Abstract

The digital age 4.0 brings changes in the use of the internet network. The needs of internet is no longer a secondary need but becoming a primary need. Utilization of the internet network at the Bali Government Department of Health Service is often not used wisely which is impacting the access and connectivity. In addition, it also disrupting services to the community. Internet network management is also not well managed here. Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) is a way of internet network management using packet scheduling such as bandwidth management to every client. HTB implementation is able to maximize unused bandwidth. As the result for that, it will improve service quality. Implementation of HTB with MikroTik at the Bali Government Department of Health results in an even distribution of bandwidth based on bucket size, priority, CIR and MIR values. The division also does not interfere with access and connectivity in each section / field.

Abstract

Abstract— The development of cellular telecommunication provides users to experience fast and stable transmission. This standard of transmission is proportional to the needs of the devices and systems used. We are currently in the fourth generation (4G) of cellular technology. The key technologies used in 4G are Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) which uses the concept of orthogonality for bandwidth efficiency and Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) which uses the concept of diversity to improve performance. But in implementation this system will have problems with the transmission channel. The problem that occurs is signal attenuation due to Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO). This CFO will cause the orthogonal character built from the OFDM system to experience a decline in performance. The decline in performance is due to the occurrence of Intercarrier Interference (ICI). To overcome this problem, the method used in this simulation are Improved Sinc Power Pulse (ISP) and Rectangular Pulse (REC). The results showed that ISP had a relatively better BER value than REC and without using the pulse shaping method. The minimum BER value obtained from the simulation is ISP with a value of 0.0001 while REC produces a value of 0.0006 and without pulse shaping produces a BER value of 0.0038.

Abstract

BMKG and BNBP are organizations formed by the government to handle disasters both before, pre-disaster and after a disaster occurs. BMKG and BNBP have several early warning systems, but it requires a long and long process for information to reach the community. This research was conducted to produce applications that can provide warnings to the community when an earthquake occurs and can provide information on the nearest evacuation site. Also this application is designed to be able to connect with friends or close relatives when an earthquake disaster occurs. The application will send notifications automatically to friends or close relatives when the user is affected by an earthquake. This Earthquake Warning and Mitigation application was developed based on mobile hybrids by utilizing open source earthquake data from InaSAFE and integrated with the Google Maps API.

Abstract

Information in the digital era is growing very fast, seen from the rapid exchange of information. Information in the form of data or text is widely distributed and can be spread easily and quickly through the website. Generally a website uses website-based programming with the GET method where the GET method has a weakness of system data that can be seen in the access directory. This causes the data in the directory can be taken by unauthorized persons. Based on these problems the file sharing system provider was designed with URL encryption using the rijndael algorithm. The system provides services for sharing data and downloading data securely. Between the provider and recipient of the data each has an application that is an application to upload and an application to download and the admin is tasked with regulating the number of users of the application user. Existing data in the URL shared by the user upload application that has been in the form of an encrypted ciphertext with the shared rijndael algorithm can only be downloaded by the download application user. Each application has an authentication process where only registered users can access the application according to their respective roles. Research that has been done to get the results of encryption conducted on the upload application changes the URL into a ciphertext that can only be downloaded using a download application so that weaknesses in the GET method can be overcome. Abstract

The increase in the use of conventional motor causes an increase in the use of petroleum that cannot be renewed. To overcome it the use of conventional motor changes to electric motor. Electric motor that are often used is brush motor, but it has brush-loss. Electric motor created to overcome the weakness of brush motor. Electric motor that are designed has specification ie 6 slot and use 4 dan 8 magnet in rotor. The coil in every slot is 450 made by email wire with 0,3 mm diameter. This research is doing by measurement and calculation. Measurement is included measure magnetic field, motor voltage, frekuensi and rotational speed. Calculation is included power, torque, frekuensi and rotational speed. Motor testing is using 4 and 8 magnet in no load condition and with load condition. The first test on a 24 Volt supply voltage when using 4 magnets in no-load condition result a torque value of 1.09x10-3 Nm and a speed of 2794 RPM, when in load condition motor result torque value of 2,25x10-3 and rotational speed of 1171 RPM. The second test on a 24 volt supply voltage when using 8 magnet in no-load condition motor result torque value of 3,38x10-3 Nm and rotational speed of 1410 RPM, when in load condition motor result torque of 7,4x10-3 Nm and rotational speed 1410 RPM. Maximal value torque result in all test is 7,4x10-3 and maximal rotational speed is 2794 RPM.

