Abstract

There are two purposes for writing the final assignment, namely (1) to determine the effect of employee education on employee performance at PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama, (2) Knowing the influence of employee competence on employee performance at PT. Esaputlii Main Initiative. This research was conducted to employees of PT. Esaputlii Main Initiative, Barru. The number of samples in this study was 40. The data sources used in this final project were primary data and secondary data while the data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used by the author is purposive sampling. This final project uses multiple linear regression data analysis while to determine the effect of variables X 1 and X 2 on variable Y using the t (partial) test. The results of data analysis show that employee education has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama, this is because based on a comparison of the t count and t table it turns out that t count is greater than t table with the acquisition value (2.386 > 2.02619), competence has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama, this is because based on a comparison of the t count and t table it turns out that t count is greater than t table with the acquisition value of ( 7.038 > 2.02619).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, E-Wom on Customer loyalty through Purchase Decisions for consumers of Somethinc beauty products who make purchases using online marketplaces. This research is quantitative research using SEM-PLS. Survey data was collected online and found 246 respondents. Brand Ambassador and E-Wom have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision, H1 and H2 are accepted. Brand Ambassador, E-Wom and Purchase Decision have a positive and significant direct effect on Customer loyalty, H3, H4, and H5 are accepted. Meanwhile, Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect mediating Brand Ambassador and E-Wom on Customer loyalty, H6, and H7 as mediating variables are accepted. Theoretical implications in this study can contribute to the study of digital marketing literacy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues and challenges in implementing and adopting the sharing economy concept. More specifically, the paper intend to identify how CM can maximize the implementation of the sharing economy concept in tourism industries of the Lake Toba region. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained by means of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the communities and entrepreneurs who have been applied the sharing economy concept and have implemented CM on different social media platforms. The study identified three critical factors of CM that influence the implementation of the share economy concept in Lake Toba region, namely, relevant to current market, trust and engagement. The researcher suggested that entrepreneurs in the Lake Toba tourism industry add CM, especially short videos, to their business strategy.

Abstract

The rapidly growing population that is concentrated in urban areas requires rapid adjustment of government services to achieve a decent standard of living for urban communities. The United Nation projects that around 55% of the world's people live in urban areas. Innovation, creativity and development planning are needed to accommodate people's needs due to the complexity of the city. In this context, Smart City is the answer in dealing with changes in urbanization trends in big cities. The Smart City concept positions the city as an ecosystem of many connected subsystems in supporting the city to remain sustainable (sustainable cities). Smart City is an alternative problem solving to accommodate the need for fast service along with the increasing population density of Medan City which currently reaches 9,283 people/km² in 2022 with a growth rate of 9-10% per year. This study aims to contribute to the lack of empirical studies by analyzing the influence of Smart Governance factors on Quality of Life in the context of Smart City in Medan City, Indonesia. In this study we define five research hypotheses that analyze the effect of Transparency (TRANS) and Collaboration (COL) on quality of life (QL) in Smart City. This research was conducted in the city of Medan using a quantitative correlation approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques operated through the AMOS program. Sampling using nonprobabilistic sampling with random sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the variables Transparency (TRANS) and Collaboration (COL) have a positive effect on Quality of Life with a CR value of 3.821 respectively; -3.475; which is greater than ±1.96 and the probability is smaller than 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the two hypotheses can be accepted

