Abstract

In the era of business globalization, where companies and international markets are increasingly integrated, and business operations are expanding into various markets throughout the world, this research explores the impact of management information systems on business performance. By using a qualitative approach and referring to literature studies, the main objective of this research is to obtain an in-depth understanding of how the implementation of management information systems can be effectively optimized in the context of business globalization. Thus, this paper proposes a discourse on how the context of business globalization can be elaborated strategically for maximum benefit.

Abstract

This research explores the essence of Ethical Considerations in Profit Management in accordance with Sharia Business Principles. Adopting a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach, this research explores in-depth insights through secondary data. The research findings reveal the complexity of Profit Management in the business world, which is seen as a controversial practice. In their efforts to manipulate company profits, some parties use strategies to maximize profits (Income Creasing) or avoid tax obligations (Income Decreasing). However, this kind of action goes against the values ​​of sharia business ethics, which underline integrity and trust. The detrimental impact on other parties adds further complexity and controversy. In the context of Islamic business, the emphasis on sharia business ethical values ​​is crucial. This is not only to ensure compliance with Islamic principles, but also to provide fair benefits to all parties involved in business practices.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, atmosphere and service quality on , customer satisfaction. The sample used in this research used primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the price influence variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The Atmosphere variable does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The research results show that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The results of the Price Influence variable are 0.019%, the Atmosphere Variable is 0.014%, and the Customer Satisfaction Variable is 0.040% on Service Quality.

Abstract

The maine objective of this research is to understandd how the profitabilityy rratio is aapplied in tthe ccontext oof Indonesiann Shariaa Banks. The methodd used to collecc data is through docummentation sttudies, whiile annalysis is caried out ussing a descriptife aproach. The research finndings confirms that 2022 and 2023, the bank's ROA level is within the 1st rannking criiteria, whiles in 2021, the bank's ROA has not yets reachedd the 1st rannking critteria. Meanwhilee, ROE shows that the bank has succeded in achieving the 1st rannking criteria in corrporate finnancial managementt. However, for bank NOM, it still has not reached the criteria for ranking 1. There are two ratios that stil ocupy a financial posittion that mets the criteria for ranking 1, in acordance with the provisions stipulateds in Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 9/24/Dpbs.

Abstract

The purposee of this sttudy wash to dettermine conssumer prefferences for kebab productt atribute in Palestine Kebab. The metthod ussed in the studdy is the Fishbbein Annalysis Methode. This sttudy uses 9 prroduct atributtes bassed’ on litterature studdy refferences, nammely tasste, price, product content, size, packaging, service, product quality, product safety and product varriations. Based’ on the results’s of the sttudy, connsumer prefferences towwards kebab atributtes in Palestine Kebab have no negative value. The preference value for the price attribute is 21.47 which is verry positife, taste is 19.75 which is very positife, prodduct content is 18.74 which is positive, size is 17.92 which is positive, packaging is 16.23 whicch is positife, service is 17.99 which is posiife, product quality is 20.73 which is very positife, prodduct safety is 20.60 which is fery positife and product variationn is 17.91 which is positife. The vallue of consummer prefferenc for Palestine Kebab kebab products as a whole is positife, with a value of 171.34.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether service quality, trust and promotions influence member loyalty. The type of data in this research is quantitative in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The respondents for this research were 98 cooperative members. In research during the observation period it shows a normal distribution. Based on the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, no deviations were found from the basic assumptions, in other words the data used met the requirements for using the multiple linear regression equation model. The research results show that the variables of service quality, trust and promotion have a significant and simultaneous positive effect on the member loyalty variable.

Abstract

The Upala Villa Kedaton complex at Jogja Eco Wisata is meticulously designed to offer world-class comfort, featuring a Balinese home concept. Upala Villa Kedaton Jogja Eco Wisata is intended to become a new destination for shopping, education, culinary experiences, and recreation. The location is at Jl. Bulus II, Candibinangun, Pakem District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55582. After collecting all the necessary data, it was organized and analyzed using various calculations according to standard formulas. These calculations included NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), PP (Payback Period), ROI (Return on Investment), and ROE (Return on Equity) to determine the project's feasibility. The analysis results yielded an NPV (Net Present Value) of 207.88 billion Rupiah. The IRR (Internal Rate of Return) was 30.11%, which is higher than the MARR (Minimum Attractive Rate of Return) of 15%. The BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) was 1.2584, indicating that the ratio of income to expenditure is greater than 1, making it viable. The Payback Period was calculated to be 1.017 years, or approximately 12.2 months, or 366 days, meaning investors can expect to recover their money in that timeframe. The Return on Investment was 15.32%, and the Return on Equity was 39.65%. From these calculations, we can conclude that the Upala Villa Kedaton Jogja Eco Wisata housing project is a viable investment. This conclusion is based on the positive NPV of 207.88 billion Rupiah, an IRR of 30.11% which is higher than the initial MARR of 15%, a Benefit Cost Ratio of more than 1 at 1.2584, a Return on Investment of 15.32%, and a Return on Equity of 39.65%.

Abstract

Ship document services in the context of agency services play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of ship operations in accordance with the standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Agent services are responsible for providing various document services that support ship operational activities, starting from the arrival process, maintenance, to ship departure, in accordance with IMO standards. Explaining that quantitative research is a type of research that uses numbers as a means to carry out data analysis. In its application, the figures are analyzed using statistical methods to obtain more measurable and objective information. So that the researcher can identify the influences or relationships that exist in the data, allowing for more quantitative interpretation and generalization to a wider population. So by applying a quantitative approach, the author realizes the aim of validating and measuring the extent to which the y variable in improving port security as an attachment variable can be known and answered. A total of 30 respondents filled out a 2-material questionnaire, each of which contained 9 questions regarding document services and 9 questions regarding agency operations. Filling in the questionnaire is carried out by the ship's crew using agency services at PT. Samudera Makmur Agency Cilacap branch 1. Document services (X) are partially very influential because they have a positive and significant probability of agency performance (Y). Has a positive and significant influence with a regression coefficient of ???? 6.312+0.862X The linear regression equation shows that increasing the level of document service on agency performance at PT. Samudera Makmur Agensi is 0.862 2. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test to determine the amount of influence exerted by variables X and Y, it is found that the R square value is 0.859 or 85%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of the implementation of document services on agency performance..

Abstract

Comprehension is defined as understanding, opinion or absorption of the meaning of the material being studied. However, in this research it was found that peaceful village communities had very little or minimal understanding of sharia insurance. To understand a little about the existence of sharia insurance requires direct outreach from the company. So that there are obstacles and appropriate solutions to deal with this. In this research, a qualitative approach was used with 15 sources to find answers to existing problems. Of the 15 informants in the research, 4 informants understood, 3 informants had little understanding and 8 informants did not understand sharia insurance at all.
