Abstract

Companies in carrying out their business activities need to pay attention to internal and external aspects. Leadership is one of the internal aspects that affect the behavior of a company in carrying out business activities. Performance or performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in the organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities. Quality of work is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of a job done by human resources or other resources in achieving the goals or objectives of the company well and efficiently. This shows that the leadership process is the main indicator in improving the quality of work of the employees themselves. The problem is that there is still a lack of harmony between superiors and subordinates and the lack of leadership styles in several companies, causing the performance or quality of work of employees to be disrupted and have a direct impact on the company. Based on this background, the research title "Analysis of the Influence of Leadership on the Quality of Work of PT. Mayora Bank.The results of the simple linear regression analysis of the correlation/relationship (R) summary model are 0.876. From the output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.767, which means that the influence of the independent variable (Leadership) on the dependent variable (Quality of Work of Employees) is 76.7% and the results of the T test show that the significance for the effect of X on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 10.581 t, so it can be seen that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, H1 is accepted and H2 is rejected. The conclusion of these results proves that there is a large influence and has a close relationship between leadership factors on the quality of work of employees of PT. Abstract

In this study there are two variables, namely Variable X (Work Ability) and Variable Y (Performance). This research was conducted to determine the workability of PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang, Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang.The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method to discuss the formulation of the problem how the work ability of employees at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang and Work Discipline at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang, and verification analysis to discuss the formulation of the problem how much influence Workability has on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires) and literature. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an effect of Work Ability on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang. To measure the magnitude of the effect of these variables, Simple Linear Regression and Correlation Coefficients and Coefficients of Determination were used with the help of the IBM SPSS application program.Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely Simple Linear Regression, the Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 3.41. Based on these results, it can be concluded that work ability has an effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang.Keywords: Workability and Performance

Abstract

Work commitment is a condition of an employee who favors a particular organization, as well as its goals and desires to maintain membership in the organization (Robbins and Judge, 2008). The impact of a commitment is also very strong, if in an organization where employees do not have a strong commitment or agreement at work, then the goals to be addressed by the organization will mostly fail or will not succeed.“In this study there are two variables, namely the independent variable X (Commitment) and the dependent variable Y (Job Satisfaction) which aims to determine a commitment to employee job satisfaction at PT. Toyoplast Manufacturing Indonesia in Central Cikarang.“The method used in this study in two ways, namely descriptive analysis method used to discuss the problem formulation of how employee commitment and employee job satisfaction at PT. Toyoplast Manufacturing Indonesia in Central Cikarang, then the analytical verification method used to discuss the problem formulation how much influence a commitment to employee job satisfaction at PT. Toyoplast Manufacturing Indonesia in Central Cikarang. In this study, it is necessary to have a sample that is considered representative with a population of 150 in which 20% are taken 30 samples. The data used is primary data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaire) while secondary data obtained from the literature and the value of constants as a comparison of research. To measure the magnitude of the effect of these variables, Simple Linear Regression, CorrelationCoefficient and Coefficient of Determination were used with the help of the IBM SPSS application program. The results showed that from Simple Linear Regression, the Coefficient of Determination (KD) value was 39.60% with a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.630, so that it has the understanding that commitment greatly influences employee job satisfaction at PT. Toyoplast Manufacturing Indonesia in Central Cikarang but not the only factor, where there are still 60.40% another influential variable.Keywords: Commitment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) is a company engaged in Banking Services and has a variety of products and services such as; Savings Products, Credit Cards, Credit Facilities, Banking Transaction Services, Cash Management Services, Bancassurance, Bank Guarantees, Export Import Facilities, Foreign Exchange Facilities and Electronic Banking. BCA experienced fluctuations in Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure Variables, and Capital Structure Variables (DER) in Quarters 1, 2,3, and 4. From 2014 to 2021, Variable Size increased in succession from 2014 to 2021. Research Objectives : Analyzing the effect of Profitability (Return On Assets) on Capital Structure (DER), Asset Structure on Capital Structure, Company Size (Size) on Capital Structure (DER), and Profitability (Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure and Company Size ( Size) jointly affects Capital Structure (DER). Novelty (Novelty): Based on several previous studies, several factors whose results are inconsistent so need to be reviewed. The author chooses Profitability (ROA), Asset Structure, and Company Size as independent variables , which affects Capital Structure as the dependent variable Research Methods: The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and uses an SPSS 23 software for windows Conclusion: BCA can generate sufficient profit to finance its operations, and does not need to increase the amount of debt so as to prioritize internal funding through retained earnings and maintain a low debt ratio. Abstract

