Abstract

Assalafiyah Foundation Surabaya is an orphanage foundation for orphans and the poor in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. Around 60% of the orphans fostered by this foundation come from outside Surabaya, so the payment of school fees is not from BOS funds. Therefore, the Assalafiyah foundation must find large enough funds to finance the schooling of these less fortunate children. In meeting school needs and other expenses, the foundation only receives regular monthly donors from the local community and not many non-permanent donors. With these limited funds, the Assalafiyah foundation must obtain funds from the wider community. Because the PkM implementing lecturer made a fundraising application for the Assalafiyah foundation. The problem is that the foundation does not yet know how to use the fundraising application, so the PkM implementing lecturers conduct training on the use of fundraising applications at the Assalafiyah foundation. The training materials include: maintenance of foundation activities, maintenance of donors, maintenance of foundation account data, maintenance of foster children's data, confirmation of donors, and donor history. Evaluation of the training by distributing questionnaires to 14 respondents from the Assalafiyah foundation. After being processed and analyzed, the results showed that the overall application was good.

Abstract

This program aims to increase the capability of the expenditure treasurer so that good governance in regional financial management is achieved. discussion (FGD), ending with an evaluation to measure the impact of the training. This will be done by explaining regional financial management and assessment to find out how to know and the competence of the trainees. The results of the implementation of activities show that the treasurers of expenditures carrying out administration receive a lot of input in managing regional finances and tax obligations of local government agencies and can carry out activities properly with their duties and authorities.

Abstract

The Indonesian Buddhist Council (MBI) is an association based on the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, based on Buddhadharma and taking refuge under the Great Sangha of Indonesia (Sagin). MBI East Java (Jatim) is one of 27 MBI Regional Administrators in Indonesia. As a religious organization, MBI East Java has many activities, both internal and community services. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various organizational activities, especially management coordination, were hampered and there was even a decline in organizational performance due to the PPKM policy from the government. Based on this experience, the management of MBI East Java intends to take advantage of applications that provide various integrated applications in organizational management to improve organizational performance. Based on these problems, training for Google Suite or G-suite applications was held that provides integrated services such as Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other integrated applications. The G-suite application training is carried out using explanation, demonstration and hands-on practice methods during the training. The G-suite application training to improve organizational performance at MBI East Java has been carried out well and smoothly as evidenced by the average questionnaire score of 3.74. This training material was assessed by participants as having conformity with the needs of the organization with the highest score of 3.94. The quality of the training materials is also considered good. The quality of the material in service to quality is considered to state that the training is very beneficial for them as indicated by the 4.0 questionnaire score. The participants rated the training materials useful for them with a score of 3.75, but they needed more practice time in training as indicated by the questionnaire score of 3.38 which was the lowest score in the evaluation of this training. Overall, the implementation of this community service has succeeded in improving the skills of the administrators in using the G-suite application to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

  The use of digital technology has become a demand for business people, including MSMEs. Various applications of social media are available to support business activities at a very affordable cost. However, the number of MSME actors using social media to market their products is still low. This community service activity provides understanding and assistance regarding social media usage as a marketing tool to MSME actors, especially MSME actors in Jambangan Village, Jambangan District, Surabaya. This activity received a positive response from SMEs. From this activity, MSME actors become more confident and motivated to use social media in their business and gain new knowledge and skills regarding ways, tricks, and tips for using social media as a marketing tool.   The use of digital technology has become a demand for business people, including MSMEs. Abstract

The aim of this community service activity program is to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the village of Banjarsari-Gresik through online marketing training of products that are characteristic of the area. This online marketing training is actually a continuation of the previous community service program that was carried out before the pandemic, for that now when the endemic is starting to be empowered again in the hope of increasing MSMEs income. This online marketing training technique was chosen because of the need and seeing the problems that occur. The intended need is to provide benefits to MSMEs actors so they can use online media, as well as problems that occur in the form of conventional marketing due to a lack of understanding of the use of online media for marketing. The results of this activity program show that there is enthusiasm for MSMEs actors to use online media in a simple way through applications that are closest to daily activities such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy. This large contribution of MSMEs is in contrast to tax revenues from the MSME sector. There are several things that cause state revenue from this sector to not be maximized. One reason is that not a few MSME actors have limited ability to fulfill their tax rights and obligations. Limited knowledge is one of the obstacles to the development of MSMEs. MSMEs need the role of various parties who can educate and assist them to improve their compliance in paying taxes. Based on this, community service activities are carried out in the form of tax socialization and assistance to MSMEs with the hope of helping MSMEs in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Abstract

