Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat perlu didasari oleh rasa tulus dan ikhlas, karena sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi mahasiswa untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat dengan membantu dan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa salah satu fungsi Tri Dharma yang perlu dicapai oleh setiap perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro tergerak untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan topik “Diversifikasi Produk Hasil Olahan Kolang-Kaling di Kelurahan Jatirejo, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Semarang”. Diversifikasi pemanfaatan kolang-kaling bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di Kelurahan Jatirejo sebagai desa wisata yang dikenal akan hasil produksi kolang-kaling. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2021 – Agustus 2021, selama 45 hari pelaksanaan aktif. Lokasi pengabdian berada di Kelurahan Jatirejo dan Kelurahan Kandri yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan secara hybrid, yaitu secara daring dan luring. Pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi menjadi 2 tahap, yaitu Tahap Persiapan dan Tahap Pelaksanaan. Hasil utama dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pembuatan diversifikasi produk berbahan dasar kolang-kaling seperti Makanan Tambahan KOLAKA, GELALING, BOBALING, Sabun Kolang-Kaling, dan Briket dari Limbah Kulit Kolang-Kaling. Berdasarkan hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan, pihak mitra menyambut baik ide diversifikasi produk kolang-kaling di luar produk makanan. Hal tersebut diharapkan dapat diadopsi oleh masyarakat Jatirejo agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi desa sebagai penghasil kolang-kaling sekaligus penghasil berbagai produk berbahan dasar kolang-kaling, sehingga kegiatan perekonomian di Unit Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Jatirejo diharapkan dapat meningkat, terutama setelah masa pandemi Covid-19 berlalu.

Abstract

One of the community activities that can increase residents' income is the development of local tourist destinations. Tourism activities, especially local tourism such as tourist villages, can generate significant economic growth. Utilization of local potential as a tourist village will create new jobs initiated by the community, increase the standard of living of the surrounding community, and increase the level of productivity of the local community. One of the local potentials developed into a tourist destination is Purwojati Village, Banyumas Regency. Purwojati village is an area in the southern mountain range, part of the middle bending line, and part of the southern Serayu mountain range. The condition of Purwojati Village is an undulating hilly area occupied by folded sedimentary rocks that extend from 30 m to more than 250 m above sea level. The potential of this village can be developed into a forest-based tourist destination. However, due to poor conditions in terms of tourism carrying capacity, it needs to be equipped with facilities that can attract tourists with the help of outside parties. LPPM UMP as a partner, allocates a budget from the MBKM Grant Program of the Directorate General of Higher Education, RESEARCH, and TECHNOLOGY to develop this tourist village. The service program includes supporting maps, gazebos, and photo spots using hammocks and camping tents. The service team also conducts land conservation and beautifies the area by planting grass and ornamental plants. Meanwhile, for physical facilities, the service team also trains managers in marketing their tourist destinations through the internet and social media by creating websites. The outputs that have been produced from this activity are news in 9 online mass media, IPR location maps, videos on Youtube, Lewok mBulu website page.

Abstract

Abstract Village Regulations concerning Environmental Preservation are enacted with the aim of increasing public awareness and concern for protecting and preserving the environment from pollution and damage so that environmental sustainability is maintained. The purpose of assisting academics in the preparation of the Environmental Village Regulations is to explore environmental problems that exist in the villages of the Kebumen Regency area and help provide solutions/problems that allow them to be resolved by mutual deliberation. Its decisions can be obeyed and adhered to by the local community so that the objectives of drafting the Village Regulation are achieved properly.

Abstract

Competition for university graduates in the world labour is increasing. The number of jobs offered is not proportional to the applicants or job applicants. This is indicated by the high number of unemployed in D3 and S1 graduates. One of the causes is the lack of preparation of students in facing the work before they graduate from college. Therefore, this service has the theme of career preparation training which aims to equip prospective alumni with skills and competencies, both practical and soft skills as an additional supplement in facing the competition in the real world of work. This training is carried out in one day with several materials, namely, training on making CVs, training on making application letters and training using job seekers applications such as jobstreet. Through this training package, students are expected to be able to prepare themselves early in the face of job competition