Abstract

Brain tumor is a deadly disease where 3.7% per 100,000 patients have malignant tumors. To analyze brain tumors can be done through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image segmentation. Automatic image analysis process is needed to save time and improve accuracy of doctor diagnoses. Automatic segmentation can be done with deep learning. U-NET is one of the methods used to segment medical images because it works at pixel level. By applying the ReLU and Adam Optimizer activation function, this method can solve the problem of segmenting brain tumors. Dataset for the training and validation process using BRATS 2017. Several hyperparameters are applied to this method: learning rate (lr) = 0.0001, batch size (bz) = 5, epoch = 80 and beta (b_1) = 0.9. From a series of processes carried out, accuracy of the U-NET method is calculated by Dice Coefficient formula and results in following accuracy values, during training of 90.22% (Full Tumor), 78.09% (Core Tumor) dan 80.20% (Enhancing Tumor).

Abstract

A scientific article is a reference that is usually used by a student or researcher to make a study. Scientific articles can be searched freely on the Internet, but the search process is often time-consuming due to the large number of scientific articles on the Internet. This search can be done automatically by utilizing the Web Scraping Technique as a data collection technique on a website on the Internet. Depth First Search (DFS) method is a search method that can be used to do web Scraping on the Internet. This system works by processing Keywords in the form of Keywords from the topic of scientific articles to be searched for given by the user. Then the system will send a request to the server to look for links related to these Keywords. After the search results have been found, the system will automatically download and save the article format .pdf to the user's computer. The results of this study indicate that 134 articles that were successfully downloaded using this system show that this system can work very well to search for scientific articles with a level of relevance between the articles searched for articles downloaded by 99%.

Abstract

In communication systems using microwave waves (microwave links), the presence of noise and multipath fading can reduce and reduce the performance of communication systems. Microwave propagation is influenced by several things in the reception system besides having to LOS (Line of Sight) there is a reflected signal from the surface that is causing interference (multipath signal). By using the diversity maximal ratio combining technique on systems affected by noise and fading, it is used through BER (Bit Error Rate) analysis. The use of research simulations to determine the improvement of the system at the recipient by comparing before and after using the maximal ratio combining technique

Abstract

Between the stator and rotor there is a gap called the air gap (air gap). In BLDC motors, air gaps can affect motor speed and motor torque. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the air gap on the speed and torque produced by the BLDC 3 phase double stator axial flux motor. Tests are carried out at 4 mm and 5 mm air gap, when the motor is not overloaded and when the motor is loaded, at a source voltage of 12V - 15V. The results of testing on the motor are not burdened, ie when the source voltage is increased, the voltage, current, frequency, speed, motor power and torque increase. At a 5 mm water gap, the results of the voltage, frequency and speed have a greater value than the 4 mm water gap. While the results of the motor current, motor power and torque have a smaller value than the 4 mm air gap. The results of the motorized test are when the load and source voltage are increased, the motor voltage, frequency and speed increase. While the current, power and torque of the motor decreases. At the 4 mm water gap, the results of the voltage, frequency and speed of the motor have a greater value than the 5 mm water gap. While the current, power and torque of the motor have a smaller value than the 5 mm air gap.

Abstract

The central government policy through RUEN targets Bali to use 108 MWp of solar energy by 2025. Bali as a small island of highly developed tourism destinations in Indonesia is considered to have the opportunity to exploit this potential. This research tries to review how the development of PV system in Bali through literature study and field observation. The results of this study indicate that the development of total PV system installed capacity in Bali to date has reached 3.71 MWp or 3.44% of the RUEN target. Based on data managed by the development of PV system in Bali in the last 14 years it increased an average of 265.18 kWp or 7.14% annually. Until now the highest PV system capacity in Bali is in Karangasem Regency which has an installed PV system capacity of 1,106 kWp or 29.79% of the total capacity in Bali. While the lowest capacity is in Jembrana Regency with an installed capacity of 10 kWp or 0.27%. PVsystem in Bali is used in a variety of applications, the largest capacity used for utilities is 58.64%, while the lowest is used for water pumps by 0.55%. Based on the type of PV system, Bali is dominated by an on-grid PV system with an installed capacity of 3,225 kWp or 87%, while the lowest is a hybrid PV system with a capacity of 224 kWp or 6% of the total capacity in Bali.
