Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, and working capital on the performance of MSEs. This type of quantitative research uses a correlation research design with causal associative methods. The population in this study found 32 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as members of the sample, while the number of samples in this study was 32 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, to examine the effect of the given treatment, we utilized the IBM SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) Education level has a significant effect on MSE performance (2) Business capital has a significant effect on MSE performance, (3) Education level and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on MSE performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research to see the effect of digital literacy, the effect of learning discipline, and the simultaneous effect of digital literacy and learning discipline on learning achievements of the X, XI, and XII grade IPS students at MAN 4 Agam during online learning as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used was quantitative with an ex post facto research design. The population covered 126 X, XI, and XII grade IPS students at MAN 4 Agam. The samples were measured using Slovin’s formula. Sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling, resulting in 96 samples in total. The analysis techniques were descriptive and inductive. Hypothesis tests were F and t-tests, conducted using SPSS.The result demonstrated that (1) digital literacy had no effect on student learning achievement, (2) student learning discipline had an effect on student learning achievement, and (3) digital literacy and student learning discipline had an effect on student learning achievement. Accordingly, students should augment their learning discipline by, e.g., studying on a regular basis, finishing tasks punctually, setting a study plan or schedule, and studying in a supportive place or atmosphere

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. Factors that affect learning outcomes consist of internal factors and external factors. The type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling, this technique is used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous. The number of samples in this study were 96 students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the result of factors analysis, there are four factots that influence learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University, namely instrumental factors, family factors, psychological factors and physiological factors. The dominant factor that affects learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University is the instrumental factor. For students, in order to understand the material given by the lecturer in e-learning. For lectuterer to be able to explain the material provided in e-learning to the maximum so that students can obtain satisfactory learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-cash transactions on Indonesia's economic growth in 2010-2020, with research variables including debit card transactions, credit card transactions, e-money, and Indonesia's economic growth rate in the last eleven years. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis model with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The data used in this study are secondary data with the nature of time series data from 2010-2020 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia.The results of this study indicate that: debit card transactions have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth, credit card transactions have no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth, e-money transactions have no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth, and credit card, debit card, and e-money transactions simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This study objective to identify the factors that influence student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at Smkn 3 Padang and Smks Nusatama Padang. The population in the research is 1801 students of Smkn 3 Padang and Smks Nusatama Padang and the sample is 95 students obtained using Proportional random sampling technique. The data is collected with questionnaire from 95 respondents who doing online learning during covid-19. The data will be analyzed using factor analysis. The result of the analysis show that school factors and parenting, and self-potential factors are the factors that influences student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic at Smkn 3 Padang. And the result of the analysis show that instrumental factors, learning facilities factors, discipline and parenting factors, personal factors are the factors that influences student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic at Smks Nusatama Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Infrastructure as measured by the length of roads in each province in eastern Indonesia, Economic Infrastructure as measured by electricity and Social Infrastructure, namely education as measured by the number of schools on GDRP in 16 eastern provinces of Indonesia within 10 years. year, namely from 2011-2020. This study used a secondary method and the data were obtained through BPS publications. The analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis using the Random Effects Model Approach. The results of this study indicate that Economic Infrastructure (Roads) has a positive but not significant effect, Economic Infrastructure (Electricity) has a positive and significant effect, and Social Infrastructure (Education) has a positive but not significant effect on GRDP in eastern Indonesia in 2011-2020

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service speed and information system security on satisfaction moderated by trust in Padang State University students in the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. This type of research is causative quantitative. The population in this study were all Padang State University students who were active in the January-June 2021 semester from BP 2016-2020. The number of research samples was 100 people and was selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students with predetermined criteria. The analytical method that the researcher uses is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of the SPSS 18 program. The results show that: First, there is a positive and significant influence between service Speed on Padang State University student satisfaction on the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. Second, there is a positive and significant effect between information system security on the joy of Padang State University students on the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. Third, trust does not strengthen the impact of service speed on Padang State University student satisfaction in using BRIZZI Trans Padang and. Fourth, security does not enhance the influence of information system security on the joy of Padang State University students in using BRIZZI Trans Padang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price discount and income on impulsive buying behavior in online shops for education staff at Padang State University. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Samples were taken using the Cochran formula with 97 respondents and selected by purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to education staff at Padang State University with the following criteria: 1) respondents are education staff at Padang State University who have shopped at online shops, 2) respondents have impulsive behavior buying in online shop. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate 1) price discount and income have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying in online shops, seen from the sig value. 0.014<0.05. 2) price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying in online shops seen from the sig value of 0.004 <0.05. 3) income does not have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at the online shop as seen from the sig value of 0.764>0.0.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student achievement with the flipped learning model. This research was conducted on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the research subjects are students of class XI IPS 2 totaling 35 students consisting of 17 male students and 18 female students. The research was carried out in two cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II. The data collection technique used the results of the cognitive domain test in the form of an objective test. Based on the results of the study, the average student achievement of XI IPS 2 in the first cycle was 69 with the percentage of classical completeness of students was 48.57. While the average student achievement obtained in the second cycle is 79 with the percentage of classical completeness of students being 77.14%. So it can be concluded that student achievement by applying the flipped learning model to economics subjects in class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 7 Padang has increased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in choosing accounting expertise program. This research is a quantitative descriptive associative research with using simple random sampling technique. The research population was 125 students from SMK N 2 Padang. Data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 125 students who carry out online learning. The data obtained were processed by descriptive and factor analysis. The results showed that the 4 factors that influence students' interest in choosing accounting skills programs, namely learning motivation, learning methods, parents and school. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that students be more active in repeating learning, schools further improve teacher-student relations by rewarding success students and support students who are left behind, and for parents to discuss more with children about the chosen major and future prospects.
