Abstract

Background: Hypotension is a complication that often occurs in section Caesarea with spinal anesthesia. Severe hypotension poses serious risks to the mother (such as loss of consciousness) and the baby (such as oxygen deprivation and brain damage). So to prevent hypotension, it can be done by giving crystalloid or colloid fluid therapy after spinal anesthesia is carried out. Methods: Articles were searched using 3 databases (PubMed, Pro-Quest, and Google scholar) with a randomized controlled trial research method. The literature is limited between 2010 and 2019. Results: Seven articles with average results on administration of both preloaded and concomitant crystalline and colloidal fluids can reduce the incidence of hypotension, but for this technique Hypotension cannot be completely reduced and should be used with Vasopresor. Discussion and conclusion: The incidence of hypotension after spinal anesthesia should be treated immediately to prevent injury to the kidneys, heart, and brain by giving oxygen and increasing the rate of infusion (colored) of 100 ml of colloid or crystalloid fluid within the first 5 minutes or less for improving blood pressure. If blood pressure is still low after fluids are given, a vasoconstrictor such as ephedrine 5-10 mg can be gradually given.

The research was conducted at Panti Waluya Hospital. Most of the 28 respondents (63.7%) had moderate stress levels, most of the respondents (61.3%) had non-fluent milk production. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, p-value + (0.036)<(0.05) is obtained so that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between stress levels and the smooth production of breast milk for nurses at Panti Waluya Hospital, Malang. Nurses are expected to increase milk production by using stress coping and increasing nutritional intake.

The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) questionnaire is appropriate for measuring the learning environment. Data analysis was carried out descriptively with percentages, tables, mean, and standard deviation. The result has shown that a score the DREEM questionnaire  200 value indicates that there is a positive perception of the matriculation learning environment that has been carried out in preparation for entering professional practice, including the expertise of the teacher/facilitator. Students' perceptions of the matriculation program for the preparation of professional education are positive. On the other hand, to improve student skills to be more optimal, it is necessary to enhance the skills of facilitators and more supportive facilities and infrastructure

Smoking behavior as one of the riskiest behaviors carried out by teenagers has always been a problem throughout the ages. As long as the root cause is still there and supported by various policies that are in favor of the owners of the cigarette industry, during that time the problem of smoking will always exist. One of the districts in East Java with the highest number of smokers is Tuban. This study aims to determine what factors are the most dominant influencing adolescent smoking behavior in Tuban Regency. The population in this study were junior high school youth in the district of Tuban, both smokers and non-smoker. The design in this study was analytic with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population was junior high school youth, both male and female, totaling 2,866, with a sample size of 287 using purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study were gender, puberty status, self-esteem, motivation, health status, work, economy, environment, friends, family, models/role models. Data was collected using a questionnaire compiled by the research team using the Pender Model theory approach. The collected data was analyzed by logistic regression test. The results showed that most of the adolescents did not smoke by 98.61%, more than half of the adolescents were female (58.89%), almost all of them had experienced puberty (96.17%), most of them had negative self-esteem (88.50%), all of whom stated that smoking did not motivate to do activities, all of them stated that they did not smoke during their illness, almost all of them did not have a side job (97.56%), more than half of the parents had income above the minimum wage (53.31%), almost all stated that the environment did not affect smoking behavior (99.30%), almost all stated that friends did not influence smoking behavior (98.95%), almost all stated that family did not influence smoking behavior (99.65%), and almost all stated that their model/role model did not affect smoking behavior (99.65%). Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that all factors had a significance > 0.05 so that there were no factors that significantly influenced smoking behavior in adolescents or in other words there was no dominant factor that significantly affected smoking behavior in adolescents in Tuban district. For related parties such as schools, the health office, health education participate in maintaining and continuing to improve education to adolescents about the dangers of smoking so that adolescents do not engage in behaviors that are more risky to health than the benefits obtained.

Abstract

The problem of a decrease in knee joint extension makes it difficult for the elderly to carry out their daily activities. Static and dynamic stretching exercises can help to maintain joint range of motion and minimize muscle flexibility loss. The goal of this research was to identify if static and dynamic stretching had different effects on knee joint extension in the elderly. With a pre-experimental research design, this research used a two-group pre-test post-test design. The participants in this research were divided into two groups: static stretching and dynamic stretching, with each group consisting of 18 people recruited by the purposive selection technique. Before and after the intervention, a goniometer was utilized to evaluate knee joint extension. To investigate the difference in influence, the Independent T-Test statistical evaluation was utilized, demonstrating that static and dynamic stretching had different effects on knee joint extension in the elderly. Both of these treatments had the ability to influence joint extension. Static stretching relaxes the muscles, allowing them to stretch further by moving one leg alternately and retaining the maximal position. Dynamic stretching increases joint flexibility by moving both legs simultaneously and slowly. This static and dynamic stretching is necessary for the elderly to avoid a reduction in joint extension during daily activities.

Using the keywords “Elderly” AND “Family Support” AND “Participation in Elderly Posyandu” OR “Family Support” AND “Elderly” AND “Health Services”. This writing uses a comparison technique. 10 articles were selected using CASP tools and JBI tools. Articles were taken from the Google Scholar database (1 journal), PubMed (2 journals), e-Journal (2 journals), Garuda (3 journals), and Researchgate (2 journals). There is a relationship between the actions of the elderly in attending the posyandu for the elderly with family support, which consists of instrumental assistance, information assistance, assessment assistance, and emotional assistance.
