it can be concluded that the Kahoot games application can be used as an assessment medium for learning for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the implementation of the concept of School-Based Management (SBM) at SMKN 1 Surakarta in achieving educational goals. The research method used is to use descriptive qualitative based on primary data in the form of observations and interviews as well as secondary data sourced from journals, documentation, and other relevant sources. The results showed that collaboration between various parties, both internal and external through the involvement of various educational programs proved to be able to assist schools in achieving the goals of providing education and placing SMKN 1 Surakarta with the title of "Accreditation A" and obtaining various achievements in the implementation of education in the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of learning media that support learning objectives by using interactive media based on bot Telegram on basic accounting equations in learning economics. The subjects in this study consisted of one economics teacher who taught in class XII IPS 1 and five students from the same class at SMA Negeri 11 Pontianak. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results showed that (1) basic accounting equation material is one of the basic materials that are difficult for students to understand; (2) students need interactive learning media that adopts technology, is interesting and innovative; (3) The use of Telegram bot-based learning media is considered the right solution to help achieve learning objectives on basic accounting equation material. Thus it is concluded that Telegram bot-based interactive learning media is needed in learning economics class XII SMA to facilitate teachers and students in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze Educational History, Employment history, competence and competitiveness, relevance of education and work, learning experiences of alumni of the master of economic education study program FKIP Untan. This form of research is quantitative descriptive research with a type of Survey research. The samples in this study were graduates of TS-2 to TS master's study program in Economic Education FKIP Untan with a total of 13 alumni. The sampling method is Total Sampling. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity by experts. The results of this study show that the Educational History based on the GPA of alumni is entirely >3.00, the waiting period for alumni work is on average 2-2.5 years, in filling the waiting period for the work of trade alumni, entrepreneurs, honoraries and others. Alumni work history is Most alumni work as teachers / educators in private and public schools with a salary of >Rp1,000,000 to Rp5,000,000, this job is obtained through the internet or connection (friends and family) actively searching for themselves. The competence and competitiveness of alumni measured by various competencies have been considered good, the relevance of education and work is considered to be relevant between education and work, the contribution of learning experience in the master's study program economic education is largely very important in the world of work.
