Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of implementing an electronic absence management system to enhance employee compliance within the Civil Service, specifically focusing on the State Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) in office environments. The research assesses how the introduction of electronic systems impacts employee absenteeism rates, adherence to attendance policies, and overall organizational efficiency. Through a comparative analysis of traditional and electronic absence management methods, this study aims to provide insights into the benefits and challenges of adopting digital solutions in improving employee obedience and administrative processes in the civil service sector.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the open unemployment rate and the Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty levels. By using statistical data and regression analysis methods, this research tries to identify the relationship between the level of open unemployment, HDI, and the level of poverty in a certain population or region. Apart from that, this research also analyzes other variables that can influence these three factors. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into how these variables are interconnected and provide policy recommendations to reduce poverty levels.

The results of the research highlight the challenges and opportunities in implementing these policies, including factors such as societal participation, transparency, and accountability. The analysis provides insights into the effectiveness of fund allocation policies in improving the well-being of rural residents and offers suggestions for policy implementation improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of job characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Job Engagement, and its implications for employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 78 employees from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques with the Smart-PLS3 tool to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that job characteristics are not significant to employee performance. Furthermore, job characteristics have a significant effect on OCB. Meanwhile, OCB has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, it was found that job characteristics have a significant effect on job engagement. Then, job engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. The OCB variable has a role as mediation. Meanwhile, the job engagement variable is not significant as a mediation. This research provides insight for HR practitioners in designing jobs that can maximise employee potential.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media marketing and characteristics of buyers on purchasing decisions for Sony Mirrorless Cameras in Bogor City through purchase interest as an intervening variable. This research method is quantitative research with a sample size of 319 people. The research results show that Social Media Marketing has a Charachter of Buyingitive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, mediated by Purchase Interest. Characteristics of Buyer has a Charachter of Buyingitive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions mediated by Purchase Interest. Improving Purchasing Decisions emphasizes building trust between producers and consumers. The existence of mutual trust between producers and consumers will create good conditions for the exchange of information and advice without fear. In other words, trust is a central issue in human civilization. The influence of trust is so central because this character also occupies important purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Identify And Determine Efforts That Can Be Made To Improve Service Quality Through A Study of its relationship with Organizational Support, Job Characteristics and Innovation. The population of this study was 161 implementing employees at the Bogor Regency Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Service with a sample size of 115 people, whose determination used the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. Data was obtained using instruments in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed seven positive and significant relationships. First, there is a positive and significant direct relationship between the variables Organizational Support and Innovation with a correlation coefficient of 0.347. Second, there is a positive and significant direct relationship between Job Characteristics and Innovation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.254. Third, there is a positive and significant direct relationship between Organizational Support and Service Quality with a correlation coefficient of 0.102. Fourth, there is a positive and significant direct relationship between Job Characteristics and Service Quality with a correlation coefficient value of 0.087. Fifth, there is a positive and significant direct relationship between Innovation and Service Quality with a correlation coefficient of 0.389. Sixth, there is a positive and significant indirect relationship between Organizational Support and Service Quality through Innovation with a correlation coefficient of 0.084. Seventh, there is a positive and significant indirect relationship between Job Characteristics and Service Quality through Innovation with a correlation coefficient of 0.104.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of workload, work stress, and motivation on turnover intention among PT employees. "X". A total of 78 employees of PT. “X” were the respondents in this research using the saturated sample method. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and motivation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The managerial implications of the findings in this research recommend that leaders reduce employee overtime, apart from that PT. “X” is also recommended to reduce too many task demands, and finally PT. “X” is also recommended to increase motivation to work even more enthusiastically.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether communication, Leader Member Exchange, and Work Environment influence job satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus in Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The sample selection technique taken was the Slovin method with an error rate of 10%. Respondents came from Purwakarta District, Cilegon City with a total of 62 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents, and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The statistical methods used were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test. The research results show that there is a significant influence between communication, Leader Member Exchange (LMX), work environment on job satisfaction partially, and there is a significant influence on communication, leader members exchange and work environment simultaneously on job satisfaction. The limitations of this research are also influenced by factors from other variables outside the research model such as compensation and work life balance, work motivation and others. It is hoped that future research will discuss beyond these variables and different locations.
