Abstract

With the aim of the study is to determine the relationship of leadership to teacher performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuklkinggau. To find out the relationship of Supervision of Teacher performance in the Tsukawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau Madrasah. The results of this study used 45 respondents with data analysis techniques used using quantitative data. From the analysis of quantitative data there is the test result of t X1 test is a significant level of leadership variable (X1) on the performance variable (Y) which shows a calculated value of 4.209> Ttable = 1.68107 and X2 test is a significant level of supervision variable (X2) against performance variable (Y) which shows the value of Tcount equal to 5.606> Ttable = equal to 1.68107 and the F test is the leadership variable (X1) and supervision (X2) jointly on the performance variable (Y) which shows the calculated F value of 26.022> Ftable = equal to 3.22. R determination test is 0.744 and R Square is 0.553 so that the contribution of R variable (X1) and supervision (X2) to Performance (Y) is 0.744 x 100% = 74.4% and R Square is 0.553 x 100% = 55.3 The remaining% of the percentage is influenced by other variable factors outside the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of product quality and advertising together on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been tested first using validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (linearity test and normality test), multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F test, where the researcher uses the help of SPSS version 20. The regression analysis results obtained the equation: Y = 0.960 + 0.582 X1; + 0.646 X2 which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and advertising. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.474) or equal to (47.4%). This means that (47.4%) purchasing decision variables are influenced by product quality and advertising variables. The remaining (52.6%) is explained by other variables, such as consumer behavior, service, product quality service, product quality services, and customer satisfaction. The conclusion is that Product Quality and Advertising together have a significant effect on Photo Frame Purchase Decisions at the Pasundan Shop Gallery Lubuklinggau. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained calculated as 75,477 received at the 15% significance level.

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

Abstract

RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City is one of the distributor companies that do business in the field of chicken farming and broiler chicken distributor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and supervision on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City. This type of research uses survey research methods with quantitative approaches. The results of the t test show that the supervision variables on the performance of CV employees. The Lubuklinggau City RR Advanced Mandiri value of t = 9.860 is greater than the ttable value of 2.021 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 39 - 2 = 37 which is 2.021. The results of the F test show that the leadership and supervision variables on the performance of CV employees. Lubuklinggau City's RR Advanced Mandiri that the calculated F is 67.515> Ftable = 3.26 and the significance level simultaneously the significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 39 -2 - 1 = 36 is equal to 3, 26. Partially there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City this is because t count is = 8.167 with significant 0.000. while t table = 2.021. So thitung> Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City this is because t count = 9.860 with significant 0.000. while t table = 2.021. So thitung> Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Taken together or simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership and supervision on the performance of CV employees. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City this is because Fcount is 67.515 with a significant 0.000. while Ftable = 3.26. So Fcount> Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of socialization, understanding taxes, tax awareness to compliance of taxpayers pay PP 46 Year 2013 on SMEs in Kebayoran Baru. Sample selection is done by using accidental sampling method. The research data was collected from taxpayers who pay taxes PP 46 Year 2013 On Perpetrators of SMEs in Kebayoran Baru. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression with SPSS version 21. The results showed that the factors of socialization taxes as measured by socializing direct and socialization indirectly, understanding taxes as measured by knowledge of the general provisions and procedures of taxation, knowledge of the tax system and knowledge of the function of taxation and awareness of tax measured by the tax is a form of participation , delay and a reduction in the tax burden, the tax is set by law and imposed a partial positive and significant impact on tax compliance in paying taxes PP 46 Year 2013 on SMEs in Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and leadership on employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the regression equation: Y = 98,008 + 0,256 X1 + 0,158 X2 From equation constant value equal to 98,008 which mean if there is no communication variable then performance equal to 98,001, whereas value of coefficient of regresi of leadership variable equal to 0,256 meaning every increase one unit of leadership will improve employee performance by 0.158 units. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, it can be seen that the value of R is 1.169 passing the value 1, which means that communication relationships, leadership and employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency strong, this means that if the level of communication and leadership does not increase it will decrease employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency, and vice versa if the level of communication and leadership increases it will improve the performance of employees at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Result of calculation of equal to 0,029, this means that performance variable influenced by variable of communications and leadership variable. The rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on F test result, it is obtained F value = 19,76> F table 3,44, this means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that communication variable (X1) and leadership (X2) is the factor affecting employee performance (Y) in Dinas Perkebunan Regency of Musi Rawas. One of the motivators to achieve the goal of Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency is to improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

This research examines the "internal control System Over Payroll employees at PT. Dapo Agro Prosperous Lubuklinggau" method used is descriptive qualitative. The object of research is the Payroll employees. The research is system of payroll employees i.e there are perangkapan tasks (duplicate tasks) between the creation of a list of employee salaries and sehinggga resulted in PT Agro Dapo Prosperous Lubuklinggau frequent lack of inflexible pieces and not on time as well as a delay in the procedure of making the payroll, this is because the keterlambtan in the procedure of making the creation of a list of employee salaries and inmi shows lack of internal control in accounting information system payroll accounting (SIA) PT. Dapo Agro Prosperous Lubuklinggau. in the system of payroll employees there is cheating in assessment percentage points (salary) for employees who got the work achievement, sehinggga result in a lack of supervision of each part and document his judgement is still way Manual.

Abstract

Effect of Competence and Organizational Commitment on Teacher Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on teacher performance in the H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The population and sample in this study were 37 teachers. The results of the regression equation obtained are: Y = 9.635 + 0.326 X1 + 0.399 X2 .. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.621 or 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion is that: Competence has an influence on Teacher Performance in H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, with a tcount = 4.894 greater than t table = 1.688, with a significant level = 0,000. Organizational commitment has an influence on Teacher Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas District, with a tcount = 6.090 greater than t table = 1.688, with a significant level = 0,000. Competence and Organizational Commitment have an influence on Teacher's Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, with Fcount = 27.851 greater than Ftable = 3.28, with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the break-even point based on rupiah and per unit of black grass jelly products, to ensure profit rates and profit plans. In analyzing the problem, the author uses observation, interviews, and uses the Break Even Point (BEP) formula. Based on calculations, Break Even Point from Cincau Ernani Hill in rupiah is Rp. 363,980,247.39 and in units of 97,061 kg and 24,265 trays. In 2016, Cincau Ernani Hill wanted to plan to produce 700,000,000.00. To achieve this profit, it was budgeted that Cincau Ernani Hill must produce black cincau Rp. 1,706,390,833 or 455,037 kg or 113,759 trays.

Abstract

In this study there are two variables that will go through the processing and discussion of data so that conclusions can be drawn, the two variables are Employee Discipline (independent variable) and Employee Performance (dependent variable). This study aims to determine how much influence the discipline on the performance of employees in the local government agencies of Musi Banyuasin Regency (case study of the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Musi Banyuasin Regency). Banyuasin. This study uses primary and secondary data. The analysis technique of this study uses quantitative methods which use statistical equations in processing and discussing data obtained from respondents through media questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between employee discipline and employee performance with magnitude the score of the effect of the regression test results is 0.178.