The business owner is fully responsible for the business being run. Decisions made by business owners must be right to overcome and resolve problems that occur. Financial knowledge helps business owners to produce good financial management and business development behavior. The main factor for MSME snacks in Cerme District, Gresik Regency not being able to develop is the lack of knowledge about financial knowledge and financial management. Therefore, training and assistance is needed regarding financial knowledge and financial management for snack food MSME in Cerme District, Gresik Regency so that business owners are able to plan, analyze, supervise business finances. Service activities can encourage business owners to better understand current financial conditions so that business owners can minimize the risk of financial difficulties caused by environmental changes.

Abstract

Government policies such as Work Form Home (WFH), social distancing, and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in the last two years have still had an impact on reducing people's purchasing power. One of the disadvantaged sectors is MSME. This service aims to provide financial governance assistance as an effort to control and control family finances for housewives who own MSMEs in Banjarsari Village. The role of housewives who own MSMEs is vital in managing the family economy. The key to family success is how to manage family finances well. This service uses the workshop method by applying the preparation of financial reports using simple accounting. Participants in this activity were 25 people who were then assisted in preparing simple finances. Where this service produces simple bookkeeping that describes the finances of each MSME in Banjarsari Village as a form of careful implementation of financial control and control. Knowledge and soft skills regarding family financial management for housewives who own MSMEs are needed to manage the family economy and their business ventures.

Abstract

Situasi ekonomi yang tidak menentu saat ini, membuat bisnis banyak yang tidak berhasil untuk bertahan. Belajar dari kasus pandemi covid 19, maka dalam memulai suatu usaha perlu persiapan yang matang. Pelaku usaha diharuskan untuk membuat perencaan yang matang, supaya bisnis mereka mampu bertahan disegala situasi. Begitu juga untuk UMKM sudah saat nya untuk dikelola secara profesional, supaya peningkatan UMKM tidak cepat menurun karena kegagalan dari pelaku usaha dalam melakukan pengelolaan. Di Desa Morowudi, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik sebagian besar warganya bekerja dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Kebanyakan dari mereka menjual hasil tani dan perkebunan tidak langsung kepada konsumen. Mereka mengalami kesulitan untuk memulai suatu usaha yang dapat menjual hasil tani dan perkebunan langsung pada konsumen. Hanya beberapa warga saja yang mampu menjalakan usaha atau bisnis dan memasarkan produk mereka langsung kepada konsumen. Bagi pelaku UMKM inipun masih belum bisa berkembang sebagaimana mestinya. Maka dari itu tim PPM FEB Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya memberikan pembekalan mengenai materi pentingnya perencanaan bisnis bagi UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu membuka pikiran peserta akan pentingnya pengelolaan UMKM dan membantu pelaku UMKM mengembangkan usahanya dengan cara melakukan perencanaan bisnis yang benar. Pada kegiatan PPM ini pelaku UMKM diberikan pembekalan bagaimana melakukan perencanaan bisnis yang benar. Hasilnya pelaku UMKM di lingkungan Sepanjang merasa sangat terbantu, karena setelah kegiatan PPM berjalan mereka dapat menyusun suatu perencanaan bisnis dan penyusunan perencanaan strategis untuk masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan yang muncul antar perusahaan merupakan sebuah respon dari kemajuan industri yang berkembang sangat pesat. Persaingan tersebut yang membawa perusahaan berlomba dalam menyediakan kebutuhan masyarakat di pasar agar bisa bertahan dalam persaingan. Setiap perusahaan tentunya memiliki visi dan misi yang berbeda-beda untuk terus berkembang dan mendapatkan keuntungan. Persaingan yang muncul tersebut menghadirkan sebuah permasalahan baru bagi para pelaku UMKM dimana saat ini semua masyarakat berlomba-lomba untuk mempelajari teknik packaging yang baik dengan tujuan menarik minat masyarakat untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM. Strategi penjualan harus bisa memberikan motivasi dalam kemasan sebuah produk memiliki peran penting dalam proses penjualan, karena dengan adanya sebuah kemasan tersebut produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM memiliki branding untuk membedakan dengan produk lain. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat mendapat respon positif dari pelaku UMKM, ibu-ibu PKK, dan warga setempat. Hasil program yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan strategi peningkatan penjualan dan packaging produk pelaku UMKM untuk memasarkan produknya
