<![CDATA[The study aims to investigate and analyze the needs of information and communications technology (ICT) in the learning process of digital-native students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang in Indonesia. The data were collected by using a structured questionnaire, and it was analyzed undergoing the descriptive method. The results of this study indicated that the majority of students use technology in the learning process, such as smartphone and laptop all the time. In general, students prefer using WhatsApp and e-learning to support their learning activity. The adoption of technology is affected by easiness to use and provide a piece of fast and comprehensive information. Therefore, they believe that the use of technology is relatively high within the learning process of the digital natives that technology integration in education is highly demanded.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find the effect of the use of social media and digital learning resources fordigital native in learning. Type of this research is associative descriptive. Descriptive research is research that describes or explains something of the relationships and influences between variables as they are. While associative research is research looking for relationships between a variable with other variables. The population of this study was Class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 3 in SMAN 2 Painan. The sample used in this study was obtained by total sampling of 97 people. Based on the results of research and discussion on the use of social media it can be concluded that the use of social media by digital native students at SMAN 2 Painan can be classified as quite high. And the use of digital learning resources by native digital students can be classified as quite high. <![CDATA[This study aims to produce a CORE learning model design ( Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) in entrepreneurship course based on the digital economy. This research used research and development method with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. This research was conducted at Padang State Unversity. The model validation test is carried out by experts and shows that this model is suitbale for use. The practicality test results show that this model is 87,33% very practical to use and the test results show that student learning outcomes improve and students can give a positive response. <![CDATA[The Competitiveness of Indonesian Humans according to Business World In 2018 it was ranked 45th out of 63 countries,and meaning that Indonesian lower than neighboring countries such as Malaysia. To improve competitiveness, education is needed for the people of Indonesia. Various policies have been implemented to increase education participation. In fact there are still students who drop out of school at all levels of education in Indonesia. The research was conducted to identify the characteristics of the socio-economic conditions of families dropping out of school in the city of Padang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 36 students who dropped out of school. Based on the data obtained it is known that students who drop out dominantly come from families with low and middle income economies. Parents of dominant students have primary and secondary education. The work of parents who drop out of school is mostly farmers, fishermen and laborers. Based on these results it is recommended that students and families shoul be have a strong commitment to the importance of education so that they can improve family conditions so that they can emerge from the vicious circle of poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic banking in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. This study aims to analyze bank customer satisfaction with services provided by conventional banks and Islamic banks. Bank satisfaction is measured through several factors including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. This research method is a descriptive method using TCR analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that TCR values in conventional banks do not have too high differences. Conventional banks have a TCR value of 0.35% higher than Islamic banks.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the readiness of school in facing high school economic olympics in Padang. The method used in this activity is survey method to teacher of MGMP Economic Senior High School Padang, West Sumatera Province. The results of the study indicate that students are in need of coaching from teachers on Olympic materials and discussion of economic Olympic issues. Students are still in enough category (70.37%) mastering the economic Olympiad material. For that, teachers is expected to foster students to be more ready to follow the economic Olympics. Furthermore, schools need to hold special coaching of students with economic achievement by forming clubs or others so that students are more focused in understanding the OSN related material.]]>

<![CDATA[Koperasi Aneka Sulaman yang berada di Kabupaten Agam merupakan salah satu koperasi yang pernah berhasil menyandang status sebagai koperasi OVOP pada tahun 2017. Walaupun sudah menyandang prestasi sebagai koperasi OVOP berdasarkan survei kelapangan Koperasi Aneka Sulaman menghadapi beberapa kendala yaitu pertama terkait dengan pengelolaan manajeman koperasi yang kurang tertata. Kedua, permasalahan terkait dengan pemasaran dan penjualan produk yang menurun di masa pandemi covid 19. Berdasarkan paparan diatas maka sudah selayaknya Koperasi Aneka Sulaman ini mendapat bantuan dan perhatian lebih sehingga dapat bertahan pada era pandemi saat ini. Solusi yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan pembuatan aplikasi digital E-Corp berbasis android yang memuat semua fitur yang dibutuhkan baik oleh anggota dan pengurus maupun oleh konsumen kain sulaman.Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berupa kegiatan pelatihan. Pengurus dan anggota koperasi dilatih menggunakan aplikasi digital E-Corp serta menggunakan aplikasi penjualan online yang banyak dikenali masyarakat seperti shopee, tokopedia dan buka lapak. Luaran yang diharapkan dari solusi permasalahan pengelolaan manajemen adalah terciptanya satu aplikasi digital yang dikembangkan berbasis android dan diberi nama E-Corp (100%) yang dapat digunakan dan dioperasikan oleh anggota dan pengurus menggunakan handphone android. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diantaranya Aplikasi E-Corp, Artikel ilmiah pada jurnal pengabdian suluah bendang, Video yang diupload di youtube dan Berita di Tribunnews.com]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to: 1) The Effect of Learning Motivation to the Discipline of learning of high school students in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, Bukittinggi. 2) The Influence of the Family Environment on the Discipline of Learning of Senior High School students in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, Bukittinggi. 3) The Influence of Learning Motivation and Family Environment jointly affects the discipline of learning of high school students in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, Bukittinggi. This research is a type of associative descriptive study. The population in this study were were SMAN students in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh sub-district in Bukittinggi. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Then use the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 317 people is obtained. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires. For data analysis used multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that: Variable Motivation and Family Environment Motivation had a significant and positive effect on Learning Discipline.
