Abstract

Human resources are the main component for every company to achieve its goals. The strength of human resources is formed by the character or behavior of each employee and the environment within the company. This research aims to find out how salary, training and organizational culture influence employee performance among employees who work in the Jababeka industrial area. This research was conducted on employees who work in the Jababeka industrial area, while the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with the Accidental Sampling technique because the number of employees in the Jababeka area is unknown, so the formula needed to determine the sample size is to use the Lemeshow formula . So the minimum sample size required in this research is 97 respondents. In this research, questionnaires were the only data collection technique used. Meanwhile, the statistical test tool used in this research is SmartPLS. From the research that has been carried out, the results obtained show that organizational culture and salary have an influence on employee performance in the Jababeka industrial area and training has no effect on employee performance in the Jababeka industrial area. The results of this research explain that organizational culture has a major role in shaping employee behavior. Meanwhile, salary is a form of company remuneration to employees for their performance. And the last one is training, training has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employability skills on teaching and self-efficacy on interest in becoming teachers among students in the Office Administration Education Study Program. This research examines the issue of employability skills on teaching or teaching skills and self-confidence or self-efficacy which is associated with interest in becoming a teacher. This research uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was all students of the Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2020. The sample for this study used a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22 software. The results of the t test in this study show that employability skills on teaching have no effect on interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy has an effect positive and significant on interest in becoming a teacher, and the results of the f test show that simultaneously employability skills on teaching and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher among students in the Office Administration Education Study Program.

Abstract

The gastrodiplomacy model is an important effort to introduce, promote and develop sustainable tourism nationally and in the regions. The gastrodiplomacy model is a humanistic approach and promotion of the wealth, uniqueness and characteristics of a region, including tourist destinations, through culinary or food. The integration carried out is focused on the culinary sector while still prioritizing tourism, environmental, social and economic elements. The main problem in tourism development is the absence of an effective, efficient, sustainable, integrated and sustainable gastrodiplomacy model based on superior regional culinary delights. In fact, every tourist destination is very synonymous with the culinary sector as souvenirs/souvenirs which also serve as a medium for gastrodiplomacy for tourists. Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to analyze and conduct studies related to gastrodiplomacy in optimizing sustainable tourism in Pati Regency. The urgency of this research is that the gastrodiplomacy model is very suitable in efforts to introduce and promote local wisdom, especially in the tourism sector, to both domestic and foreign communities through culinary delights. This research uses a qualitative approach using interview techniques, observation, documentation, demonstration and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Research stages include introduction, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how MSMEs in Semarang City use social media to enhance knowledge exchange, foster creative work practices, and achieve sales success. The way knowledge exchange is perceived within firms is gradually shifting due to the proliferation of social media platforms, most of which allow employees to collaborate on projects, share ideas, and obtain information. In Semarang City, MSMEs are no different. By utilizing social media, they can also promote innovative work practices. Social media provides an outlet for knowledge and idea sharing. Aside from that, appropriate social media use can foster a creative culture. Examining the connections between MSMEs in Semarang City's usage of social media, information sharing, creative work practices, and sales success is the goal of this study. PRISMA and bibliometric analysis make up the research approach. The research's findings indicate that over twenty publications, particularly in relation to MSMEs which are rapidly expanding in Semarang City state that social media is a useful platform for exchanging ideas and information. The findings of the study indicate that a number of other factors contribute to the smooth operation of everything in addition to social media. Like working together and cooperatively among staff members to enhance client.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: effect of financial literacy on investment decision making; effect of risk perception on investment decision making; effect of overconfidence on investment decision making; effect of financial education on strengthening financial literacy and risk perception on Investation decision. This research uses quantitative type with investors in Surakarta as population. The sample of 160 was taken using a non probably sampling technique. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points and a dummy variable with a value of 0 or 1, distributed via Google form. Validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The hypothesis was tested through Hierarchical Regression after a descriptive statistical test and classic assumption test were performed. The data were processed using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study proved that (1) there was a significant positive effect of financial literacy on investment decision making; (2) there was a significant positive effect on perceived risk on investment decision making; (3) there was a significant negative effect of overconfidence on investment decision making; and (4) financial education moderates financial literacy, risk perception, and overconfidence in investment decision making.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of nearpod-based interactive learning media on general journal material in increasing student participation and learning outcomes in introductory trading company accounting courses. This research uses a form of class quasi experimental research with one group pretest and posttest. The research subjects were students of the Department of Office Administration Education A Class of 2023 Semarang State University and were sampled using a saturated sampling technique with totaling 50 students. Data collection techniques involved using tests in the form of pre-test and post-test, and observation. The data analysis technique employed the T-test and documentation. The results show that (1) nearpod interactive media is effectively used in the learning process of general journals of trading companies. The average of pre-test score increases from 4.08 to 8.30 after applying nearpod learning media; and (2) Student participation increases by 33% from 49% to 82% after using nearpod learning media.

Abstract

Accurate is an alternative accounting software besides MYOB that can be used to support the learning and teaching in the accounting computer. This research aims to develop an Accurate digital book. This study adopted research and development model and Borg and Gall, which consists of research and initial data collection, planning and development, expert and user validation, revision, field testing, and finished product. The findings indicate that the Accurate digital book developed by the researcher was considered very feasible by material experts, media experts, and limited users. In addition, the Accurate digital book is also considered effective in increasing user understanding of the application of Accurate. Therefore, it is suggested to involve this digital book for accounting computer.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the risk of individuals between islands in Indonesia becoming unemployed among educated young people. This is researched because not always those who have higher education and are young will get a job. Apart from that, Indonesia, which consists of many islands, has differences in unemployment among educated youth. This research is quantitative in nature using micro data from the August 2021 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) with the workforce population in Indonesia aged 15-24 years and a sample of 79.362 technical data analysis using Logistic Regression.The results of the research show that all regional classification variables, position in the household, gender, marital status, training, work experience, education major, disability and education provider have a significant effect on unemployment among educated youth in Indonesia. The results of research on unemployment among educated young people between islands in Indonesia experience variations. With the differences in unemployment outcomes for educated youth between islands in Indonesia, it is necessary to equalize economic development between islands in Indonesia, so as to create equal prosperity in Indonesia and create inclusive economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is a significant influence on online training management through Erise on the competencies of MPLB Vocational School teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The experimental design used is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. Data collection in research using instrument tests, the sample of this study amounted to 26 people with purposive sample techniques. The results of this study are: (1) there is an increase in the results of the cognitive aspect training by 67.47%; (2) there is an increase in the mastery of the skills of participants in the management of letters through Erise; and (3) There are differences on line. Therefore, it can be concluded that online training in managing letters through Erise influences significantly on the competence of MPLB Vocational School teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the quality of public services in the field of population administration, particularly the family card services at the Rejosari Barat Village Office. This study employs qualitative descriptive research. The informants of this study total 12, consisting of 2 officials and 10 service users. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that some criteria are not yet optimal, namely the requirements and service completion times which are unclear and uncertain. The Security indicator is already optimal. The Openness indicator is not yet optimal, as officials are not transparent about service information. The Efficiency, Economy, and Equal Justice indicators are already optimal. The Timeliness indicator is not yet optimal, as the time frame provided does not comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The Quantitative Criteria indicator has two criteria that are not yet optimal: the use of modern technology and the increasing frequency of complaints each year. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of population administration services, particularly family card services at the Rejosari Barat Village Office, is not yet fully optimal. The recommendations given include installing SOP banners, improving facilities and infrastructure, enhancing employee openness, and increasing employee training.