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of personal financial management. Financial literacy education is not found in the curriculum at the University, even though this education is very important in financial planning now and in the future. Financial literacy occurs when an individual has a set of skills and abilities that make that person able to utilize existing resources to achieve goals. Through this community service activity, training activities and seminars on the basics of finance were initiated to improve financial literacy among the community. The target audience who will be trained in this activity are the students of the Jagad ‘Alimussirry Islamic Boarding School Surabaya.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the Kebumen Regency Youth Care and Pioneering Development concern for MSME. One of the basic problems that are often faced by MSME is determining the cost of production. Currently, the selling price set by MSME is an estimated selling price or even follows competitors' prices. The lack of knowledge related to accounting and financial management is one of the factors driving MSME not to apply HPP calculations in determining the selling price of their products. This can cause MSME errors in compiling income statements. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of MSME regarding the determination of HPP based on financial management and accounting knowledge while at the same time increasing their soft skills in calculations using Microsoft Excel. The results of this service activity, MSME can classify fixed cost components and variable costs, determine production costs and overhead costs, and calculate HPP either manually or using Ms. Excel based accounting calculations.

Abstract

Low public awareness of waste needs to be the main concern for government officials from various levels of society. Because in the long term it will become a national problem that is very troublesome and has a negative impact if the solution is not immediately solved. Based on this, the PKM program is carried out to seek the right and maximum method that can be carried out by the Waste Bank which has been managed by all urban villages in the city of Yogyakarta so that it can continue to reduce waste that goes to the TPA through the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle program. In the PKM Program, the author collaborates with Panembahan Village as partner 1 and the Panembahan Garbage Bank Association, Yogyakarta City Palace district as partner 2 to jointly maximize the potential of waste banks in the region. This program lasts for 3 months with various theoretical and practical training programs whose benefits are directly felt by the community in Panembahan Village, Keraton District, Yogyakarta City. Activities carried out include program socialization, 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) training, workshops on utilizing waste for craft, financial management training resulting from waste management in waste banks by cultivating saving in waste banks, and others

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy by contributing to the national GDP in the range of 61 percent and absorbing 97 percent of the total workforce. Even in every crisis period, MSMEs even become buffers, are resilient, and can recover well. Thus, the purpose of this community service is to provide motivation and knowledge to MSME actors in Kebumen to increase their business level in the marketing 5.0 era. This activity involved 25 entrepreneurs held at the Integrated Business Service Center. Marketing strategy is very important in a business. In this digital era, entrepreneurs must adapt to the changes that occur. Therefore, participants are expected to be able to increase their business level in the marketing 5.0 era

Abstract

The target to be achieved in this service program is to help make tax accounting reports for UMKM who are members of the "Forum Pengusaha Kuliner Jogja". This service is also carried out to increase the understanding of culinary taxpayers about accounting and tax issues, especially in the culinary field. The culinary business sector will be distinguished in the non-restaurant sector and in the restaurant sector. These fields have different calculation methods because they relate to the amount of turnover and applicable laws. The final result of this training is expected to increase knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation while at the same time encouraging training participants to comply with tax laws and applicable regulations. In this training, service participants are able to apply tax calculations and tax regulations, including Final Income Tax, Article 25 Income Tax. , PPh article 21, taxation fiscal financial reports and of course the procedures for paying taxes

Abstract

The market potential for peanut snacks has a high opportunity, thus encouraging mompreuners to always increase production. However, mompreuners face difficulties in determining the optimal amount of production, considering the fluctuating sales results, to maintain the optimal stock of onion bean snacks, the solution is to make sales forecasts. (forecast) sales forecasting. The method applied in this community service is education in the form of training of financial literacy, namely sales forecasting, technology facilitation with Excel software, then the implementation stage is carried out in the form of practice determining sales forecasts. There are three stages in this community service activity, namely (1) Pre-activities, filled with socialization of activities and preparation of educational programs together with mompreuners; (2) Implementation of activities, including financial literacy education (training) in the form of sales forecasts, technology facilitation, and implementation of the practice of making sales forecasts; (3) Post-activity, in the form of monitoring and evaluation of implementation activities. It can be concluded that mompreuners and their employees seem enthusiastic about participating in this community service activity, both during education and financial literacy practices, namely making sales forecasts. Similar programs can be continued with other themes
