Abstract

The decline in Unilever's share price is quite worrying during 2021-2022. This decline can be worrying especially as this company is a very good company . Whereas previously this stock had a good value. The ups and downs become a phenomenon to explain what happened. After collecting data for the last two years from the closing price of Unilever shares, the results show that the data is not stationary. To overcome using the difference in seasonality. In the first differencing (first difference) the value of the data becomes stationary. With the stationary, the data can be predicted. In the non-random test, it can be seen that the time series data is non-random. the results of the two tests show that there is no random walk in the Unilever time series data, meaning that the data on closing the UVNR stock price can be predicted. The existence of a random walk also indicates an inefficient market.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseacrch is to. 1) to find out the cash receipts accounting information system at PT Dealova Indonesia, and 2) to determine the internal control of cash receipts at PT Dealova Indonesia. This research methodis qualitative with interview, documentation data collection methods. The results of this study found that the cash receipts accounting information system at PT Dealova Indonesia can be said to have been implemented well. Control activities over cash receipts at PT Dealova Indonesia are not fully adequate, this can be seen in the absence of a separation of functions in the warehouse and shipping section because the sales department is still preparing goods. The separation of functions is carried out to avoid unhealthy practices, especially in the sales departement because it receives cash directly from customers. While the document used are incomplete. Asset security is quite adequate, namely the existence of authorization, namely making orders only by the sales departement.

Abstract

The principal is responsible for running the organization. School principals are subjects who have to transform their abilities through guidance, empowerment to the entire school community to achieve the goals of the institution effectively, efficiently and productively. The reality on the ground shows that there are still many schools with low student achievement, teachers and students lack discipline, the ability of teachers to manage learning is low, and the administrative staff is slow in serving customer needs. It is assumed that the principal is less able to manage and empower all available resources in the school efficiently, effectively and productively to achieve educational goals. Researchers conduct research related to the Principal's Personal Development Model Analysis.

Abstract

Without good management and financial reports, it can be said that the boarding school has not been said to be successful in its management. One of the sources that support the success of Islamic boarding schools in carrying out development is finance, because the financial sector is a supporter in the management of education. For this reason, good and transparent financial management is needed, so that the weaknesses and shortcomings of Islamic boarding schools can be known by other interested parties. The financial statements of Islamic boarding schools only present reports of cash receipts and disbursements, which are not in accordance with the classification of items in accordance with applicable financial accounting standards because the foundation does not recognize the accounting standards used as financial reporting guidelines for non-profit entities. Methods of community service activities This method uses lectures or counseling, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the financial statements of Islamic boarding schools, SAK ETAP, SAK 45 and SAK Syariah accompanied by a question and answer session. Learning methods are used to transfer knowledge or skills and value systems possessed by resource persons to community members

Abstract

Polri has an important role in law enforcement, so that Polri members are required to be able to solve problems that exist around the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of information technology and training on the utilization of E-MP applications, how the performance of the linear regression model using RMSE generated from this study. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire. The research sample amounted to 119 people who are members of the Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and linear regression performance tests. The results of the study indicate that the use of information technology and training of investigators/assistant investigators has an effect on Optimizing the Utilization of Investigation E-Management Applications. From the test results, it is known that 73.4% of the use of information technology and the training of investigators/assistant investigators affect the use of the E-MP application

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912. Sampling in this study used Slovin, namely 45 employees using the census method. Data collection methods used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test. The study results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta. The work environment does not affect the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912. Based on the results of the calculation of R2, it can be concluded that the work discipline and work environment variables are able to explain the variation or influence of the employee performance variable by 27.2%, this shows the work discipline and work environment variables effect on employee performance, while 72.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Information Technology and HR Competencies on employee performance at the Makassar City Office, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Information Technology and HR Competencies significantly affect employee performance at the Makassar Village Office, East Jakarta. In this study, the samples taken were 35 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 27,086 + 0.0751 + 0.0042. Information Technology has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, HR competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Information Technology and HR Competence have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find and produce an analysis of the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Daan Mogot Branch Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees who worked in the PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Daan Mogot Jakarta Branch. The number of respondents who became the sample in this study were 67 people and based on the random sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models with the help of SPSS 26 software. Based on the above method, the results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction and Workload have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persoro). Tbk Daan Mogot Jakarta Branch. and the percentage shows that 57% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and workload

Abstract

This research aims to see the analysis of the quality of promotion and service quality on customer loyalty of Bank BRI KCP Tourism City, Bogor Regency. The form of the research is associative with the population being all customers who are savers at the BRI KCP bank, Bogor Regency, which amount to 10,000 customers. Sampling with the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 200 customers. The method of analysis is carried out by stratified regression. This is intended to see the relationship of variables to other variables directly or indirectly or through intermediate variables. This research is a type of field research that uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data which is assisted by the SPSS program. Data collection was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and this study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while the promotion variable (X2) and service quality variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI KCP Kotawisata, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family, entrepreneurship education and e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest in IBI K1957 students. This research uses primary and secondary data. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as many as 50 respondents to IBI K 1957 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. Based on data processing carried out with the SPSS 20 program, the coefficient of determination (adjusted r square) of 0.677 means that the contribution of family variables, entrepreneurship education and the use of e-commerce to the variable interest in entrepreneurship is 67.7% and the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of the t-test, it was found that all variables had a significance value of less than 0.05, so that all variables partially affected the interest in entrepreneurship. The F test obtained a significant value of 0.000, meaning that family, entrepreneurship education and e-commerce simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of IBI K1957 students