Employee performance problems are closely related to the company's achievements, because employees are one of the main factors for the company in achieving the goals that have been set. The company's inability to improve the performance of its employees is an obstacle that must be faced by every company, including Windofa Apparel. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the SWOT analysis method. Collecting data through literature and field studies with interview and observation techniques.“The results obtained are that the company's internal strengths and weaknesses are in an average internal position, while the company's external opportunities and threats are in a high external position. The position of the Windofa Apparel company is in cell II, namely in the growth strategy position which requires the company to choose a strategy that concentrates through horizontal integration. The strategy that can be used by Windofa Apparel in order to improve the performance of its employees is the SO (Strengths–Opportunities) strategy, actions that can be taken in the SO strategy include collaborating with other businesses, conducting performance development through company workshops for employees, and maximizing product promotions for both customers. new or old.Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Employee Performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out whether there is an effect of the recruitment process on the quality of work at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency 2) To find out whether there is an effect of selection on the quality of work at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency. 3) To find out whetherthere is an effect of the joint recruitment and selection process on the quality of work at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency.In this study the author uses quantitative research, because the data obtained will be in the form of numbers. The population in this study were 40 employees of the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. By using the saturated sampling technique, a sample of 40 employees of the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency was taken as respondents in this study.The results showed that: 1) There was an influence of the Recruitment Process variable (X1) of 5,135 while the ttable value for n = 60 was 2,000. So 5,135 2,000, it can be concluded that partially the recruitment process variable (X1) has an effect on the quality of employee work (Y). 2) There is an effect of the Selection variable (X2) of 6.357 while the ttable value for n = 60 is 2,000. So 6,357 2,000, it can be concluded that partially the Selection variable (X2) has an effect on the Quality of Employee Work (Y). 3) There is an effect of the Recruitment and Selection Process on the Quality of Employee Work, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.611. This shows that 61.1% of the Recruitment and Selection Process has a positive effect on the Quality of Employee Work while the remaining 38.9% has an effect on other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Recruitment Process, Selection and Quality of Employee Work

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out and get a study about the influence of work leadership on employee performance. 2) To find out and get a study about the effect of motivation development on employee performance. 3) To find out and get a study about the influence of competence on employee performance. 4) To find out and get a study about the influence of leadership, motivation and competence simultaneously on PNM Mekaar employees at Account Officer level in Bogor City.The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the tcount value for the X1 variable (Leadership) of 5,225, while the ttable value for n = 80 is 1,990. So 5.225 1.990, it can be concluded that partially Leadership (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). 2) There is Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), it is proven that the tcount value for the X2 variable (Motivation) is 7388, while the ttable for n = 80 is 1,990. So 7.388 1.990, it can be concluded that partially motivation (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). 3) There is Competence (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), it is proven that the tcount value for the X2 variable (Motivation) is 7,388, while the ttable value for n = 80 is 1,990. So 7.388 1.990, it can be concluded that partially Motivation (X2) affects Employee Performance (Y).) There is an influence of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Competence (X3) together on Employee Performance (Y). It is evident from the ANOVA test that the Fcount value is 48.927, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 80 is 2.49. So Fcount from Ftable ( 0.05) or 48.927 2.49 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 0.05, it can be said that Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Competence (X3) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the calculations in the table above, the effect of the three variables was tested, and based on the Model Summary table, the R Square value was 0.659. This shows that 65.9% Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), Competence (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Work Motivation, Career Development, Competence, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work discipline has on employee performance at PT. Mughi Factory Indonesian. The population of this research is all employees and employees at PT. Mugni Factory Indonesia, which has 30 employees. While the sampling method used is a quantitative method, so the number of samples is determined as many as 30 people. To obtain the required data, the data collection method used is a questionnaire or questionnaire.The results show that: 1) The influence of Work Discipline (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), because the tcount value for the X variable (Work Discipline) is 8,156, while the ttable value for n = 30 is 2,042. So 8,156 2,042, it can be concluded that partially the Work Discipline variable (X) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). 2) In the Summary Model, it is proven that the R Square value of 0.704 means that Work Discipline has an influence of 70.4% on Employee Performance while the remaining 29.6% has an effect on other factors not examined by the authors in this study.Keywords: Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the profitability ratio, namely Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a simultaneous and quotient effect on prices shares in PT Bank BCA Tbk for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical techniques used in this study are classical assays and multiple linear regression. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of Bank BCA Tbk registered with the OJK (Financial Services Authority) for 2016-2020. The data used is secondary data. The results of the test can be concluded that Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously and parsilan did not have a positive and negative effect and did not have a positive and negative effect. significant to the shares of PT Bank BCA Tbk for the period 2016-2020.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, Share Price

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan ud muncul agung. Dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada ud muncul agung dimana sesuai dengan hasil penelitian bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dengan data-data melalui hasil beberapa pertanyaan yang ada didalam instrument kuesioner.Dalam hal ini, bisa disimpulkan bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan lingkungan disekitar sehingga pekerjaan tidak terhambat oleh adanya beberapa faktor yang bisa menghambat pekerjaan salah satunya adalah tempat dan kenyamanan kerja.Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
