Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the internalization of religious character education through school culture at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were school principals, teachers, and students of SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate the internalization of religious character at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province, using school culture and the school's vision and mission as platforms. Obstacles that arise in the process of internalizing religious character come from external factors which include a lack of supervision at home and limited time while at school. While internal factors include students' desires, beliefs, and instincts. The conclusion of this study is that school culture takes place continuously which without realizing it can foster religious character in students. Internalization is not coercive.

Abstract

In line with the development of science and technology, the Indonesian nation's education began to lose its identity. Indonesian education seems to be tossing and turning, not having clear directions and goals where to go and tends to imitate a lot from the education system in other countries. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the education system created by Kıe Hadjar Dewantara is dissecting in an effort to restore national identity through education based on cultural values. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis design. Indonesian strength becomes an energy in shaping Indonesia as a great nation. A great nation is realized through a strong human character. If national values are not continuously instilled, it will have the potential to become a capital of division and conflict against a nation. Therefore, multicultural education places great emphasis on the importance of accommodating the rights of every culture and society to maintain and maintain national cultural and community identity. So that later the Indonesian people will have good character and be a respectable nation.

Abstract

Curriculum change in Indonesia is one of the major changes in the world of education. Currently, the Kurikulum Merdeka is an option in the world of education, the objectives of this study are as follows 1) to describe the implementation plan for the independent learning curriculum, 2) to describe the independent learning curriculum learning plan, 3) to describe the implementation of learning based on the Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka at SDN Pajang 1 Surakarta. This type of research uses a qualitative method, the research data is in the form of a curriculum applied at SDN Pajang 1 Surakarta. Retrieval of data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses the source triangulation technique, which is carried out by searching for data that is still related to utilizing various sources. Technical triangulation, namely obtaining data by using various techniques to be able to reveal data that is carried out to data sources. The conclusions from the results of the research are planning the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at SDN Pajang 1 Surakarata which includes learning objectives, targets/achievements, compiling modules as teaching materials in accordance with the provisions and includes effective, interesting, essential, challenging, sustainable, relevant and sustainable components. Learning planning for the independent learning curriculum at SDN Pajang 1 Surakata is still not fully implemented according to the provisions of the Kurikulum Merdeka for the seven stages of learning planning. The implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka-based learning at SDN Pajang 1 Surakarta is well implemented and in accordance with the provisions of the Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for teaching materials that are practical and interesting according to the character of fourth grade elementary school students so that they can increase students' optimism in writing. This study uses descriptive qualitative assessment. This technique is used to observe the need to increase the material for writing descriptive texts in elementary schools. This study is for observation and to form patterns of material in order to facilitate learning to write descriptive texts in elementary schools. The data for this study were obtained through questions and answers to class IV teachers as well as distributing questionnaires to all students at SDN Rawasari 05 Pagi. Through the acquisition of questions and answers, the class teacher at SDN Rawasari 05 Pagi showed the need for companion material for theme 3. So according to the needs analysis questionnaire that was carried out, it was shown that 78% of students needed companion material for the theme book. Through the acquisition of questionnaires and questions and answers, this gives the fact that it is necessary to increase the material for theme 3 thematic books which are dominated by technology in order to support the learning stages which have implications for logic and increase the skills of students. The reviewer hopes that the existence of this needs analysis can help students be able to help deal with conflicts in learning to write descriptive texts and this study is a form of educational participation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of school principals in instilling Islamic values in students of the superior program of Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Jatipuro. This research includes qualitative research using a case study design. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Program Unggulan Jatipuro, Jatipuro District, Karanganyar Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews, documentation, and observation methods. The stages of data analysis in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are Islamic values taught at SD Muhammadiyah Jatipuro Excellent Programme, namely the value of faith, the value of worship, and the value of morals. The role of the principal at SD Muhammadiyah Program Unggulan Jatipuro as an educator is that the principal also teaches students and provides good examples and role models for students and other school members. As a manager, the principal participates in making Islamic activity programs and requires teachers to attend Islamic studies at school. As a leader, the principal gives tasks to teams, especially teachers, to achieve the goals that have been made and their targets. As a motivator, the principal encourages all members of the school, especially teachers, to be enthusiastic about providing knowledge to students. As an administrator, the principal participates in managing religious activities and is assisted by members to make reports on embedding Islamic values to students, then reported to the principal. As a supervisor, the principal oversees the performance of the implementation team and monitors student behaviors. As an innovator, the principal requires teachers and teams to participate in religious activities, so that they can increase their knowledge and can be taught to students.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out how elementary schools are realizing anti-drug education. 2) knowing the role of teachers in anti-drug education. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Validation of the data using other research triangulation, re-checking and verification of respondents. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) The school's role in realizing anti-drug education in elementary schools was carried out by the principal. There are many things that can be done by a school principal to realize anti-drug education in his school. One way the principal makes policy. Policies made can be a guide in attitude for students, teachers, and all school members while in the school environment. 2) The role of teachers in anti-drug education in elementary schools is to provide knowledge. Teachers play an active role in providing all kinds of knowledge about drugs to students. This knowledge is given with the aim that elementary school students are aware of the dangers of drugs and form confidence in themselves not to try to recognize or even consume drugs.

