Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of green products, green awareness, environmental concern on green purchase intention for Garnier products. The population object in this research is people in the Meruya area, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 165 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using convenience sampling technique. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This research is to prove that green products have a significant effect on green purchase intention, green awareness has a significant and positive effect on green purchase intention, and environmental concern has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mediated by Job Satisfaction. Methodology – This study uses a saturated sample of 40 employees. Quantitative analysis used the questionnaire collection method, using the Smart–PLS Structural Equation Model analysis method. Findings – Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Authenticity – This research examined OCB, which has a broad and significant impact on company performance. It also provides better comprehension concerning the relationship of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction on this indicator.

Abstract

Objective : The issue of environmental damage caused by clothing garbage accumulation, which highlights the importance of focusing on businesses that prioritize the environment and sustainability, which need to be enhanced in today's economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Products, Price Perceptions, Environmental Attitudes on Buying Interests of Senaleen clothing products. Methodology : The population in this study were Senaleen Instagram followers, who are concerned about the environment and know the Senaleen brand. Sampling method using Purposive Sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square. Finding : Green Products have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Environmental Attitudes do not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The high coffee consumption phenomenon in Indonesia, especially Kopi Janji Jiwa, encourages this research to understand the factors that influence consumer Repurchase Intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price on Repurchase Intention on Kopi Janji Jiwa. The population in this study is someone who has made at least 2 purchase transactions on Kopi Janji Jiwa products in the West Jakarta area. As many as 150 respondents with an age range of 18-55 years were selected as research samples using the Hair formula. Data was collected through a survey method using a Google form questionnaire. The sampling technique and method quantitative and used purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. This study proves that Brand Image has a Positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Product Quality has a Positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and Price Quality has a Positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Product, Environmental Concern, and Green Trust on Tupperware’s Green Purchase Intention (Study on Ciledug Society). The population in this study was a community domiciled in Ciledug and the sample used was 135 respondents using the Purposive Sampling method technique. This research uses a type of quantitative research then the analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the variables Green Product and Environmental Concern had a positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Intention, while the Green Trust variable had a positive but not significant effect on Green Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this research is to analyze, measure and improve the quality of website services based on the WebQual 4.0 method with the dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality as well as the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Methodology: This research is using the quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive method, usually this method will be used as the main research in describing a word or number that has a certain meaning. In this study, the following stages were carried out: Finding: Since the pandemic, one of the innovations of technological development is the medical services platform that helps access in the health sector where there are no distance limitations between patients and doctors. In Indonesia, there have been various health service platforms that support access to health care facilities, launched by various parties from these startup companies. One of the startups that is the choice of the community today is a medical services platform such as Labchecking. Conclusion: The final results that have been measured have an average value of the level of perception (performance) and expectations (importance) of 2.85 and 3.54. For the average results obtained based on the suitability level value of 80.73% with the largest suitability level value found in the service interaction quality dimension, which is 81.72%, while for the results of the average value of the gap (GAP) of -0.681 with the largest gap value found in the usability dimension, which is -0.700.

Abstract

Objectives: The objectives of this study to determine the level of acceptance of health service managers of the WHO 2011 Programe maintenance system innovation.The level of adoption was studied by measuring the influence of innovation attributes and knowledge as moderators on the application of WHO 2011 Programe maintenance.Research is a Quantitative research with survey methods and causality techniques.Research from August - October 2019 with a research population of hospital service industries that have been accredited with KARS Plenary Accreditation with SNARS Standard 1 (2018). Methodology: The sample was taken with saturated sample technique. The sample is an individual who represents IPSRS Management, Electromedical Technicians and Medical Equipment Users.Innovation Attributes, Knowledge as a moderator and the level of Adoption are the Variables in the study.The research instrument uses a Likert scale.Validity test, Reliability test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test and Three box method are used in the study.All Variables are Reliable, Valid and there is no Multicollinierity between variables and all hypotheses are accepted. Finding: The WHO 2011 Programe maintenance aims to ensure better access, quality, and use of medical products and technology. The WHO 2011 Programe Maintenance Innovation Adoption Process by maximizing the functions of financial management, personnel management, operational management, performance monitoring and performance improvement is needed to form a good and measurable medical equipment maintenance system. Conclusion: There are differences in research results between previous research conducted by Everet Rogers, Bass and Mahajan et all with the results of the author's research. Knowledge Management is needed in accelerating the system adoption process in order to improve the effectiveness and achievement of medical equipment quality.

Abstract

Objectives: The research of this study is to aim and determine to analyze the effect of E Service Quality and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention with Trust as a mediating variable. Methodology: This research data is taken from the primary data obtained from processing questionnaire data filled out by the Tokopedia users who have made at least two purchases. The number of samples used was 108 respondents and the analysis technique used in this study is to use the partial least square (Pls) analysis. Finding: The results of this study indicate that trust mediates the relationship between e service quality variables and customer experience on repurchase intention which has a positive and signiicant effect Conclusion: The results of hypothesis testing show that E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Trust, Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Trust, Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, E-Service Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention, Customer Experience has a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention, Trust has a positive and significant effect on mediating the E-Service Quality variable on Repurchase Intention, Trust has a positive and significant effect on mediating the Customer Experience variable on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Objectives: The objectives of this study is to test and analyze the effect of green knowledge, green awareness and green packaging on purchasing decisions for AQUA Life bottled drinking water (AMDK) products. Methodology: The data in the study is to obtain 100 respondents who had bought AQUA Life bottled water products domiciled in JABODETABEK. The research design used is using a combination of explanatory, descriptive and quantitative research. Sample measurement in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS) and uses SmartPLS 4.0. The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions of each variable along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between green knowledge, green awareness and green packaging on purchasing decisions for AQUA Life bottled water products. The results of this study state that all hypotheses are found to have a positive and significant effect. Finding: The current phenomenon that occurs is environmental pollution caused by plastic waste. Plastic waste is a major problem because it is difficult to decompose in the soil and takes a very long time. Conclusion: : The results of this study concluded that Green Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Green Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions whereby Green Packaging also has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Objectives: The objectives of this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about the effect of tax knowledge, tax penalties, e-filling on MSME taxpayer compliance with education level as a moderating variable at KPP Pratama Pondok Gede, Bekasi City. Methodology: The type of data used is primary data. The sample of this study were 100 MSME respondents at KPP Pratama Pondok Gede, Bekasi City who were registered. Data analysis using path analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 application was used to test the hypothesis. Finding: The results of this study concluded that tax knowledge has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, e-filling has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Conclusion: The level of education is not able to moderate tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance, the level of education is not able to moderate tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance, the level of education is not able to moderate e-filling on taxpayer compliance.
