Abstract

The implementation of the emancipated learning curriculum, which begin to be implemented in 2022, have a positive impact on learning, including English at high school level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of teachers and schools in implementing the emancipated learning curriculum for English language learning at the high school level. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by applying in-depth interviews and distributing open-ended questions. The informants in this research were seven people consisting of school principals and six English teachers at high school level in Nagan Raya district. Based on the research results, it was found that schools have implemented the emancipated learning curriculum since 2022. All members welcome the implementation of this latest, innovative curriculum, however, schools need supporting factors for effective English learning, such as regular training and mentoring for teachers, the availability of adequate facilities that support learning, especially learning media and teaching media, the existence of comparative studies to urban schools as a pilot project for implementing the emancipated learning curriculum in order to facilitate the absorption of understanding of the concept of independent learning, and the existence of real support from the regional government by assistance and structured measurable evaluation.

Abstract

Implementation Leadership Relations Head Against Employee Performance At the Head Office of Banda Aceh's Ulee Kareng done through coaching for employees can be aware of and able to carry out the tasks assigned full responsibility so as to embody themselves as officers who are customer orientet.This research was conducted based on the background of the problems, 1) How Relationships leadership Head of the performance of employees at Head Office Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh, 2) the factors supporting and hindering the relationship of leadership camat to employee performance at the district office Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The District Government is an integral part in governance as the Government Regulation number 19 of 2008 on which the District Administration coordinate Gampong Government in the District of Banda Aceh's Ulee Kareng..In this research, using qualitative methods which includes data collected using the technique of interview, observation directly (Participation Passive) and analysis of documentation and data sources in the primary and secondary where the presentation of the data and conclusions performed interactively while the selection of informants done intentionally (purposive Samplig) and Based on the research results can be explained that the relationship leaddership Head Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh Against Employee performance at Head Office Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh is already running but there are still many obstacles that make service Ulee Kareng public in the district of Banda Aceh still has deficiencies in the use of  performance Human Resources (HR) in service are essential. Thus the study was conducted based on the focus of the research results, among others, leadership camat districts Ulee Kareng has been to provide guidance to the employee in improving performance, through persuasive approach for employees, provide direction and guidance to be able to perform administrative tasks and operational and able to provide services to the community continue and update data presentation.

Abstract

This synthesis of authority is needed to achieve an efficient legal settlement. For example, because of the delay in determining the attitude of law enforcers, it has an impact on the failure to arrest the perpetrator or even have to increase the costs sourced from the State to solve cases that are increasingly difficult to uncover. So that the author conducts research to unravel how the Progressive Law Enforcement actually occurs due to the Discretionary Authority of the Police in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is the Normative legal research method. This research is an academic study that aims to systematically explain the legal rules regarding the discretionary authority of the Indonesian National Police in criminal law enforcement. The result of this research is the importance of quick action in handling several cases that occur. The attitude of the police determines whether a case can be handled faster and better or not, given the potential loss of evidence and or the perpetrators themselves. Without this authority, it is not impossible that many cases will experience the termination of the investigation because the expiration of a case is influenced by process factors that can be resolved if the police alertness is not supported through the discretionary authority.

Abstract

This study identifies the role of women in the management of coastal natural resources in North Aceh, as well as the main challenges they face and their contributions to environmental sustainability. Based on a qualitative approach, interview results indicate that women have significant contributions despite being limited to supportive roles and lacking equal employment opportunities. The main challenges include the lack of government support and fair job opportunities. Greater efforts in empowerment and government support are needed to enhance the role of women in coastal natural resource management, which is essential for maintaining environmental sustainability and supporting the economy of families and communities

Abstract

Lingkungan hidup yang sehat merupakan hak dari setiap warga negara dan anugerah yang tentunya harus di syukuri oleh Masyarakat Indonesia, Dengan demikian negara bertanggung jawab dan menjamin setiap warga negara untuk mendapatkan hak berupa lingkungan yang bersih, nyaman serta tentram. Seiring bertambannya kegiatan pembangunan di era modern saat ini sangat berdampak pada lingkungan hidup, Maka dalam mengurangi tindak pidana lingkungan hidup perlu diberlakukan sanksi pidana secara primum remidium penulis ingin mengkaji pertanggung jawaban pidana dalam tindak pidana lingkungan hidup melalui jurnal yang berjudul : Analisis Hukum Terhadap Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Dalam Tindak Pidana Lingkungan Hidup. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah penelitian hukum normatife yaitu meneliti hukum dari perspektif internal dengan objek penelitiannya adalah norma hukum. Berdasarkan pada sudut pandang hukum pidana, dapat dilihat bahwa Upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana lingkungan hidup meliputi 3 aspek kebijakan kriminalisas, aspek pertanggungjawaban pidana,dan aspek pemidanaan. Dalam hal ini masyarakat maupun pemerintah wajib ikut serta berperan dalam menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan hidup.
