Abstract

In investing, investors are expected to have a portfolio or a combination of investment types owned by someone to obtain good results in determining the portfolio. There are many choices of investment combinations even unlimited. The combination of investments owned by investors must be able to provide profits and risks according to investors' preferences so that investors need to form an optimal portfolio. Investors are often confused about determining the optimal portfolio before investing. The single index model is a way that investors can use to see which investments can produce optimal portfolios because this model can calculate the returns and risks that can be obtained based on market movements.

Abstract

Economic development of a nation is strongly influenced by the development of creative enterprises, namely Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are considerably concerned to be the foundation of a country against the poverty issues. Some studies reveal the contribution of SMEs contribute up to 60.34 percent to a country's GDP. However, SMEs experience a variety of basic problems, among others, on knowledge adoption applied in SME-organizations as well as apprenticeship for the competency improvements of SMEs. Adaptability and adoption ability of knowledge in SMEs is one of the emerging issues (Kusumawijaya and Astuti, 2012; Ley T. et al., 2005). The study aims to analyse the knowledge management adoption; consist of leadership, mutual understanding, system adoption, and learning culture; and its influence on apprenticeship competency of culinary SMEs in Makassar, both as a whole and partially. Employing a descriptive quantitative research design to 124 employees of culinary SMEs in Makassar, the results indicate the whole determinants can show a positive effect interactively to the competency apprenticeship of SMEs in Makassar. Abstract

Attainment of organization performance relates to participation of its external stakeholder. External stakeholder here defined as the group which having importance with organization and cannot be controlled by organization management. Existence of external stakeholder becomes of vital importance and influential to performance and continuity of organization life (Kasali, 1990). Therefore, management of the government organization needs to paying attention more to the importance of the external stakeholder. External stakeholders that become the focus in this paper are supplier/partners, citizens, and the activist group.

Abstract

By using lifestyle as a moderating variable, the researcher is attempting to determine whether financial literacy can affect saving behavior in Pasar Ciroyom, Bandung City. The researcher employed the quantitative approach. The primary type of data was used. 117 female business actors who operated a booth at Bandung's Pasar Ciroyom made up the study's sample. Utilizing 54 respondents in various samples from the target population. A straightforward random sampling technique was used to collect data through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The WarpPls 7.0 program was combined with path analysis. According to the test results, lifestyle variables have a positive impact on financial literacy variables, and vice versa. Financial literacy variables also have a positive impact on saving behavior, and lifestyle has the power to mediate this relationship

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the leverage, earnings persistence and firm size on the earnings response coefficient (ERC) in infrastructure companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used 16 listed infrastructure companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method, during the research period 2018 until 2021. Data were analyzed using panel data regression method. The result of the analysis indicated that leverage, earnings persistence does not have a negative effect on the earnings response coefficient (ERC), firm size has a positive effect on the earnings response coefficient. Companies that have a large number of assets are large companies that are considered to have less risk, because large companies are considered to have more access to capital, so that the company has the flexibility and ability to obtain funds.

Abstract

The study aims to empirically prove the effect of listing age, firm size, liquidity and leverage on information asymmetry. The population in this study uses the non – cyclical consumer sector. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using Panel Data Regression Analysis. These results indicate that listing age has no effect on information asymmetry, liquidity has no effect on information asymmetry, company size has no negative effect on information asymmetry and leverage has no effect on information asymmetry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) To determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) on Profit Growth at PT.Ultrajaya Milk Industry,Tbk period 2012-2021.2).To determine the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), to Profit Growth at PT.Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk period 2012-2021. 3) To determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk for the period 2012-2021. 4) To determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk period 2012-2021.5) To determine the magnitude of the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to profit growth at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry,Tbk period 2012-2021.The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is logged with the help of statistical software version 20. The source of the data is the financial report data on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id), www. finance.yahoo.com and bps.go.id.Based on the results of the study indicate that: Current Ratio (CR) has an effect but is not significant on profit growth (-1.064 <2.44691 and a significant value of 0.365 <0.05. Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has an effect but is not significant on profit growth ( -0.885 < 2.44691 and a significant value of 0.441 < 0.05. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has an effect but is not significant on profit growth (-0.172 < 2.44691) and a significant value -0.172 <0.05. Can be explained by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of the Current Ratio Inventory Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets at P.T. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Period 2011-2020. The results of the study Partially Partial Inventory Turnover (ITO) had no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) based on the results of the t-test, it showed that the value of t count < t table or 0.295 < 2.447 with a significant value greater than alpha or 0.0778 > 0,05. Partial Inventory Turnover (ITO) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) based on the results of the t-test showing that the value of t count < t table or 0.295 < 2.447 with a significant value greater than alpha or 0.0778 > 0.05. Partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) based on the results of the t-test showing that the value of -t count < -t-table or -12.067 < -2.447 with a significant value smaller than alpha or 0.000 < 0, 05. Simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Return On Assets (ROA) at the company P.T. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk period 2011-2020 based on the results of the F test showed that the calculated F value > F table or 58.762 > 4.7570 with a significantly smaller value than alpha or 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the simultaneous influence between Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2011-2020 period based on the Summary table is determined by the R square value of 0.967, meaning that the contribution of the variable Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Return On Assets (ROA) is equal to 96.7% and other variables determine the remaining 3.3

Abstract

L & D Herbal soup is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that was taken over in 2020, after being affected by the Covid-19 virus outbreak. L & D soup which has the opportunity to be able to increase their sales by developing on social media. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social media development on market segmentation, uploaded content, and the effectiveness of social media promotional marketing strategies. The author hopes that this writing can provide suggestions and input that can help the smooth running of the L&D Herbal Soup business. The benefit of this writing is to provide marketing strategies through social media networking platforms and assist in market segmentation, so that L&D Herbal Soup becomes better known. This study uses a qualitative data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to process the data obtained previously. Based on the findings of this study, the development of L & D Herbal Soup social media is effective and efficient. Because Soup Herbal social media allows potential customers to see a list of available menus. In addition, compared to before posting, the number of visits to Sop Herbal's Instagram has increased significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors considered by PT Mandala Samudera Trans Semarang as a freight forwarder in choosing shipping lines and trucking services to export dangerous goods. The used research method is a qualitative research one. The data in this research are obtained by conducting interviews to 4 employees of company selected through purposive sampling technique. The obtained data is processed through the NVivo 12 software. The results in this study indicates that price (48.98%) is the main factor in choosing shipping lines to export dangerous goods. The service factor, i.e 37.70% is the factor for second consideration. The delivery factor is the fourth factor with a percentage of 13.11%. The last factor is reputation with a percentage of 8.20%. Meanwhile, the safety factor is the main factor in determining trucking services with a percentage of 35.17%. The second factor in choosing trucking services is the price factor with a percentage of 29.1%. The service factor of 27.08% and reputation of 8.33% are the next factors considered by PT Mandala Samudera Trans Semarang in choosing a trucking service company. Therefore, it is concluded that there are different factors in choosing shipping line and trucking services