Abstract

The development of science and progress in the field of technology. This advancement in the field of technology can be used as a way to improve learning activity and the quality of learning that can be done by a teacher. To be able to realize this, a teacher needs to understand and have the ability of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). TPACK is a skill that every teacher must have in the industrial revolution 4.0 era to ensure technology and data can be used. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using the interview method. The purpose of this study was to determine the TPACK competence of social studies teachers in grades IV, V, and VI at SD AL-Azhar Syifa Budi Cibinong. The results showed that SD AL-Azhar Syifa Budi Cibinong has integrated technology in learning such as the preparation of teaching materials which include powerpoints and digital-based learning videos. The teacher's ability to master technology during learning can be seen through the application of TPACK. The implication in this research is the utilization of TPACK-based learning in the 4.0 era. So that it helps educators and students to understand the material easily with the use of technology.

Abstract

This research was intended to describe a implementation of differentiated learning, Analysing student's mathematical repetent abilities, as well as analyzing the objective of fractional material learning classes by applying differentialized learning. Mathematical representation capabilities are essential applied to iv sd students, because to find the student's way of thinking of conveying mathematical ideas from abstract to concrete.Through learning differentiated students can learn based on their learning readiness rate so that students can follow learning easily and effectively.This research uses a method of study of class action (ptk ).The application of learning is different from the results of observation revealed that students can learn more actively by the way teachers give a learning experience based on students' readiness and using concrete media.Students' mathematical representation skills are increasing.

Abstract

Local wisdom has values that can be integrated in the scope of education. However, in reality, local wisdom is only an activity carried out by the local community without being interpreted into educational values.  The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of the value of mudun lemah in the Kemantren Village community, Cirebon Regency, which can be integrated in education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review and field study methods.. Primary data sources are community leaders as informants and primary data sources in the form of documentation in the form of photos and articles. Data collection methods used literature studies, documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, and data interpretation. The results of this study reveal that the value of responsibility as the main value and the value of gratitude as a supporting value in Mudun lemah have educational values that can be integrated in elementary school students.

Abstract

The background for writing this study is the low problem-solving ability of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause low problem-solving abilities that occur in students and examine solutions that can be used for problem-solving processes in classroom learning. The method used in writing this article is through Literature Study. Literature Study is a study that collects various data and information through various sources of reading material, such as books, articles, journals, and so on. The topic of discussion in this article is to deepen the study of the solutions offered for student problem solving problems and also explain the factors causing the low problem solving of elementary school students and the IDEAL AND POLYA stages as strategic solutions that can be used in the problem solving process in mathematics lessons. With this study is expected to provide solutions to the process of solving student problems in elementary schools