Abstract

The Indonesian government is serious about preparing new entrepreneurs from the higher education sector. The Indonesian Student Business Competition (KBMI) program is the answer to the need for Start-Up Businesses in Indonesia. This study examines the implementation model of the KBMI Program by developing three hypotheses from the relationship between the variables of experience factor, education factor, and other factors. This study uses 90 respondents from KBMI Program students in 50 universities in Indonesia. SPSS was chosen to test the model and hypotheses of this study. The results showed that all hypotheses proposed were accepted, with the experience variable being the most dominant in this model. This proves that experience is the key to the success of the KBMI Program. The practice of becoming a Start-Up Business is the right step in building the willingness and ability to become a Start-Up Business after graduating from higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the ornamental fish marketing system in the city of Makassar, which includes: identifying the forms of ornamental fish marketing channels, determining the roles and functions of ornamental fish marketing institutions, analyzing the marketing margin of ornamental fish, and assessing whether the marketing of ornamental fish in Makassar is efficient. The ornamental fish marketing channels in Makassar consist of 3 forms of channels: Marketing Channel I consists of cultivators, collector traders, retail traders (raisers), and end consumers, where cultivators and collector traders are located outside of Makassar. Marketing Channel II consists of cultivators, collector traders, retail traders (raisers), and end consumers, where cultivators are located outside of Makassar, while collector traders are local traders, in this case, located in Makassar. Marketing Channel III consists of cultivators, retail traders (raisers), and end consumers, where cultivators are located in Makassar. The marketing functions that occur in ornamental fish marketing are based on exchange functions in the form of sales activities conducted by all levels of marketing institutions, and purchasing activities conducted by all marketing institutions except for cultivators. Based on physical functions in the form of storage activities, they are conducted by all marketing institutions and collection activities are only conducted by marketing institutions such as collector traders (large suppliers). Packaging activities are conducted by all marketing institutions, while transportation activities are conducted by all marketing institutions. Meanwhile, based facility functions in the form of sorting and standardization activities, are conducted by all marketing institutions. Market information activities, financing, and risk-bearing occur in all marketing institutions. Based on the calculation of the marketing margin and the efficiency level of ornamental fish marketing in Makassar, it is found that the existing channels are still efficient, meaning that the marketing channels that occur are still fair, beneficial to cultivators, and do not harm end consumers. Even the profits obtained by the levels of institutions are still fair.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internal locus of control and work overload on employee performance through work-life balance in the teleworking era for freelancers in the consulting sector in Indonesia. This research is explanatory quantitative research using SEM-PLS as an analytical tool. Questionnaires were distributed via g-form with a total of 154 respondents. Internal locus of control has no significant effect on work-life balance. Work overload has a significant effect on work-life balance. internal locus of control has a significant effect on employee performance. Work overload has no significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has no significant effect on employee performance. There is no significant effect between internal locus of control on employee performance through work-life balance. There is no significant effect between work overload on employee performance through work-life balance. The theoretical implication of this research is that freelancers in the consulting sector in Indonesia can improve their internal locus of control to improve performance and be able to manage work, so they don't experience work overload. In addition, this research is expected to be able to contribute to future studies related to internal locus of control, work overload, work-life balance, and employee performance

Abstract

In its planning, this Industrial Work Practice involves several parties, namely the school, students, parents, and partner institutions (Business World/Industry World). 2) Organizing Industrial Work Practices Organizing Industrial Work Practices is one of the efforts to optimize existing resources at school and in partner institutions (Business World/Industry World). 3) Implementation of Industrial Work Practices. Preparing students to enter the workforce and developing professional attitudes, preparing students to be able to choose a career, be competent and self-development, preparing a middle-level workforce to fill the needs of the business world and the industrial world, preparing graduates to become productive, active and creative citizens . The research method uses a systematic literature review. Research data was obtained through internet searches regarding dual system education program journals published 2017-2023. The number of journals analyzed were 8 journals. The data is used to identify and analyze the factors that influence how dual system education programs are analyzed qualitatively. In terms of the attitude of implementers, a good understanding of the program has an impact on the attitudes taken by policy implementers. The school and partner institutions have shown a high commitment to the successful implementation of PSG. The cooperation agreement made between the school and the partner institution has been able to make the process of implementing Industrial Work Practices which is a manifestation of implementing PSG run as expected. Meanwhile, the response from the targets and policy implementers was also very good. Almost all the teachers who were involved, both in the framework of practical activities at school and as mentors, had carried out their activities seriously. It's just that for students there are indeed some students who are not serious about implementing industrial work practices in the business/industry world

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of investor perceptions on stock influencers' credibility on herding behavior with financial literacy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in the city of Malang. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The Lemeshow formula determined it. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the analysis results, the credibility of stock influencers positively affects herding behavior. Financial literacy can weaken the influence of stock influencer credibility on herding behavior.

Abstract

A healthy or unhealthy bank can be seen from its profitability by measuring return on assets. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Third Party Funds, Credit Risk, Loan To Deposit Ratio and Capital Structure on Profitability in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The quantitative approach processes statistical data using multiple linear regression. This type of research is quantitative and causal in nature. The population in this study are 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample is 22 banks. The results of the research are Third Party Funds, Credit Risk, Loan To Deposit Ratio has no effect on Profitability in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2019. Capital Structure Influences Profitability in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. Third Party Funds, Credit Risk, Loan To Deposit Ratio and Capital Structure Affect Profitability of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period.
